Boat was not coming out of gear. Adjusted cables to specs, checked cut off switch, still had trouble. Took it to Sundown. They could have said, “Oh yeah, you need all new cables,” but no. Checked it out, found the idle was a little high, fixed it! That’s all it was. Honest, friendly, very happy with their service!The “Little Bluewater”

I went into Sundown Marine, To purchase a freshwater impeller, and found the staff member so helpful, I decided to purchase the rest of my parts there, instead of online, highly recommend sundown marine, to anyone, that is looking for parts on their boat.

Tyler and crew have been great to work with. I operate an automotive shop so I know the struggles of a busy shop. Tyler was able to get us in recently when they were packed and back on the water very quickly. Price has always been fair and would not take my boat to anyone else.

This place is awesome. I have always taken my boy here for winterizing or the random part but this time I was having an issue with raising my lower unit and my boat was stuck in the water. I went and told them what was going on and they walked me through how to replace the part they thought it was. They even took me in the back and showed me on another boat. Then they sold me the part instead of having me come in for the repair. Saved me hundreds. Good people here. Thanks Sundowns crew!

Jeremy at Sundown was awesome! Being a boat owning rookie can seem a little overwhelming, but he walked me right through changing a damaged prop out! I even had to call him back mid installation on the new one and he was super cool about it! Highly recommended in my book!

I highly recommend this place if anyone needs to get their boat repaired or winterized. Jeremy is a very knowledgeable person and has helped repaired my boat this last summer. He was able to install a new starter and propeller. He did a thorough job on explaining everything that I needed to know and the boat ran great for the rest of the summer. I finally got it winterized the other day and now I can ease my mind about the winter that lies ahead. Im definitely recommending this place to my fellow co-workers, friends, and family.

I took my boat in for winterization this last year(2017). When I picked up my boat the boat trailer wheel jack was all bent up. It was very frustrating, because it was a brand new jack I had just installed.When I approached the employee about it, he tried to deny that it was their fault by saying, “There’s no way that could have happened.” I told him yes if the trailer was pulled before the jack was put up it would definitely cause that, and I let him know it was brand new when I took it in to them. When he realized he couldn’t lie to me (and it was obvious he was, because of his floundering when I approached him about it), he said, “Well I can fix it”. So he bent it in to place the best he could, but it was still in bad disrepair, but they refused to replace it.Now I have to purchase a new jack myself because of their neglect and their lack of integrity. In the past I haven’t been very happy with their customer service, but this was the final straw, that helped me decide to never give them my business again. Very disappointing.
