Craft Warehouse had a decent selection of sketching materials available. Prices on some items were a bit hefty, but others are very reasonable.Staff were attentive but not pushy.Walked out with a sketchbook, sketching beginners kit and some extra pencils.

This is a surprising post as this Craft Warehouse location is nearby two other large chain crafting stores. We were here looking for decorations for a wedding. Yup, went to all three and found EXACTLY what we wanted here. I dunno what happened as we normally have great luck finding what we want at their competitor that is closed on Sundays. But CW won our business today!

They had a great sale going on, and I am a lover of great sales! However, everytime I go in the store, I am treated very well by the staff and they will go above and beyond to find find what you are looking for. Always a very pleasant experience here.

They literally have everything craft wise, you have so many choices from paint to acrylics from watercolors to you name it, are you needing art supplies, then this is your place.I give them five stars for being so well stocked up

Did not find the dowl size I was looking for, but someone was doing a cool acrylic pour art. Staff were friendly and helpful. 100% better than the HL competition, plus dont mix politics with crafts. Found several unintended buys... cool socks found here!

The lady that helped me, actually helped me! She didnt point across the store and tell me where to go. She walked me over to and helped me evaluate each item as to how it might work for my project.Wouldnt it be great if the customer service was like this Everywhere!

This craft store is great. Its the smallest one we have that I know of however probably has the best selection of the items that I am interested in. They have a great selection of pens and markers, paint, stickers, papers, beads and have great sells as well. And the staff has always been very friendly never once have a bad experience to complain about and I have been a customer at this store fort almost 17 years I believe. So I highly recommend you check them out.

Rude staff and overpriced.Lots of selection, and usually visited in the past.Staff seem to have little respect for customers in a very fundamental way. I assumed it was one individual at first, bit after multiple visits over the years it seems to be a culture.Prices more often than not have made me realize other nearby craft retailers are cleaner, more friendly, and less expensive.

Nice ppl. I brought my crocheted snake Merlot. Ended with potential customers for my snake selling startup. You dont wear masks if vaccinate btw.

I came here with a few friends in January and the employees were blocking the entrance since we weren’t muzzled up. One of them even shoved one of my friends away from the doorway. Stay away from this Fascist business.

Craft Warehouse has the best selection for calendars... especially if you want to avoid the mall! They carry the Lang brand here. Sometimes they are on sale around Thanksgiving time. Also check out their lighted canvas signs...great selection! Also check out these signs 😂😂

Craft Warehouse has made it easy to shop safely and comfortably. They enforce mask wearing, they have directional aisles, they routinely sanitize their various stations, and they make announcements periodically so that shoppers know about all those measures. As always, their selection of goods is excellent, and the staff is a pleasure to interact with. Truly a little oasis of creativity and possibilities, a lovely store to shop in.

Horrible experience. Milia has horrible interpersonal skills and lack of sensitivity toward those with medical conditions. Young and extremely rude.

A very aggressive and rude young woman insisted I leave the store even though I had a mask that covered my entire face. She said it wasnt good enough. I wasnt rude to her at all. Youre dead to me, Craft Warehouse! I was about to spend hundreds of dollars but no, your watchdog had to be in charge.

If you are at all inclined to be crafty then this store is for you. The sections are clean and well labeled for items and pricing. Always good sales too.

I am not a Crafter. I shop for my spouse to avoid exposure to Covid-19 and smoke. I know nothing about the product Im buying when I get to Craft Warehouse. I find a clerk show them what I want and they help me. Their service during the pandemic has been outstanding.

Dont go here if you have facemask issues of any kind. They will like a child tell you exactly how to wear your mask!! Even if you have one on. The lady who told me was nice in howshe told me, but I literally have suffocation issues & do my best to comply, so I left without buying anything. 😑

A treasure cove of crafts and niceties. They are well prepped for all seasons, holidays and occasions. You may find an even wider selection than the local competitors on the same block, if you go there you must stop in here. The fabric selection is massive with amazing patterns and images. I especially like to find the Special end-cap craft/knickknack items only found here. This is like a crafters candy store!!

This is one of my favorite stores. They always have really good deals/sales. It doesnt have that chain store feel like Hobby Lobby or Michaels. The staff is always really helpful. I had a question about yarn and the associate couldnt find the yarn lady to help, so she looked up the answer to my question online (I didnt even think to do that myself). Whenever Im starting a new project, this is my first stop and they always have what I need.

A lot of variety in all departments. Framing, paper crafts, floral and beading all can draw me in for hours here. I dont knit or quilt but they seem to have an abundance of supplies for both. In the floral and candle area are lots of project ideas on display. Great visuals for good ideas. Also a ton of craft kits for kids, here. Great for classrooms and Sunday school. One of my favorite things about this store is theyre open on Sunday.

Awesome. Took my granddaughter to do a Christmas craft. Very polite and patient employees. When I checked out, I didnt have a coupon for the discount. The associate who checked me out let me use one that she had at the checkout.

Accompanying my wife. I found the store to be very large and intriguing. There is a lot to see. It might be a go to place for picture framing. The picture framing section looks quite large and obviously professional. Art supplys and projects vary in size and complexity.

I had the worst experience ever today in Kennewick, Wa Craft warehouse. I entered the store with mask on but not over my nose. Young lady who works in the store immediately told me to put my mask over my nose. I have a serious breathing condition with my mouth and nose covered. I was trying to hold the mask out from my face while i shoped, this young women kept following me until she again confronted me about my mask. I told her I had a problem breathing and she told me it was store policy and I needed to leave. This is not the end of the story...

This is the best craft store in the Tri-Cities. They have everything you could want and all the staff are super nice and helpful!

I loved most of what I purchased. For the things that didnt work, I had no trouble with my return. The associates were helpful and professional. They have reasonable prices on a variety of products, without getting stuck for hours.

Picked up brushes and canvases, and paint for my event. Staff was very helpful.

Three craft stores all less than 2 blocks from each other, and Craft warehouse is absolutely my favorite. Store is nicely organized and people are friendly and helpful. I always come here to get my pictures framed. They are the best!!!

Tipically I like craft warehouse but today one of the ladies was rather rude. A lady probably in her 80s was complaining to her daughter about her mask not staying up. The person working came over and very rudely said she needed to pull her mask over her nose or she needed to leave. There was no reason for the tone she had.

Terrible employee chasing customers around accusing them of stealing very rude unprofessional never shop at this location!

Great scrapbook selection

We had so much fun making our succulents pots today! I love that they hold these workshops. They have everything you need to make arts and crafts, for all ages!!

We stopped for the purchase of glitter pens for adult coloring. The pens turned outtobemetalic even though the cap had glitter on it. Several of the pens would not flow.ihad to keep hitting the point then it would flow for 2 seconds and then stop !gain. Over Andover. A set of 47 pens on sale turned out to have all different levels of ink in them with many lower in ink then others. Bad products, they need to sell quality products.

They have a wide variety of stuff. From quilting material, to magnets,paints,paper. I really like this place. Its great. Staff very helpful. Not expensive.

Its hit or miss with this store, the first time I went they had some amazing deals! The second time I went, the prices were, pretty high compared to other craft stores. Ive been in a few more times, sometimes I get lucky with good prices. Everyone is very friendly though!

Way too crowded. They have everything you need, but its cramped and hard to navigate. The staff is wonderful and helpful, but there arent enough on the sales floor. Store is set up so you cant see down the aisles. Leads to lots of hunting in crowded spaces. Not my cup of tea. But they had the hard to find item I needed. Thats my major sign of excellence. For crafts ... this is the place.
