I started seeing Dr. Fahey back when she was still at Walmart Eye care and have followed her since. She is very thorough which is important to me. I moved to Kansas 8 years ago and have tried an optometrist there and was very disappointed. Since then, I decided a yearly trip to the TC to see Dr. Fahey is well worth it. She never disappoints!

My family loves it here. The staff is wonderful! My son is a little rambunctious and broke his frames twice. I was able to get in the same day both times and was given a replacement to borrow while new frames were ordered. The second time it happened, they had frames on hand. Walking in, the place was very spacious and clean. We were greeted by someone at the front desk, and assisted right away. I didn’t wait long before my appointment began, and the optometrist was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Made the whole exam very pleasant.Picking out glasses was a bit difficult, but only because they had so many options. The associate helping me was great. Offered her opinion and suggestions, without being pushy. Even saved me $80 by letting me know the one extra lens feature I was considering wasn’t really necessary for my lite prescription.In the end, my girlfriend and I both left with glasses we were happy with (because she picked out both of ours). We’ll absolutely be back for our next eye exam.

Very professional with all of the safety protocols. Each person takes the time to explain the various procedural steps in the examinations and results. They spend the time to assist in making additional decisions.

This has been one of my best experiences at an eye doctor. The Dr was amazing, the staff was super friendly, and the when choosing my glasses and contacts, they were more concerned with my needs rather than just wanting to sell glasses. I felt no pressure. I definately recommend going to them.

Seeing the same problems over and over yet it’s been a while since the last bad review. Just make sure your insurance covers otherwise you will be paying and arm and leg. They didn’t even run my insurance right before my appointment like they are supposed to, they did it a couple days before.. (which DOES matter) then told me after the appointment it wasn’t paid for because my insurance will not cover it. ( because they ran it days before my appointment before my birthday) Oh yea and when you ask why they didn’t let you know before the appointment they said it wasn’t their responsibility even though they are able to see my insurance wasn’t going to cover it. When you ask if they can work with you on a payment plan, they say they need it in full or you will be sent to collections. Like okkkkay! Thanks guys!

Maureen Fahey, OD diagnosed my husband with macular degeneration, vision loss is very serious, I made him a second opinion at Costco, He was told he did not have macular degeneration. We then paid for the third test at a specialty eye center to get an MRI, It was determined that I do not have macular degeneration, the specialty center sent a letter to Maureen Fahey, OD to show her what macular degeneration looks like and how to tell

My wait time was non-existent, I was honestly evaluated, and left without anything being pressed upon me for the sake of a prescription. The Dr is GREAT and so are the staff. But the frame selection is limited. They didnt give me my eye prescription before I left even though I let them know I was going to shop around for frames I liked better. It made getting glasses elsewhere much more of a hassle and time consuming. My husband had the same experience. They need to make sure they give patients their prescription.

Its a nice building with a cool kids section but their front staff is not very friendly when u have questions. Specially when calling in. I have received different info on process of ordering glasses from their staff. The wait in the room is ridiculous at times. I used to like this place at first but seems like people arent as friendly now.

Today I went to urgent care for Metal in my eye, they referred me to tricitys emergency eye care and I call, the doctor that was oncall was Jana mounts, she’s met me at the office within 30 mins and was absolutely wonderful to work with ! At first I was impressed with this place my husband and I went in the same day and for both our eyes checked. They told us 2 weeks before our glasses would be in.. mine came in 4 days later and they were the wrong prescribtion... My husband tried them on and he can see out of them... And they still havent called us about his glasses I call every other day and get the same story they will be here in a couple of days or we have already spoke with your husband and told him they would be in later... well its be over a month and they still arent in... I do not recommend this place.. I will be asking for a full refund because my glasses werent even my prescription and my husbands still havent came in. And when I mentioned this to them they said they didnt make a mistake when they clearly did. So dont go here they charge an arm and a leg to begin with. Not happy with the outcome.. Wil be getting a full refund and taking my business else where

The entire staff is very friendly and interested in me as a person. They are upfront about costs and considerate.

I had an appointment that I missed unfortunately, due to business. I got a call later in the day telling me I had missed it, I told them I didnt miss it on purpose and thought I would wrap up business in time to make my appointment, which didnt work out. Since it was on a Friday, the person on the phone said normally they do not take appointments on Fridays and I would not be able to make another Friday appointment because I missed mine......not sure who the doctor has making these calls but she sure could use some folks with a bit of professionalism, instead of a lame dufus. The doctor was nice and seemed to be knowledgeable, unfortunately, my schedule only permits me to make most appointments on Fridays, due to the conflict and the dufus on the phone, I will find someone elsewhere.

Awful customer service attention. Once they engaged you with their srvice, they dont care about it. Some ladies are nice but others are just rude.
