This is the strangest store I have ever been in, its 3 stores in one all with different ceilings and lighting. I havent been too many Fred Meyers but this cannot be standard. Its not a bad thing, just different. Had everything we needed, could have more gluten free options.

Fred Meyers are good overall stores. They just feel less cluttered than their competitors. I really like their special section of organic foods. And I like to pick up basic mens clothing here. The store on 10th Ave in Kennewick is way bigger inside than it looks from the outside.

My wife needed new shoes for work. She had no luck finding the style she wanted at her normal outlets. We entered Fred Meyer, walked to the shoe department and voila! Found exactly what she wanted at a discount, tried em on and liked the fit. Paid for em out we went in 15 minutes flat! Giddy up.

I am a.former employee. I worked in apparel and in pharmacy. I loved working for them and I wanted to work there because I loved shopping there. They treat both their employees and their customers great. Love this store.

LOVE Fred Meyer period! Have not been in one yet that wasnt pretty awesome with a huge selection of everything. Huge selection of organics. But unfortunately NOT close to enough grass fed healthy meat choices which is surprising to me with how healthy other things they have in good supply. Beautiful produce and really appreciate the personal shoppers and curbside services. Also they need to keep their shelves stocked with bottled water...they provide such a small section for water. Overall however, Fred Meyer is leaps and bounds above the rest.

They always have everything a person needs.

2 stars for online ordering and pickup. Usually I have a great experience. This time, I ordered Starbucks cold coffee drinks. I find it hard to believe they were completely out. Instead of my coffee I received the biggest bottle of mouthwash. Why mouthwash?? I also ordered juice boxes and instead got a big bottle of juice. I think I got the lazy employee not willing to get all of the things I ordered. If I wasnt in a hurry to get going on a trip I would have made them go back and fix it. Will rethink this service in the future.

Honestly, it saddens my heart that I give only one star. Freddies is typically a cut above the rest of the stores and goes beyond. Not this time. They certainly where less that par. When at the line ready to pay, I opted to pay in cash. What shocked me was when the cashier said oh Im not going to give you change and just stood there blaming the federal reserve coin shortage. It is my duty to pay and Freddies duty to give me my change. In short, quite possibly the last time I shop at this location. Absolutely disgusting how the cashier treated me. No reason for it.

Large store with a Starbucks. It was conveniently located next to the Tesla Supercharger. Got us a Starbucks drink and looked lunch options. They had a lot to offer, but we decided to go for a sit down restaurant nearby.

This Fred Meyer is pretty typical and you can expect to find your groceries, home goods, electronics, or other items here as you would other Fred Meyer locations. However, what you will find that stands out is the extremely slow cashier staff. While friendly, even during slow times they are backed up.

For the last 3 days I have tried to pick up my prescription and the line is backed up to starbucks so at this point I have switched all my prescription to walmart yes Its a sad day when I switch to walmart over Freddys.

I dont shop here as much as Id like because its so beautifully packed with so much of what I like Id spend way too much money and time in it. Their organics are beyond impressive. Their selections on just about everything is beyond impressive. Prices are amazingly reasonable. The service is friendly. The store is clean. THE only thing NOT impressive is their grass-fed meat department. Not this one nor the Richland. I am not sure how a store who clearly understands, respects and appreciates those shoppers who prefer organics misses the grass-fed/organic section so poorly. There are more than just turkey for grass-fed meats. Other than missing the mark on meats they are spot on in the veg/fruit and their huge selections of healthy foods. Great job Fred Meyer. You clearly know how to run a business.

FredMeyer is about the best grocer in this area for meat and produce the bakery is good and Fredmeyer offers a variety of clothing some pretty descent some so so ish as far as durability. This store also has a lot of other departments in it which is really convenient if you dont like going from place to place to get what you need and the selection of different items is pretty good the prices for the most part are above what one may consider reasonable but the sales prices can be alright sometimes .Im not sure if you can still apply rewards points towards cellphone plans purchased from this chain this was /is useful if you dont use the points towards fuel one draw back is the customer support for the phones bought from The Kroger family of stores is poor, but you can always get another phone and provider elsewhere why I dont give this store 5 stars is because while most the people who work here are great Ive encountered a couple who just seem they dont like their job and take it out on the customer. However what I find most concerning, I have lost count of how many times employees here have darted out in front of me while Im pushing a shopping cart, shopping carts have wheels and weight and the fuller the cart is the more weight it has and the momentum can make it more difficult to stop in a split second .PLEASE use better care and judgment

Big store. Lots of options. I love the Kroger in water canned tuna. Drive over an hour to purchase is at the closest fred meyer. I also really like their organic chicken breast. I wish theyd open the dressing rooms.

Very large store. Can easily compete with Walmart for prices.

Very disappointed tonight in the lack of plastic bags, and wanting to charge for grocery bags. If you want us to pay for bags, you should lower the price for food. I can see how shoplifting could happen, as a result of this. If I cannot carry out what I purchase I will not buy here anymore.

Im not happy with Fred Meyer right now! Weve been customers for more than 20 years. We use the pharmacy, so they have all our contact info. But this evening when I ran in for a few last minute purchases for tomorrows Christmas dinner, and realized Id left my wallet at home, they wouldnt accept a $35 check without ID (which was in my wallet ... at home). The assistants most helpful suggestion was that I pay with cash - which I would have done, only my cash was in my wallet AT HOME.So I went to Yokes, which has a more reasonable attitude that saved Christmas dinner.

Nice store to do in for any of your needs. Clothing to furniture to groceries. You name it they got it. Fits quality products.

Left my car keys here while away on a camping trip 5 hours from home… called and spoke to the manager who sent them to me overnight shipping! Saved my day! Thank you guys!

The only good thing is the range of stuff that you have to go to alot of different stores to get but dont have alot of stuff other stores have very Over priced stuff because they couldnt sell it the year before and got shelf fee’d by uncle sam . Most employees look at colored folks like they are going to steal something just because how they dress like coming after work as a mechanic or construction personal. Kinda sad

Its always full of everything you want and quality in the merchandise plus very clean and nice staff.

Had a craving for sushi.. drove all the way from Burbank, because I know that they have some of the best sushi around!

I have shopped at Fred Meyer for over 40 years is my 1st choice in shopping. There produce is excellent along with the Kroger brands. They have good sales, coupons, rewards program and customer service.

Great layout of the store. Its easy to find what youre looking for. You can get in and out very fast especially with the self checkout.

I LOVE the Grocery Pick-up @ Fred Meyer...the employees are very quick & polite...& around holidays they give you treat bags w/ coupons & freebies...gotta LOVE that :)

They do not honor GoodRX prices on pain medications. We have been to Kroger stores all over the country and have never been turned down for the discount on these same medications. We will get our meds at Costco from now on. I hope it was worth loosing our business permanently to screw us once. Shame on you for treating your customers this way!

Stopped in for a couple of items from the deli as we were traveling between states. The store was not very crowded. Appearance was clean. The produce looked very nice. The deli cases were pretty well stocked with items available. The Service was very friendly and prompt. This seems to be a good place to stop in at while traveling through the area.

The item I purchased had a sale price on the shelf but the sale had ended. Someone just forgot to remove it. However the nice lady at the pharmacy honored it for me and saved me a pretty good sized chunk of change. Thank you nice lady 😁.

Pretty busy place, but they have been doing free pick up.

It is a beautiful store with a daycare for moms. We wish, that we would have had that when our kids were little. The staff is wonderful. The stock clerks are super fast. It is a very clean, and it is a well managed store. Kudos!!!!

I shop here occasionally. They have a great produce department. I like their daily fresh soups. I can find almost everything I need. I like their Friday Freebies, senior discount days, and other promotions. I earn points for rewards on discounted gas. Most prices are a little higher then most stores in the area, but the customer service is excellent. Large parking lot.

Clean, has organics, fresh & multitude of products for a vegan diet. Employees are friendly. They have self-serve checkout & full serve cashiers. I recommend going during the week vs. the weekend if you dont like crowds. Ive purchased my eyeglasses & jewelry from this location. I chose to go to this grocery store over any other.

Fred Meyer on 10th and 395 always has what we need, and they almost always have what we want. Theyve also got some really great meats. There is usually some high quality kitchen stuff, but they dont always have what we want. Glassware is good though.

Okay so today we got to Fred Meyer at 6:30 and we took my son to the playland. We are always fast at put shopping we waited like 8 minutes and no one showed up. But I remember that child care lady because with today this is the 3rd time she does this. She was at the return section and I saw that she saw me. All my son was wanted to play a little while and the lady didnt manage to do her job and we at the play area. They have it there for a reason.I will be calling manager as well. Just because its the third time she has done this. I would understand if I took him around 6:50 but no it was 6:30. And when I was checking out she was also logging out from her chart on play area.

The variety of brands is not as good and they have stopped stocking certain items and Ive had to go to other stores to get.They also started charging for cash back at the check out.

Really great store with a huge verity of selection! This store is going through some reorganization at the moment however is big and has a vast selection of foods from bulk, prepackaged to fresh made. They have a deli and bakery also butcher area. Also they have clothing and almost any need covered in this store even electronics and Gardening. Fred Myers try to make it a one stop shop with competitive prices!

Wendy in customer service has an incredibly rude attitude with absolutely no prompting. I called ahead of time to ask a question about faxing. She answered my call, “um Fred Meyers. How can I help you?” I began my question and she cut me off and said “I have a customer, Im putting you on hold.” I was put on hold for 10 minutes and then she hung up on me. No problem, accidents happen, I’m not upset. I call back, she answers my call right away. Announces (not apologizes) that she hung up on me, I kindly respond “no problem!” And ask my questions. No anger, no attitude from my end. Every question I ask she responds in a snarky tone as if it is the stupidest question she’s heard all day. I confess that I’m not familiar with faxing and just trying to get more information before I take the half hour drive to make sure I’m not forgetting anything. She continues to be rude, only talking for a minute or two and she has a snarky rude attitude the entire time.I come in to fax, and the first thing she does is give me a dirty look and inform me that I have to grab a sheet from the other end of the counter. I’m trying desperately to be bubbly and kind so she will stop being so rude. She gives dirty looks as I continue to smile and be kind. As she finishes ringing me out, I ask if it gets faxed right away or if it takes more time. “Um, it’s already faxed.” She rolls her eyes. “Oh okay great, thank you!” I respond, still trying to be nice and give her the benefit of the doubt that she’s had a tough day. I ask “are these mine to take?” Referring to the papers on the counter. Another eye roll, dirty look, and snarky “yup. Bye!”I tried and tried to lift her out of her dirty mood, smiling, admitting I’m not used to the process, responding nice and professionally. This woman I’ve never met is just rude from start to finish. I’m visiting from out of town so we’ve never met, this isn’t a personal issue.

One of my all time favorite places to shop. I love the staff there. I enjoy the quality and selection of their products. Their prices are competitive and you can earn fuel points on your purchases.

Definitely has anything you might be looking for (even guns). The place seemed well kept, but different sections couldve been labeled with some more detail. Its really hard to find your way around if youve never been. My mom and I were looking for like 5 things, and Im pretty sure we were in there for at least half an hour.

First time shopping experience, and Im not pleased. None of the containers of cut fresh fruit had prices on them, or even on the shelf. Thats a major purchase item for an old bachelor like me. But I never put an non-priced item into my cart. Its just not a smart thing to do. So I saved money on my shopping trip, but only because I didnt get everything I wanted.

I love going here because everything is clean, the people are friendly, and items are fresh. The only thing that i get irritated about is the bread isle. Whoever handles the bread or delivers it, I am not sure which but pretty much all hot dog bun, hamburger bun or hoagie style bun or anything that is separate from normal sandwich bread is always crushed or smashed or flattened. I am tired of searching through numerous packages just to find one that has a couple in it that are usable.

Fred Meyers is my handy, one-stop shopping source. Im well treated, and promptly, by respectful staff. If you need directions to find something, they will take you to the source rather than point off yonder.

You need to get to Freddys now. Their plant selection is beautiful. I always find something new every year.

Suddenly stopped automatic prescription refills on any restricted med, no notice, store policy nobody else does this.Additionally you can no longer drop pain med scripts early. No doc will replace if you loose it- I love want it at the pharmacy so its safe!P.S. Never have any electronics I want, and is all overpriced except for items nobody ever wants. Closest store around by far so Ive been checking regularly for Years!

Cant give a store more than 4 stars when they have such high average prices (if its not on sale, the prices are kinda outrageous), but I docked an extra star due to the inconveniences at this location... an example: The Redbox is INSIDE ...how are people supposed to return a movie outside of store hours? Do they not even think about that kind of stuff?

I shop regularly at this Fred Meyer. It is great one-stop shopping for groceries, gas and lots of other stuff. Even though I have a Walmart closer to my home, I prefer the atmosphere & attention at Fred Meyer. Great staff! Very friendly & helpful. The organic produce selection is excellent as well as the health food section. I also visit gardening & housewares & clothing on a regular basis. Its pretty rare that I dont find everything I need and then some. Pricing on groceries is comparable to other stores. Pharmacy staff is knowledgeable, friendly & helpful. And the rewards rebates are exceptional. Havent tried the on-line shopping & pickup yet, but I think it is a nice addition for those on a tight schedule. Obviously, I am a Fred Meyer fan....and no....I did not receive compensation for this review☺️ ps...my husband lives for the white chocolate & macadamia nut cookies from the bakery!

Ive made 3 trips here this past week for various things in different departments and each visit was a nightmare. Every associate I spoke to was extremely rude without provocation. I used to work retail so I do my best to be an easy customer but that had absolutely no effect because each person treated my boyfriend and myself like we were a waste of space.From now on I will do whatever it takes to avoid this store and their horrible customer service

Just moved to the area from California where we normally should shop at Winco and the store is clean and has lots of variety. Deli and Bakery has lots to offer. The overall price of goods is on the expensive side and the reason for 3 stars.

Best pharmacy I have ever been to. It was 15 minutes before closing last night and I have a trip today and needed my medication filled so I could enjoy time outdoors and they were very happy to help me. I cant thank you guys enough! Not everything is available at this store. The most basic of items, a street/road map could not be located. The customer service person was less than knowledgeable of her own store. I spoke with Jacqui the store manager at the time of my visit and informed her of the power of the review on Google. I carried through with it. what I couldnt find in this store? I was able to go back down the street and get it from the Safeway. The only two people in this store out of the 5 I had to deal with on that day were inept and extremely slow. They werent aware of the store lay out and the lackadaisical attitude were not in keeping with Fred Meyers over al mission statement. Thus with my upcoming re-assignment to the local area, this store will not see me or my money flow. Costco will see more of me than here.

I used the drive up to the pharmacy and received excellent service by the technician she was able to help me get a very nice discount on my medications and was just absolutely so personable

The Pharmacy is the slowest I have ever been too. My prescriptions are forgotten or delayed all the time. Im sure its because they are the only ones who accept the insurance I have so I cant just go somewhere else.

We love our home town Freddys. My wife has been shopping here for over 20yrs. The produce and other products are good, and we love the people!!! The only reason we dont give it 5 stars is because the deli is not what they price themselves to be.

I like Fred Meyer a lot of the prices have gone down. If you need help you can go to the service desk and ask for someone to help you with your shopping and they will find someone to help. I am in a wheelchair, so that might have something to do with it.

I havent shopped here in quite some time. I used to think it was a little higher priced but they have dropped their prices down and I really enjoy shopping there. Its not a fiasco like Walmart or Costco, where your elbow to Elbow with everyone else. I just wish they stayed open a little later

Really disappointed! Went to customer service and got in line. A young man let me go before him; which i thanked him for. I walked up to the counter, and the girl was on phone. Another lady came to help, and helped the young man next in line. I am still standing at the counter. The lady has not even acknowledged me, and continues to talk on the phone. Could not believe the treatment, and walked away. The lady just allowed me to walk away without a word. Wow!!!

Nice place. But maybe it is just me . I feel like $55 for a pair of spandex workout pants is slightly insane.

I come here every here and then when I get the chance but I absolutely prefer Fred Meyer over any other grocery store. I love how cheap things get here. $2.19 for a box of egg whites, darn cheaper than WalMart!! $8-9 for Heritage Farms chicken breast and its a huge package! I would recommend this store rather than WalMart if youre a fitness freak like me. Perfect vegetables and meats for meal prep and theres also a nice selection of protein bars. My current favorite is the new Cliff Whey Bar. I want to give thanks to the deli man who once hooked it up with some bacon. I buy the Kroger brand but there was only Tyson bacon. He marked it down to the Kroger brand price and I left the store very happily.

We love their bakery. They have specialty items most grocers dont carry that are great little special treats. Went specifically for the bakery, so cant speak to other areas of the store.

I LOVE Fred Meyer. Great one stop shop for nearly anything! Its like Wal-Mart, with a bit steeper prices but less of a mess. I choose Freddys over Wal-Mart any day, much better experience at Freddys!! Im willing to pay the little extra and use coupons, just for the positive experiences Ive had.
