Owners are never there and not helpful in anyway. They try to add more onto your balance due because they dont know how to do their job. Absolutely awful and I wont ever go back to them. The salesman cant help with anything whatsoever. Do not buy from them!

Overall good experience with the salesman. Very nice and helpful. The office on the other hand needs some work. I can understand things happen, but having to remake the temporary license twice because of a missing title does not inspire confidence. I might not know much about how dealerships work, but I would think its common sense or at least a good idea to have the title of the car you are selling in hand BEFORE you sold it. At least make sure you didnt loose it or something. Your file keeping really needs some work guys. When one of your salespeople are digging through a mess of file folders and he says with a surprised look saying Oh hey... heres that title to that one car. (meaning you probably lost the title of another car) does not help your case.

Overall buying a car here was a good experience. Didnt feel pressured and thought I was treated fair. The car needed some items taken care of so I had to pick it up two days later. The communication during that process was lacking and due to that and the fact I still havent received my plates (my temporary one expires tomorrow) Im giving 4 stars instead of 5.

Not even 2 months later car having issues found out someone put the wrong oil in it
