Usually service is pretty good,but today, not so much. The guy that helped me did not appear knowledgeable, and the other guy,Raul, seemed to have no interest in helping him...Raul=BAD ATTITUDE.

Omg! Talk about needing customer caring skills! Wow as someone who had been with US Cellular for years, I am now looking to find a new service as I’m done here😞 having a bad day and I just didn’t need this right now but why can’t they offer existing customers any deals? Why only new?? That’s a bunch a bs!! This is more of a complaint US Cellular not for the location btw...

I love this store! Excellent customer service. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the store by all the employees. Was in and out fast for a phone store. Younger group of kids working, they were really smart and funny as well. Recommend this store, it is way better than any other phone store. A+

Best customer service in town hands down.

We went in to get a problem with a phone diagnosed (ended up being hardware) and they then recommended replacing the phone. The person helping us figured out the best and cheapest way to do this, and proceeded to transfer the data from the old phone to the new one. FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF. If you want quick service, I recommend not using this store.

Nothing against this store. They have been helpful. This is a bad review of us cellular. Ive been a customer for 18 years and can not get a free phone. If I was to switch from another carrier, no problem. Do not go with us cellular. Service isnt good anymore .

So far (4 months) Ive set up service and been shopping there about 8 times, my experience has been that the store manager and most of the employees have worked very hard and been very considerate. They also seem very very knowledgeable about the job they do.

Great customer service with the patience to go with it, they take the time to go over all the details and are open and honest with letting you know what works best. Happy to be a loyal customer.

Staff acknowledged me entering,got waited on within 2 minutes and associate was very helpfuland explained everything so I could understand!

The store manager, Luke is rude and in the wrong business [customer service ]. Waited 25 minutes for service while the service adviser was working on his moms phone!!Stay away from US [we abuse U} cellular, their the worst. They use to be the best! But no longer!

I have only had a couple issues over the last 6 yrs but they are always quick to get it taken care of or make it right with me.

Staff did not appear to have a lot of knowledge about their equipment.
