Eyelash extensions were clumped together instead of individually placed making them feel super uncomfortable. During the procedure my bottom lashes were glued to the upper ones and she had to cut my own lashes.... I had heard nothing but great things about this spa so decided to try it, I think the girl that did my lashes was newer. I would suggest going with a more experienced tech.

I’ve switched to MiShe Cove when I was getting consistently discouraged with my previous location. I was so appreciative of Jolene to come on a day she normally does not work and Thanksgiving week. She had never met me, but graciously took the time to get me in. I’ve been coming here since. My lashes last and look so much better than my original place. Still very satisfied. They use great products.

I cannot explain how amazing I feel after getting my lash extensions from Lash Lounge! Michelle was so thorough while finding the right lashes for me and applying the lashes. Her space in Kenosha is beautiful, extremely clean and comfortable and prices are very reasonable. My time getting ready has been cut in half because I barely wear any eye make up...if at all! I wake feeling beautiful. Best decision I ever made :)

Got a full set of lash extensions for the first time ever and couldnt say more great things about Lash Lounge. Sherri was fantastic!! She explained the process, answered questions, and made me feel very at ease. And now of course I have these amazing lashes!!! I highly recommend them and will for sure continue to go to them!!

I am completely in love with my lashes!!!! I dont need mascara or an eye lash curler, I honestly dont even need eye liner anymore. I initially did a more glamorous long lash set for the holidays and have since done a fuller, more natural fill. There are a lot of options and she works with you to make the right choice for your taste. Theres a nice waiting area, they made tea for me and set the music to what I wanted to listen to during my appointment.

I have had my lashes done for years at different places, and Lash Lounge is the best Ive found! They also did a fantastic job micro-blading my eyebrows.

Michelle has been doing my lashes since the summer of 2015 and I LOVE them! I always go with the glamor ones, because I want a large impact. But she can do more sutle natural ones. She will do whatever look your going for. I have not worn mascara since I started and if I go without makeup it still looks as though Ive made an effort.

I have been a regular customer of this business for several years now. Just recently I began to have an allergic reaction and asked if the salon had started using new adhesive. The salon said No. I reviewed products that are used with my regular person and we began to eliminate products that may cause a possible irritation. I want to add that I am someone who came to this salon for several years every 2 weeks and paid the price of $70 for refills in order to keep my lashes in the condition I liked. It was my personal preference and luxury that I invested in for myself. My lashes begin to itch after the next few fills and my salon person stated maybe we would not use primer this time. Sadly, this did not stop the itching, I asked if the salon had a hypo allergenic glue or a different glue all together they could provide as a Safe Alternative and they said No I offered to let the salon purchase any glue that is on the market that is milder or safer and I would pay for it and they declined but continued to use the product that they knew was causing irritation on me. My salon person and myself came up with a plan that I would try taking benadryl prior to calm down the Itching as the salon had other clients complaining of the same problem and this had worked for other clients. I went home after my last fill and my lashes begin to fall out the next day. I wanted to make sure the salon knew about this as I had just invested $70 and my lashes were already falling out and it was very clear to me that my lashes would not last the usual 2 weeks. My next plan was going to be to use the antihistamine or do a lash vacation and let my lashes rest. However, I contacted the owner to let her know that my ashes were coming out so soon after the fill and I didnt want to pay for a full set and asked if she could get me in sooner than 3 weeks as i never go this long . The owner responded to me via text with several long text messages stating that I was asking for product without paying and asking them to give of their time without compensation and this was not fair to the salon. She continued to tell me that no one in the salon would be allowed to apply my lashes and I should find another salon because I have a allergy and she was aware several other clients did as well. As a loyal, long standing customer I would expect more concern and professionalism from this business. To not provide clients with safe alternatives to the products they use and then leave a loyal customer out $70 and out product during holiday festivities without concern for me to be able to secure a new salon to apply is very unprofessional and very inconsiderate. Her multiple text to me continued to come thru my phone and accuse me instead of being concerned for a client that her product had caused an allergic reaction to a clients eyes. I would not recommend this salon and lack of concern she exhibited for a loyal customer. Her professionalism extends as far as her own benefit and once that is no longer present and you become a problem ( a client with an allergy or frequent fill) she will ban you form the salon as a client. Simply shocked and appalled. You never leave a person or client in which you provide services for stranded. You also do not continue to apply lashes with a product that you knowingly know that is causing multiple clients to itch. Several clients are friends of mine and voiced to me they are having the same reaction. So while this business may try and respond and say that they were concerned and declined applying lashes this is a lie because she didnt want to do my fill since my regular person was not available . Up until this point the business knowingly collected my money and continued to apply lashes to my eyes and did not offer any safe alternative to me but they sure did collect my money without concern for my well being and didnt hesitate to kick me out when I became a voice. My original person was never unprofessional, offered many alternatives. It only became a problem once the owner would need to fill in for her .

I made an appointment for a eyelash extension fill and I was texted to confirm the appointment type since I have never been here before. We had a conversation so I could explain where I used to go. Then I was texted by Sherri “I’m actually going to cancel that one out of our system because my sister and I both do not take new client fills at this time, due to trying to make sure our regulars can get in.” This should have been said since the beggining, not after having a whole conversation through text messages. UNPROFESSIONAL.
