Rude customer service. I live near this Mini Mart and was hoping to shop here, but I wont be doing that anytime today or in the future. I know things are tense right now, but Its apparent that the staff here is drinking the Kool-Aid and suffers from Stockholm syndrome. Why anyone would give business to a business, that treats its customers like a virus; is beyond me. Neverthless, Good luck with the business Mr. Mccoy.

I respect the fact the Owner (Garth) has the dignity not to chase the EBT dollar. He says if you need EBT there is a grocery store behind us, this is gas station food. No standing in line behind someone who is buying 4 energy drinks with candy with your taxes dollars here. Plus the staff is more that helpful.

I buy lots of 44 oz. Soda from here the prices could be lower, the nearby circle k sells 44s for only $1.00 here its $1.50 but otherwise cool employees!

Ive been shopping and gassing here for years. It is one of the few places that has had the same familiar friendly faces, the same good food, same deals, and same tacky stuff all over the walls for the entire time Ive patronized it. The tri-cities has changed so much, but there are little shops like this all over that will help us feel the warm fuzzies of good memories of being a little kid with a fistful of nickels and Tootsie Pop wrapper with the star on it.Garth hired my band to play at his friends going away party once. He supplied so much good top shelf beer and food, it just blew my mind. And he paid us way more than a lot of clubs paid att. It gave me a glimpse of how hes managed such a successful place. He genuinely cares for everyone, even strangers, always. He isnt just a business owner kissing customer butt, he is a legitimate good dude with an outstanding sunray of a personality.I will shop here for the rest of my days in our windy wonderland.
