Feel very unsafe at this station. Many times there are lots of homeless with mental issues roaming around. Hit or miss with friendly staff. It is dirty and outrageous air prices. 2 bucks for 5 minutes of air to fill tires !! It takes close to 5 mins to get situated and fill one tire let alone four! Most times Ill drive to my old Chevron in W. Richland to fill my tank because its clean, friendly and feels safer. I really miss my old Chevron and my home near there too.

Disrespectful service, dirty, would recommend somewhere else.

Miss the job it was a good place to work but I got pushed out by Tina.

Stopped here to get gas and went inside with my kids to use the restroom and the lady working the register was very rude when we asked for the key to the restrooms, she should not be working in a customer service position when she lacks the skill. Also when we returned the key and thanked her she literally snatched the key from my son. Chevron please make better choices when hiring your employees, SMH

YEARS AGO I WENT INTO THIS CHEVONAND ASKED FOR SOME MATCHES FROM BEHIND THE COUNTER AND THE GUYASKED ME FOR ID . I SAID NO ANDLEFT . NEVER WENT BACK AGAIN .

The lady that was in there tonight that was older with glasses with short short hair, i was buying a pack of cigarettes and she accused me of buying them for someone else who wasnt illegal when i wasnt it was very disrespectful i was lost of words trying to explain myself and she embarrassed me from 4 or 5 other customers behind me waiting, she had no right to be so rude and accuse their customers of something like that, i am wowed by it if i ever see her again there next time i will ask for management number because i am a daily customer at that store And i’m very upset.

If i could give zero stars i would. Most expensive gas in town and yet the debit readers dont work, paying inside was ineffective. The service was slow and unhelpful. I will go anywhere else.

Gas pump does not stop on its own. No receipt prints out. Disappointing.

Still amazed how this place has the most expensive gas in the whole tri-cities, consistently 50-90 cents higher with the building and management falling apart.
