We bought a low mileage 2006 BMW convertible sight unseen which they delivered to us. Was a leap of faith of course since I hadnt seen it in person. Buying process was reasonably easy, not a negotiation type of dealer. That is fine with me, I just expect the car to need nothing when I buy it. Unfortunately that was not the case even though I was told it was all set mechanically.I have owned many BMWs, especially older ones, so Im familiar with their needs and expected certain things to be done proactively. I didnt expect it to need brakes, tires be very under inflated, air and cabin filter were filthy and one of the wheels was stuck on the car, telling me it could not have been inspected very well since the wheels need to come off to do that.I tried 3 times to reach out to them to talk about it. They ignored my emails each time. Even sent to two different emails: one for the salesperson Walter, other to dealer email.Totally understand this is a 15 year old used car, but the price we paid was for a car ready and safe to drive. This was neither. Did the work myself and parts alone cost me $500.Shame, we buy a lot of cars and we were hoping we found a place to come back to.
Awesome dealer, manager Walter was super easy to work with, quick financing and smooth sale through-and-through. Would highly reccomend to those with a more distinguished taste for European motoring excellence.
They have a great list of very high end vehicles but they want to lock you into their dealership for a purchase like a real estate agent. They seemed to be more willing to help me depending on the level of vehicle I wanted. But in fairness this place is only for very serious, high end buyers.
Good to deal with. Not a sketchy used car dealer. Lee took care of an issue I had with the fuel door which I found the day after I had purchased a my Audi Q7. They could have said that it was no longer their problem but they stood behind the cars they sell to make it right.
Good to know that we have a European auto repair in Kenosha. Saves significant travel.
I just want to say upfront about myself first, I am not a big review or yelp kind of guy. I will only leave a review usually if I can develop a good connection with the person I am doing business with. With that said, I wanted to leave a review on Car Gurus... but would not let me. I saw this dealer getting good reviews on Car Gurus and other car websites. Not sure why Google isnt getting the same type of praise but I am here to do it.I give 5 stars because they are nice and not pushyTim is great, very compassionate and fair when selling cars. Merik the lead mechanic for their auto sports and imports service branch/company is knowledgeable and patient with ensuring your satisfaction of service performed.I love my modded red 135i. Thats right modded... not the best idea to buy a car like that. But the car is solid and they are a honest luxury European import used car dealer. I would do business with them again.Shawn
Went in for service. Absurd hourly rate (something like $130 an hour), and they misdiagnosed a loose ground wire as an alternator fault.Dont bother.
The BMW 2009 Sport Wagon has been an excellent ride for almost a year now. One minor repair from day one, a leaky thermostat, that was taken care of perfectly, on time and on quote. Tim was great to work with and knows his cars. Service Department is second to none! Drove 75 miles for this car, and service, worth it! Thanks
STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER, BUNCH OF CROOKS. DO NOT TRANSPORT CARS FOR THEM, THEY WILL NOT PAY YOU. AS A CLIENT, PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS DEALERSHIP IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL . THEY ALSO HAVE MULTIPLE DIFFERENT COMPANIES IN ORDER FOR THEM HAVE SUCCESSFUL SCAMS. DO YOUR RESEARCH AND STAY WAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, IT WILL SAVE YOU A LOT OF HEADACHE!!!
DO NOT GIVE THIS DEALERSHIP A DEPOSIT!! I gave this dealership a $500 deposit which they required for me to get the car I was looking to buy (2008 Audi S4 Avant) independently inspected. They tried to get me to use one of their local inspection companies and several drive up firms, and when I refused they made me pay $250 to have the car flat bedded to an Audi dealership and give them a $500 deposit that was refundable if I found more than $1,000 of repairs. The inspection uncovered more than $5,000 of work that needed to be done, including $1,000 of work that they said they addressed (TPMS sensors and bad battery). When I asked them to address the issues they refused and said they didnt have to because they were keeping my deposit. They still have this car for sale; DONT BUY IT without thoroughly having it inspected!
Just bought a 2008 Jaguar XJ from Mark. He was upfront about the car and its flaws. I made the deal all by phone, email, texting, etc. Able to get it for a very fair price and get it shipped from Wisconsin to New Jersey. It was a little scary buying a car 800 miles away and unable to see and touch it but everything went smoothly.I would do business with them again.
The service was great, no long wait .very satisfied with the work completed.
Walter and the folks at this establishment were a pleasure to work with.
Very unprofessional with blatant false advertising. Was told the car had no damage history but when I pulled the vehicle history reports, there was 2 incidences of damage. Sent the reports to the dealer and they still denied.
