They offer a nice selection of cigars at what I would say is fair retail prices. the staff is friendly and helpful. the neighborhood isnt very safe at night there is a considerable homeless population some good some not.

Great customer service, employees always greet you upon entering store and frequently ask if you need help finding something. Store is clean and organized. Good prices and a loyalty discount program.

The employees Ive encountered have all been kind, and extremely helpful. Their prices are better than most places, which is obviously a bonus. Ill continue to shop there either way. I feel so comfortable there, because of how friendly everyone who works there has been to me. I have social anxiety, and going anywhere in public is a struggle for me. This is the only store that I feel so at ease going into. I dont want to shop anywhere else!

I’d say approximately one year ago; they had the best priced cigarettes. Recently I went for some cigarettes here (remembering the great prices from a year ago)... NOT what I remember. They’re just as expensive as any random gas station. I’ll stick with Smoke City for less.

Big Smoke has a nice store with a large variety of tobacco products and accessories including a humidor with fine cigars. The prices are competitive and the staff is friendly. They also have a wall-to-wall cooler with beer and non alcoholic beverage choices. Big smoke carries a variety of vapor products and glass pipes, but its on the lower quality end for those specific products.

Nice staff. Pet friendly which I love. Usually pretty quick service but the workers can sometimes be wrapped up in other tasks or conversations.

Used to come in here all the time *daily and if I didnt happen to have my identification they wouldnt sell to me even though they sold to me every single day before that. I am a firm believer of customer service. Youd think they would treat their regulars with a little more respect. Especially when one goes in there everyday! I now go to Smoke city and have never once had a problem with id. It was almost like some of them got satisfaction turning customers away. I seen it with my own eyes.

I shop solely for cigars. Their cigar selection is alright, but I would recommend Educated Cigar and Wine in Richland if you’re interested in cigars. Big Smoke saves you a bit of money, but they have no knowledge in what they’re selling and they’re not as friendly and welcoming as EC&W. EC&W provides free matches and a water bottle with a purchase of a cigar, and for every 10 cigars you buy at EC&W you get 1 free. Big Smoke is not a local business, buy local and support small business.

This place customer service is the worst, the lady that was assisting me claims to say I was yelling at her, which their is another employee present at the time that can vouch that I was not yelling, and cameras, she th n preceded to call cops after she told me to stop by to see if the item is working if not then we’ll refund it. My significant other was present when she said. The lady told me that on the receipt it states we don’t do refunds, which I’m looking at the receipt and it has nothing about return or refund policy how is this business?
