Some of the employees need to remember they are in the customer service business, that means engaging, listening, repeating and follow through.

Its a Home Depot. You know what you will get and their prices are lower than Lowes. This had a better selection than the one in Hermiston

I used to think Home Depot was the best. Until recently when I had to keep running back and forth to get supplies for my redesign of my backyard and was surprised at how little Home Depot has available. Many things online would say Kennewick had it in stock only to get there and they dont. So frustrating and irritating. Also frustrating having employees not knowing their own way around the store thus spending so much time following them around looking for something or being sent completely to the other end only to be directed back again to the place I started. Lastly. Why do they not provide services to cut wood to size? Was told they do not provide project cutting. Like Im some little lady looking to have a little wood fun in my art room. Order from Home Depot and it takes over a week to get it. BUT! Employees are SUPER friendly. Even when theyre lost its all good. They make up for what Home Depot lacks.

We rented a Penske truck here! It was a great experience. Skip and his other buddy (not sure of his name) took great care of us! Skip was really personable and overall the nicest guy ever! He made the whole experience a great one!

The signs are not helpful and the app is pointless. But that seems to be all home bepots not just this one. Here the staff is helpful, and normally take us right to the section we are looking for.

You know I used to think Home Depot was awesome, but you ask for information about one of your products the answer always seems to be, You need to go on line for that, what has happened to your customer service, I quit going to your competitor for the same reason, come on guys your better than this!!

Home depot has staff that actually helps compared to Lowes.They have higher prices than I sometimes want but they always have great selection. My only wish is that there is a home depot soon to be made in Pasco

Great store, clean friendly well stocked and organized. Josie in the paint department gave us EXCELLENT customer service! When I made a mistake with my paint choice she was friendly and understanding and had no problem re mixing for me! I feel like she went above and beyond and did it with a smile!

Pretty hit or miss. Sometimes you get an employee that takes the time to explain something to you well and sometimes you get a guy that smirks and treats you like an idiot for even asking a question. They have a pretty big selection of things which is mainly why I go there.

If I could give it a zero, I would. I paid for $1845.11 for a riding lawnmower mower on 3/18/2021, got a shipping confirmation on 3/22/2021, said it would be delivered 4/2/2021 to 4/7/2021. No delivery. Called 4/7/2021, told to wait until 4/8/2021. Called 4/8/2021, told it wasnt shipped yet. Informed them of the shipping date, they said that it would be there at 3pm 4/14/2021. STILL not here. It wasnt until I threatened them with grand larceny that they got off there rear ends and said that it would be here by 4/15/2021. We will see. I do NOT recommend buying this item from Home Depot. I am 32 days out from purchase date and still no product!!!!!

I feel like I spent the last 3 weeks of my life at Home Depot,. Yes we are remodeling . But I would have to say each time I go there Im excited to go they are all very helpful and treat you as if your family. Thankyou for being a great community store. Always look forward to going.

Yes, its hard to find staff to help you as they always seem to be short staffed.... although the ones that are there, who do offer help go above and beyond plus they are very knowledgeable with the how tos,, they give you good suggestions, plus they demonstrate they care about their job. Thank you for providing good service and prices.

We purchased a new stove today. Home Depot was $100 less than Lowes or Freds.

My dad needed a few things that we couldnt find and two different sales people helped us find it and took us to the products. Awesome customer service.

I had to send an employee to return and item that was incorrect. I sent him with the card I used to make the purchase and they would not allow him to return the merchandise to my card so they gave him an in store credit. I went to redeem this credit today and they would bit allow me to use the in store credit because that employee wan not present. With the busy schedule I keep I have to utilize employees to assist me in task why is Home Depot holding my money hostage and making it difficult to return the money when I had the product returned absolutely ridiculous

I like shopping here for my home and garden. They have a large amount of everything in the store. I got pots, plants, and potting soil. Customer service is excellent, I was asked numerous times if I needed assistance. Huge parking lot, and loading dock for larger supplies.

Staff were helpful and the store was well organized and well stocked, unlike their competitor as of late.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The store is always kept very clean and things are fairly easy to find if you know what you want. And there pet friendly!

It was difficult to find an employee to help. I did how ever find everything that I was looking for except a portable AC unit. They are seasonal & have not come in yet.

This site is a longer drive than another Home Depot, but worth it. How can one Home Depot be so much more accommodating then another?

I like the layout at this store but Im not so pleased with the customer service. I had to travel 8 hours just because I couldnt buy some flooring from Kennewick and havent shipped to my local store. Then when I got there it was a 45 minute wait to find my order. The person didnt even know what flooring was 🤣. The only one that seemed competent was the young fellow that helped me load the stuff into my car I dont usually require help but I just had surgery on my shoulder and it was a big help. He would even accept a couple of casino chips as a tip😁. Now, how am I to get them out of my car and bring them inside?

Used this company twice now to rent their truck and van. Both times they were very accomodating with my needs and the sales men made the paperwork fast and easy. Price was pretty reasonable. Highly recommend them for your rental needs.

Number one reason I still shop here - while they have signs up all over that speak to the current mask mandate, they dont say anything if you dont wear a mask. Im not a fan of private businesses helping the government enforce a mandate that even the police refuse to enforce.Besides all of that, they are usually very helpful. I have been especially pleased by some of the vendors they bring in who can give even more insight. Usually a pretty solid selection, and their clearance end-caps are fun to keep an eye on.

Upon my arrival I found parking to be in bounty. I parked far from the door in order to get steps in. (Not calculated or documented.) I found everything quickly and even got a discount on paint. I didnt check prices and was about to spend money I didnt have. When Sarah stopped me and paid for everything. I told her thank you so much. I showed her the pictures of the raft I was finishing to take my kids on the river and how its for their first time. People had to wait a minute but they were amazed at what she did next she Venmoed me 500.00 to use to build everyone their own raft. I told her that I need help building and she said I cant build anything but I can come over and make you sandwiches. I said No way. She said Yes, look! I have a sandwich right here. And pulled it from her pocket.

I was in there earlier and went through self check out, I had a little issue when purchasing some lightbulbs because there was an environmental handling charge which I did not know what that was until today. Lupe the lady that was in charge of self check out at the time was super helpful in helping me understand what the charge was for, even after having some rude customers she was still very helpful and outgoing. Deserves a raise.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Dare I say, even worse than Walmart. And that takes talent. I could go on and on . . . and on. But, the truth is, I keep going back because theyre conveniently located. And they know that, and thats why they make no effort to be any better than they are.

Pascal in appliance dept was so knowledgeable and helpful when we purchased LG Washer and Dryer stackable set. Our delivery co. Was Outstanding and So respectful of our home.

Love shopping there because the staff is always so helpful and a great variety of things I am looking for.

Loved the LifeProof flooring I got at Home Depot. Easy to install and over a year old and no scratches, dings, dents, etc.! With 4 dogs, 3 cats, 2 kids, and a partridge in a pear tree, thats a huge accomplishment. They look just as great today as the day we installed them.

I had two wonderful young gentlemen help me get some insulation sheets down with a forklift. It wasnt an easy job, seeing as they had to get the bundle down, unwrap the bundle, and they even generously loaded it onto my cart. All the while they smiled, were very polite, highly safety conscious, and customer-oriented. I attempted to tip each of them 10 dollars, but in respect for ethics and company policy, they declined. They made my experience extremely pleasant. Their names were James and Tom I believe.

This place is awesome. The staff is incredibly nice.They have rocky in the electrical department and he is hands down one of the best electrical department guys they have ever had. He always knows what your looking for! Also John in doors and windows is always ready to help you in any way he can and very knowable in wood working. Over all this is a very well rounded store

Found what we wanted..... and it was on sale! Not my favorite place. Some folks there try to help, but dont seem to know much about what they are selling. The checker was very friendly and nice.

The employees totally make the positive difference!!! Otherwise, just another Home Depot. Good product selection, good pricing. But such a plus is the GREAT staff at this location!!!

This stores inside garden area where they keep their house plants is horrid. They dont take care of any other plants. Some of them have bugs half of them are dead. They should be ashamed of themselves. No reason for a garden department to look like that.

In and out quickly because I knew where to find what I was looking for. I would have given 5 stars if they would have just asked if I would like help loading the 17, 50lb bags of gravel that I had just purchased. Hermiston Home Depot didnt offer assistance either College place Home Depot however did and it was appreciated.

I needed to pick up an odd irrigation fitting, and couldnt find it myself. I asked Ive employee, who understood what I wanted, but couldnt remember exactly where it was. He found a more senior associate that lead us to exactly what I needed. Nice to have that kind of service.

Bobbie Newton was an amazing help. She had all the answers to our questions and was super polite and positive attitude!! Made my trip to Kennewick Home Depot a pleasure. Two Thumbs way up for Bobbie!!

I called and asked to get transferred to the Home & Garden section, but was soon hung up on after my call was transferred. I assumed I had just lost connection so I called right back. The guy working in Home & Garden finally answered the phone and greeted me by saying, “What the hell... what do you want?” I was very confused by his response so I asked if I had called the Kennewick Home Depot. He didn’t respond and then hung up on me again. I’m still confused and annoyed! The only reason they even got 2 stars is because the lady answering the phones was nice.

Went to get spray paint and insecticide spray. Easily located both. Used self checkout with credit card. Masks are required inside the store.

They always have what you might need for your projects and more you didnt know you needed. The folks at the tool rental section are friendly and ready to assist. One critique is they may not explain how to use the tool right off, so if you are not familiar with it you should ask.
