Replaced all my doors and some windows. The staff did an excellent job measuring what was needed. The installers did a fantastic job and were focused on delivering a high quality final product. Cleaned up after themselves and went well beyond just doing the minimum.Glad I selected this vendor.

Nice small old school Safeway for a small older coastal town. Staff were friendly and down to earth. Not a big store but they carry a little bit of everything. Large ice cream selection, nice produce, beverages and I found everything I was looking for. Love these small towns.

My Aunt had a frustrating experience with an order here so I tried to help her get it resolved. The guy who answered the phone (I believe his name is Patrick) had attitude and was so incredibly rude to me when I simply had questions about it. I get that nobody is perfect but when you aren’t perfect, at least be NICE if you work with PEOPLE!Will never do business here unless you improve your customer service employees.

This is the best place in Tri-Cities to purchase glass replacement. This is the 2nd time I choose them. Tim even came too my sisters home to measure the windows. The staff also is very professional and friendly.

Tri-City Glass is an excellent locally owned company that we have used for residential and commercial. They are a wonderful company to work with.

Was looking to have a mirror cut to 80 x 31, a custom size. I called around to a few other glass shops in the area and the price between $130 to $160 for the mirror. They were all about 1 1/2-2 weeks out. I called Tri-City Glass and they quoted a fair price and said they could have it done in 3-4 days. Dropped off on Wednesday and they told me probably Tuesday or Wednesday the following week (over a weekend). They called me the next day! I wasnt even ready for it. It was way faster than anyone else and the price was fair. Loaded it up in my car and I got that thing installed over week before I thought I was going to be able to do it! Good stuff! Thanks.

I needed a third bid for a window upgrade at church. I called Tri City Glass, but couldn’t even get a call back to come look to give me a bid. Finally got a company from Moses Lake to give me the third bid. Other companies in town are more responsive.

I just finished up a couple of projects that needed some custom shapes in 1/4 inch glass. These guys did a great job and were very fair in their pricing. Peter was very good to work with.

Brentleys work was absolutely amazing. I had 4 windows installed and he was able to get them installed without a hiccup. The attention to detail, thorough explanations of the process, and an expert level knowledge of windows were the most impressive aspects of the experience. Great job!

Tri-City glass is awesome!! After a lot of research, we chose them to replace 20 windows on our house. They did a fantastic job... very thorough and well done. We are so pleased. Not surprised their rating is so low. They dont deserve one star. Quoted one price and charged more than I was told. Lost my order for weeks and when they installed my windows, they did a poor job putting everything back together. Would not recommend

This information was posted to the wrong glass shop.The correct glass shop is Affordable Glass also on Columbia Dr in Kennewick, my apologies.I was looking for a piece of rubber that would fit my 1940 Chevy passenger window. Dale the owner was very helpful in looking into his inventory and found the right size that worked. Also I found out that this shop has the correct layouts going back to the 40 s 50 s 60 s of Windows that he can cut out for your classic car. You wont find these at other glass shops. I also purchased a passenger tinted window for my Chevy and very happy with it. I highly recommend this glass shop for new windshield and repair as well as window replacement.

I looked at the reviews and found the worst two reviews, same guy ! One ended with the first and last time I will ever order from perfection glass? This is Tri-city glass so much for those reviews. I understand that what they made from my little $25.00 job was nothing, and kept them from the jobs that keep the doors open, but they saved me $15.00 and did me well!

I ordered 5 pieces of glass, and 3 of them were cut unevenly. I called and the man that answered said I could bring them back. He lied, and when I got there only offered to refund the wrong pieces, but not the remaining two that no longer have use. Classy.

Bad customer service, they told me they would get my glass that same day and they would call me when it was done, i waited a couple of days and i had to call them to see if they wer done, still nothing even though i already paid. First and last time i order from perfection glass....

Do NOT go here. If the order is fine, great. (It wasnt the two times I went - I let the first one slide and didnt say anything.) If its not fine and something is wrong with the order, they will NOT give you your money back. If you show any verbal displeasure with your order, they *immediately* tell you that you can go to Perfection Glass or Glass Nook! Then, if you show surprise that theyd send you packing (again, without refunding your $20) then this lady comes out from the back office and is very very nasty, going on about how theyve been in business for 40 years (like they are now exempt from good customer service). I consider myself easy going and a customer service professional with my work experience... these employees running Tri-City Glass pass the buck, keep your money and then get mad if you disapprove of it. They have zero customer service skills when an the customer isnt happy with the order. They are giving this place a piss poor name and I wont be going back as long as those employees are there. And if Larry (if thats actually the owners name) decides they are quality employees then I have to question his judgment as well. If you use this place, hope that your order is ok. If its not... good luck. They do not appreciate being told the order wasnt correct. Horrible experience... horrible.

Do not appear to be very in need of business. Despite multiple attempts to set something up, call backs would be several days to a week later or not at all. No idea if they do good work or not, but not impressed with communication and do not appear particularly concerned with making a bad impression with a potential new customer.

I called for windows replacement for my property as they were on the approved contractors list the Benton PUD provide. I called for quote and they scheduled and never show up or even called !!! very disappointed

To start things off, we do everything ourselves. This was the one exception and much to our dismay everything that could have went wrong, did! First off it took their salesman 3 months to get a bid back to me because he kept sending the wrong bid to us. Secondly, it took them 3 months to install because the salesman didnt know that amount of work it would take to complete the job. So he would schedule us one day here and one day there :( Finally the laborers didnt understand the job of what a header needs to accomplish. It took three, yes three, times to install a header correctly above our new french doors. My husband had to tell them how to do it...weird dont you think? They left chunks of siding off our house, trim missing, clean up was a bst, they damaged alot of my plants by stepping or throwing garbage on them. Cigarette butts in the yard :( and asking my husband to run and get materials for the job!!! One of our windows is already sagging because they didnt have the proper material to finish. In all honesty, I just want our money back and hire a different window company to fix this screw up. I took 30, yes 30 photos of thier nonsense...very sad. On top of it all the salesman didnt get back to us when we asked him to come look over the job, he just sent us the remaining bill. WE have not paid the remaining and will not pay it until someone can man up and appologize or fix what is left. So at the end of these 6 long months, we have some pretty windows, nice french doors, missing siding and trim, a mismatched window that they broke and installed incorrectly (we can hear the road, and they ordered/installed the wrong thickness), garbage, holes, sagging windows and no one to claim it was them.
