I would give 20 stars if I could!!! I believe his name was Shanan, he was the assistant manager I think. He helped me customize my hat with custom embroidery! He was so beyond helpful and made suggestions that were really helpful and made sure I made the decisions that would make my hat the best. He offered his opinions and made sure the end result was phenomenal. This is THE BEST customer service I have EVER received.

Amazing staff and very helpful!

Very poor customer service, communication, and quality of work!!!!! Went 4 times to get a custom hat made. First was told the person would be in any moment. After 90 minutes I left. The second time it was the same. The third time I was told that the wording and logo had to be brought in on a thumb drive. The fourth time I was told that the design had to be save to a specific embroidery formatting on the thumb drive. ?????Still determined, I found a place online (India) that could convert the logo to the specified formatting. Finally, on the 5th trip, I was told they would make the hat AFTER the clerk commented, “we have the program that converts the files and do it for our customers all the time “. ?!! They did the hat and it’s horrible!! The logo is too small even though I specified larger. The logo is not centered nor are the letters completely filled in. I’m giving a 1 star rating because 0 is not an option.

Got some sea hawk hats for a cheap price 2each .

I purchased a gift card for my husband for fathers day. Over the weekend he went with 2 of our children to buy a hat. The service was not only poor, but down right disrespectful. I was told that the employees were rude. They were watching my son as if he were some kind of criminal. Staring him down. And one employee spat on the floor while his gaze stood fixed on my son. Now on the one hand we now know there is a wonderful shop across from yours where my son purchased his hat. He said they were polite, helpful, and kind. My husband used his card simply because it was already paid for. But I will never allow a dime of our money to go back into this store. And I will make sure I spread the word as to how my family was treated.

The hats are okay, but the store is just too small. Its fine to go into on a weekday during the day. I dont reccomend going in during the weekend.

I have to say being a die hard rams fan even before the 2018 all the way back to 1994. I went into this hat store looking for rams gear. I looked up at the nfl wall. And I kid you not every God for shaken hat was a seattle hat. No other teams whatsoever. I actually took a pic of it, because I was so dumbfounded.

They have good selections and a lot of products but its expensive. You can buy snapbacks at other places for a way better price: online, flea market, or other stores in Pasco that have snapbacks.

Was Good! Go There ALL The Time!

Saw a BOGO 50% off so grabbed 2 beanies. At check out they wouldnt give my the BOGO discount and didnt offer an explanation as to why it wasnt valid even though the sign was right above the beanie section. Also the price on the beanies was blacked out but you can read it at 25. They charged 30 each
