Was going to purchase an oil drop pan saw two employees walking out talking about getting a rental car from the airport no one acknowledged I was there, said hello or let another employee know there was a customer, this was my first and last time going to Advance auto parts. Needless to saw after waiting I pur the drop pan back and left.Basic customer service needs improvement and I hope to God the guy going to get the car wasnt management otherwise definitely needs more training.

I bought a oil change drip pan. Did not purchase any parts. Drip pan works great. No leaks. Customer service was great.

I bought a car battery. The quality seems better than the original, and the price was good. The service was good, but the computer update cycle or policy (dont know which) required that i wait 30 minutes to get my core charge back, even though i had the old battery with me. This was very inconvenient.
