I was heading out of town for a softball tournament with my 2 girls when my dash lights started fading. I stopped in at Steves to check it out and Wes came out and said it could be the battery or the alternator, but wouldnt know until he put a new battery in. Either way, I couldnt drive the car across the mountains where my kids were supposed to play. Not only did he tell me where the rental car place was, he rode with us so he could drive my car back to the shop and let us get on the road. He knew both my girls had games, 4 hours away and we were running late. As I was signing the paperwork for the rental, Wes was helping the girls transfer the gear and luggage to the new car. It was all done and he even reminded me about my sunglasses in the console and we were able to take off immediately. After a long weekend I called Steves Tire and my car was ready. Thankfully it was just the battery, Wes ordered it right away Friday and came in Saturday to install and see if anything else was needed. He really went way above and beyond what he had to do and its much appreciated. The service at Steves Tire is the reason I wont take my cars anywhere else in the Tri Cities!

I literally will never take my care anywhere else to get repairs done. I had a major issue that compromised the safety of my vehicle for my family. Matt and Phillip got me taken care. Not only did they make sure I had a way to obtain reliable transportation while my car was in their shop, but they got my repairs done quickly and at a price about $500 cheaper than anywhere else I looked into. A good friend of mine was here from out of town and was having major car trouble. Matt Ducat and his incredible team worked so diligently to resolve all the issues before she had to go back home. Had a 6-inch lift done on my Bronco. Ive been trying for a couple of years now and ran into brick walls. Steve has a great knowledge of everything on or off road and did what I wanted. I have brought in a couple of vehicles not knowing what’s wrong with them and they checked it out and got back to me and repaired quickly and got me back on the road very professional and they really care and then they follow up after a few days they called to make sure things were running right and if I had any problems The one vehicle I had to take back in no problem they fixed it you can’t ask for a better place to take your vehicle and when they details or professionally cleaned my other vehicle oh my word you can’t go wrong with this place I recommend it to everyone

My husband and I had our son five weeks early and he spent 18 days in the NICU. It was an awful time for our van to start having issues, but such is life. We brought it into Steve’s tire and automotive and asked they do everything they can to have it ready as soon as possible as it was the only vehicle that fit our growing family. Not only did they finish it in record time, but the owner made phone calls around town to find out if a part we had already had replaced was under warrantee so we wouldn’t have to pay any extra. He was able to work out a deal with another part shop to give us the best rate possible as he understood it was a very difficult time for our family financially. Once we received the van back, it was hundreds of dollars cheaper then we were quoted due to the owners due diligence that he did not have to do. That shows such heart and we have an incredible respect for that extra effort. A few days later the van started to have a different issue and we knew we had to take it right back into Steve’s for another great service. They were able to fix it again at the timeline we gave them and gave us another great price. They have earned my forever business for sure as a family-owner and helpful business!

I would not recommend Steve’s Auto. I had a coupon for a $19.99 oil change that they did not honor because they “recently changed there name” even though it was the same place of business. I felt very pressured to buy new tires from them even though I had only gone in for an oil change that day. They would not let me leave and said “legally they could not let me leave without purchasing at least one tire” After saying ‘no’ 3 times, I finally left after almost 2.5 hours of convincing them that I was not going to get new tires that day. I also felt very intimidated and feel that I overpaid for the service I received.

This is the best place to take a car! Every time I have something wrong with my car I always bring it straight to Steve’s. The crew is friendly and caring and I know my vehicle is in great hands!

I love these guys. They just fixed my car window that wouldnt go back up; fuse was out. Took it to a different place first and they quoted me $570.37! Steves did it within an hour! Gonna tell all my friends to go there!

I have been going to Steves Tire & Auto repairs since before 2005 and I have always gotten five star experience. They work with my schedule to get my car ready for when I need it and let me make payments according to my pay schedule. They have helped my out with loner tires when I was waiting for mine on order. I get tire repair from leaks, roatations and tire air balance checked when ever I want for free. Juan and Hugo are great in the front to help you to understand any repair needs. With their help I have managed to keep my classic girl going like the energized bunny.

Over a month now since we were headed to Portland from Spokane. As we headed into TriCities the battery light came on and the dash said not charging. Kinda late for help. AutoZone did try but the serpentine belt on a Duramax is trouble. Had to find motel. Next morning did an internet search and everyone was too busy. As we drove by around we saw Steves Tire and Auto. Out in two hours. You guys are good. Runs great!

My truck was idling rough, I took it to Steves for a vacuum test, as it turned out, they were able solve the rough idle issue by re-connecting a simple vacuum hose and replacing a small section of tubing. it only took all day and cost as much as the initial quote for vacuum test, which wasnt performed.not sure how I feel about this time around.I didnt get a chance to have the other routine maintenance services performed because they seemed all to happy to see me out the door... thanks, I guess?

Wasted my husbands time & money!My husbands tire blew out on his road trip so he stopped by Steves Tire & Auto to see if it could be repaired & informed them that he is on a tight schedule. They told him it would take ~ 20 mins & they would call him when it was done.One hour later my husband decided to check back; the car was outside the shop (no one bothered to call). They told him the tire wasnt repairable, quoted him well above another place in town & forgot to give him the tire rim.Thankfully a wonderful employee at another place drove back to Steves to retrieve the tire rim.
