Parking lot needs paved, staff was friendly and store was clean. A bit expensive but specialty stores usually are. They have good quality merchandise.

Decent prices. Good employees with the right balance of helpfulness (when needed) and leaving you alone (when needed). Its a great store for simple shoe shopping and sporting goods.

Friendly workers and good deals

The manager in Kennewick Wa was awesome. His store didnt have any sleds for sale during the best snowy time. When he visited another Big 5, he brought back several of their sleds back to the Kennewick area. Thinking of his customers. That Manager needs a raise or recognition from Big 5 headquarters.

Customer service needs to greatly improve... store was not busy, plenty of team members, and cashiers! My wife and I had two separate transactions and after my wife paid the cashier brushed me of and called a different customer over to her line to help him! I had to inform the cashier that I was next and she rolled her eyes. I hardly come to this location because of the service. I normally drive to Hermiston, OR to shop....

Sexist against woman! Unfair BusinessEric The Store Manager is Sexist against Woman. I went in to buy a Rifle and because I was a female he refused to sell to me. Told me that by looking at me I couldnt afford a rifle and even if I could, he wouldnt sell me one anyway. I went in with a gun safety pamphlet from Ace pawn shop who wrote down a couple of suggested beginner home defence rifles. He accused me of wanting to buy for someone else as his excuse aiding his comment that I look like i couldnt afford one. He didnt even run a background check on me! I decided to take my business to Sportsman in Kennewick where I passed a background check and was a happy customer treated fairly

Clean, well marked areas for Covid-19 complaint. Freindly greeters, less than helpful foot wear employees. Very few options for womans work boots.

There is a great shoe sale going on right now. I love my two pairs of Saucony tennies. I couldnt make up my mind between the two, so I bought both pairs. My kids love sports so this is our go to place. For football, soccer, cheer & swimming gear they have it all. And very helpful knowledgeable staff.

Big shoutout to a very beautiful girl called Kalie for helping me out with my purchase on a Nike Training Belt 2.0! She took a lot of her time to help me because the belt did not have a price tag and she couldnt find it. With team work we found it online and were able to get the correct price. I am in love with my training belt, its amazing! I believe the manager was also there and talked me into the liquid chalk, which has so far been awesome! Nike socks for $15?! Dont mind if I do! Store has always been a little messy due to a large selection of things but you will find everything you need. 😊

Large well stocked sports store. Emphasis on gear and clothing. Big shoe section. But has most sports equipment too.

For the workout equipment they have been pretty cleaned out for the entire covid period, along with a lack of customer service and engagement.

Went into Big 5 with NO idea about soccer and what gear I needed to get my daughter started. The staff helped me out A LOT and even reminded us of the soccer package deal going on at the time. Super friendly and helpful staff.

I purchased a Benjamin pellet rifle 4 $240 and it wasnt shooting right. I brought it back with no questions asked no hassle they exchanged it for the same gun and when I asked them if the new gun didnt you ride could I bring it back also again I receive no hassle. That is good customer service and I will continue to shop there because theyre smart.
