I had an absolutely wonderful experience with this business! Staff was helpful, courteous, prompt, and descriptive. They had my device installed in under an hour making sure I had a complete understanding of how to operate it. There was an eager willingness to assist when it came to answering any and all questions I might have had plus the ones I didn’t even know to have! Amazing place. Way better than Life Safer. This place was like a dream compared to the nightmare I walked into at my installation appointment at Life Safer. Extremely friendly and helpful. Very efficient. I highly recommend them!!!!!

Installer is very helpful and goes beyond his duties to make sure my device, and car are working properly. No one wants a blow and go, but Smart Start is the way to go.

Customer service is meh. Staff can be friendly sometimes, but mostly unhelpful when looking for concrete answers. Agreed with another review they fleece an extra month off of you.

Good service during monthly calibration, but you will end up having to pay for an extra month because the logs for your compliance review are only downloaded during calibration, which means you have to pay for the extra calibration. Then you have to pay to have it removed a few days later. Basically this means you end up paying another $170 or so for 5 extra days. They should only be able to charge you for they months the DOL requires.

As of Dec 26th 2019 the new Kennewick location is open. Located at 550 E Bruneau Ave, Ste 110 Kennewick, Wa. Located at the corner of Gum Street and Bruneau (two blocks south of the cable bridge) located at the West end of the brand new, blue/grey PMI building.

Cust srvc refuses to answer calls in from existing customers so the time runs out costing more and have to tow etc. Im demanding better service and that we take our business elsewhere. I shared this option with them and they do not care. So now searching for better provider who can take our needs seriously and their jobs.
