Honest mechanics are hard to find.These guys were great. I live in Portland & was told it was going to cost over $1000 to get my 75k maintenance & oil change plus I needed new breaks. They were honest about exactly what I needed to get done & where other stuff was at & when I would need to check things to make sure Im keeping my car in its best shape. They went above & beyond even changing a brake sensor for me for free & it cost me 1/2 of what everyone else was charging.

Most Honest and Best Mechanic I used. I have taken my Columbia Basin Satellite company vehicles to them on several occasions and they also fix the issue quickly and never up charge of fix things that dont need fixing. I would recommend them to everyone. Theyre not just good...theyre GREAT at what they do. Mike, the owner is a stand up, honest guy who holds the highest of standards.

Heading out of town and needed to get a new battery pronto. Mike and his crew fit us in on a tight deadline and swapped out the battery so quick, we didnt have to wait. Great service!

Took my Vanagon to A to Z auto/The Bug Shack and received the worst treatment Ive ever had from a mechanic. Paid $4,300 for a rebuild that failed immediately. Owner would not uphold his warranty and allowed a stray cat to urinate all over inside of it while it was on his lot. Takes months to perform work, charges too much, fails to uphold warranty. Go elsewhere if you value your vehicle. I may not have use of the van anymore, but I can warn all of you and hopefully help you stay away from making the same mistake I did.

Mike and his Techs are great. They have the best oil change deal around, they get you in and out quickly and they dont try to oversell you stuff you dont need.

If there was a negative star rating I would give it. What I was told would be a $200 dollar fix that would take two days cost $1250 and took 8 days. Less than 2 months later the car broke down again, after taking it to Meyers Auto Tech, who is amazing, I was told that when my engine was reassembled after A to Zs repair there were bolts missing from my crank case and timing belt cover. A to Z also didnt attach the crank sensor wiring harness, so it was laying directly on the fan belt which wore through and then severed the wires. Meyers Auto Tech charged less than the quote and I ended up paying for the inspection and not even an hour of labor, the car was finished in 3 hours, under budget and under time.When I told A to Z about the problems with their repair work I was told that my car was missing parts when it was brought in! They said that I should have brought it back to them for warranty work. I wouldnt trust them to fix a sandwich anymore than a car! A to Z gave me terrible service and ridiculous excuses, how could they not have put all the bolts in? Please do not use them there are other mechanics in town that are honest and trustworty.
