I was prepared today to pay cash for just the right bed. However, the salesman seemed to have no interest in talking to me, no interest in showing me his products (as I persisted he finally pulled out a laminated chart for me to look at), no interest in selling his beds at all. Didnt give me his name or a card. Didnt ask any follow up questions. If this is typical of Sleep Number then I will shop for something else.

I just have to say the gentleman who helped us his name is Garrett was the best salesman I think I’ve ever met he was super knowledgeable didn’t rush us answered every single question you can tell that he’s been doing this a long time I can honestly say I don’t think my husband would have let me get my bed if it weren’t for him He was also very nice and we had a great time

Sales person was really knowledgeable, but was highly disappointed that the website they use wouldnt except my deposit i wanted to put down on my purchase. Which does make our monthly payments higher. And couldnt even get a free pillow for the inconvenience and spending $8000.

I was gifted a Select Comfort bed from my parents in 1999, so when it came time to purchase another bed for a new bedroom, I knew what I wanted. I had done my research online but since I live in a remote, rural area, I called the nearest store in Kennewick and talked to a salesman named Garrett. He was pleasant, informative, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. He answered all my questions and made the purchasing process a breeze. Im looking forward to the delivery of my new bed mid-August!

Went in to look for a bed Jose i believe was his name was a new guy but very well informed and friendly encouraged us to try all the beds and found our number. So we decided to buy a bed we got the integrated base with it and Harry who made the final sale asked if we wanted to get brackets for a headboard or decorative legs i guess it was a good thing we didnt get them because it turns out he was either lying or didnt know what he is selling because the integrated base does not have no were to attach legs or headboard brackets and we also asked if it was going to be off the ground with the base and he said yes but it just kind of works as a box spring so if you shop here you should ask to see pictures or something!

Mark was excellent! Professional, customer oriented and provided help in my section and thoroughly explained features and questions. My husband has Parkinson’s and it’s difficult to get him into and out of bed. I was looking for features to assist me. Mark suggested the bed best for my needs. With the ability to raise the head on his side will allow him to get in as sitting in a chair. Can hardly wait to receive it and installed! Being a previous customer, I’ve always received excellent service,

I really enjoyed the visit. The salesman was very pleasant and knowledgable. He showed my sleep setting and talked about what I wanted in the bed so he could show me settings, etc. I can hardly wait to get my delivery

This is our second sleep number bed. We love our bed. This time we went with a king and adjustable. We had our frist one for 20 years. And looking foreword to many more years with our new one. Thank you Jeff.

Great Labor Day sale. We have had a sleep number bed for over 20 yrs. Time for an upgrade. We now have the 360 bed and we love it.

Sales Rep Garth helped me and my wife on picking the right bed and sleep number with no intention to buy, not pushy at all. Definitely better going into the store than buying it online with sleepnumber!

The people at the store are very friendly and helpful. But what is with carrying no stock in store? They do not even give you the option to have it shipped to the store for free, so you will need to add at least $89 to the price of any bed you purchase. Its the most archaic way of doing business I have ever encountered.

Worst customer service ever. A friend and I walked into the store looking for a mattress and the only two sales people that were there didn’t even bother to greet us and completely ignored us, we decided to leave and look somewhere else.
