Dan was a very professional salesman. I recently purchased a used pickup from him, as i was starting the pickup to leave the check engine light came on. i went back in to talk to him about it and he recommended a local shop to get it looked at and repaired. we found that one of the glow plugs went out it was replaced, Dan kept his word and paid in full for all of the work to be done. Great guy. I will be going back in the future.

We came to Kennewick to look at a vehicle on his lot. I drove around town in the vehicle for a while and was really excited about it. One quick negotiation later and I was the proud new owner of a cool mint colored Ford F250 Super Duty. Upon reaching highway speeds there was some unexpected hard shaking. I took the truck back and without even having to ask was given a loaner vehicle, the problem got fixed, and I was back in my truck the next day. He went above and beyond what I would have expected and never once tried to get out of dealing with it.
