Easily the best kept Walmart in the southeast Wisconsin area, staff is helpful and for the most part have anything youd possibly need

My experience today was great. And for once they actually had checkouts available. I didnt have to wait to checkout. Thats a first for a very long time.

I usually know exactly what I want and where it is located before I go to Walmart. I get in and get out quickly. Love the self checkout. Employees are helpful.

This store is always dirty! I looks like a tornado went through it! They are always out of stock on a lot of things! They usually only have one checkout lane open! I hate it! So disappointing!!!!!!!!

Its a Walmart nothing special same as every other Walmart

Its a good store to go to but they need more of a selection and better prices. Some of these items are way overpriced, esp. when it comes to toys. Most of these toys should be at most $10.

I avoid Walmart at all costs...its too packed, customers are inconsiderate and feel like they are owed everything including the entire aisle for shopping, employees are seemingly tired and take their time to help anyone. I had to wait in the customer service line for 30 minutes with just 1 person ahead being helped. Eventually, after doing a bunch of random walking around stuff and chatting, the other employee finally helped me with my return.

Had to grab a couple items we forgot for camping near Bristol Renfaire. Decent store, easy to find what was needed and checkout was easy. Staff was pleasant as well.

I was looking for ice maker they found it not where others should be that person knew his store and they got it down for me no running around there great

The customer service representative that I dealt with during this visit was very sweet, efficient and accommodating. My only complaint about this store is organization and lack of stock. Overall this is a very nice Walmart.

Stays open untill 11pm currently, friendly and helpful staff in many departments. Electronics especially helpful in finding what I was looking for and suggesting a quality product. I couldnt give anything less than a 5 star because the store was clean, they offered sanitizing stations and the bathrooms are clean.

Cant stand Walmart. Its a company that seems to feel like we need them, not like they need us. I shop there on an average of once a year and every time I do, Im reminded of why. I went to a line this time with a checker and it took literally about 20 minutes to check out. In my opinion, the worst company in the world.

Every time I go to this place its poorly lit and horribly stocked. Large portions of the shelves are empty, although you will undoubtedly find random things from other departments on the shelves. I dont know if theyre short employees to clean and stock or what the story is but the place is a dump. The Vision Center there is great, though. The people are friendly, helpful and efficient. Go for the Vision Dept., stay out of the store!

To be honest Kenoshas walmart is not the best, its always out of stock and the shelves are always empty and its not department specific, its the whole store. The bathrooms are always disgusting and theres never any floor associates to help with finding anything. I Literally drive to Racine from Kenosha just to go to a decent and stocked store. I noticed a lot of young kids in Kenosha compared to Racine and maybe thats some of the problem but I try to avoid kenoshas walmart as much as possible.

Shelves arent stocked. No longer has the variety of items it used to. Overly crowded. Could definitely be cleaner. The only bright light was our cashier, who was extremely pleasant. Overall a terrible experience.

This Particular Walmart Makes Shopping Very Convenient.

Walmart where are all the manufacturing jobs you promised to bring back to the U.S. which you sent to China in the first place? Walmart is too cozy to China which uses slave labor and harvests organs from those who practice Falon Gong (Religion sort of) while they are alive and awake. You dont buy from a country who wants to take over the U.S. Sam Walton had morals now all they are after is the all mighty dollar.

Messy store. Open items, things where they didn’t belong, empty shelves with boxes sitting in the isles. I understand it’s hard to get workers now so i may change this rating in the future

We had a good shopping experience except for the blocked Isle. We spent $94.

Theres never enough cashiers. The aisles are too tight. Its crowded. Store is always a mess. Usually out of stock of whatever youre looking for. Pick up order is good, if youre willing to wait at least a day. Dont expect follow up that your order has been completed either.The few bright spots are that they are a few employees here who are actually incredibly helpful. Melissa is awesome! Theres also a young man who works online order pick up who is very helpful as well. Online order pickup is in the back of the store near the electronics and books.

I don’t hate it,Yet shopping has to be to a minimum of you wanna get in and out in a good amount of time.So many registers and not enough staff.Sometimes seems to be more staff in customer service than at registers.

This rating is only based on the Pharmacy Staff. My fiancé and I had problems getting vaccinated for Covid-19 due to intimate medical issues. The pharmacy has a lovely staff, and we were able to successfully obtain our choice of vaccine. Although it seems that some of the store staff, in other areas, are not very happily employed. The store layout is a mess and not large enough to handle the capacity of shoppers. Even now that we are vaccinated the CDC may say its okay, but WE WILL STAND BY WEARING OUR MASK!

Not impressed at all. Everytime i use my US MILITARY ID CARD, some employee tells me they cant put it in the system... 3 employees later, someone figures out how to do it.

Organization is getting better and less cluttered now.My biggest complaint is this location really needs a dedicated money center separate from the customer service, or at least have more staff. My waits to pay my rent tend to take a very long time.

Needed help in sporting goods and the gentleman working there was very helpful. They allowed me to park my semi truck in their lot while doing my shopping

Looking at baby carseats at 7 am and the place was gross moldy drinks and junk left all over the displays it be nice if they took some pride in there location the Starbucks drink must have been there a week

They NEVER answer the phone. No one helps you. All they do is suggest another person to talk to. Shopping on line.. says the item is there then when you get to the store that item isnt there or never was. Smh.

Workers know where everything is and they also can lead you to the right spot. Never had a problem finding what I needed.

Wow!!!! was asked 4 times before entering the store if my cute little shitzu was a service dog! Now she had a vest on along with proper ID card. Yup she has been in training since 8 weeks. She is 10 months old. ANYONE EVER HEAR THAT SONG NOW WHERES THE SIGN!!!! 😆LOLO. OK enough of that. Very busy! Clean.

This location continues to decline. Selection is limited, stock is low or out, and the merchandise looks like a tornado went through regardless of when you shop. Sadly, youre better off to shop the Racine Walmart even if you do live in Kenosha.

Very frustrating finding products and employees. Mostly mainstream items. Long lines for checkout. Diminishing quality of merchandise. No discount for self checkout.

I think its unfair to call this a Supercenter. Maybe they could call it Walmart With-A-Lot-of-Square-Footage?Here are just a few reasons why I believe the term super does not apply here:1. I believe it is utterly RIDICULOUS and ecologically irresponsible to put ONE item per plastic bag; this is ESPECIALLY true when I ask for multiple items per plastic bag.2. On more than one occasion, the price of an item listed on the shelf was WILDLY different than the price that came up at the register. I had to physically go back and retrieve the tag from the shelf to bring to the cashier.3. They scoff at the idea of price matching.4. I stop to show security my receipt on the way out, but they just wave everyone else on by.I know Walmart can be super; Ive seen them do it... At this location, Id be happy for a good score - but I think they are going to have to work just to get to a mediocre.

Were in the market for an inflatable kiddie pool. Website states that this store has them in store but wont allow customers to reserve them for pickup. We drove from another community to this store to buy the advertised pool only to find out that the item never was in stock at all. The store associate advised us that Next time in situations like this we should call first. REALLY!?!? Do you realize that you just told me to call Walmart!?!?! In situations like this. I would be calling every time I shopped and getting more frustrated than I already am. Why advertise that something is in stock when it never was? No wonder online shopping is more appealing.

Horrible time in this store that is now starting to rival Racines store for worst in S.E. Wisconsin. We were here on a Sunday afternoon and after getting our groceries and a grill we came to find only 2 check out lanes open and lines of people stretching out into the store. I asked a young lady with Blue hair if she could call a manager and see if they could open another lane and I was told flat out Thats not my job and proceeded to wall away from me and then rant about me to her co-worker. I then asked the co-worker the same thing and she basically said if I didn t want to wait in line I should use the self check out. Those lines were also 10 deep.I got back in line and called the store...I got a manger in apparel. She told me 32 people had called in.... What does that say either about that store or Wal-mart in general??? Lousy place to work or too low of wages?So, we waited our half hour in line and then on the way out to add insult to injury we were asked to show our receipt... I was ready to explode but kept walking with my grill as the wife showed her receipt. Welcome to 21st century retail... Put up or shut up. I will do my best to not have to spend another dime there.

This store is a hit or miss 60% of the time its messy and unorganized and you might not find an associate around if you need one. 40% of the time you will walk into a very well stocked store with not much of a big miss. I still dont visit enough because of the messiness and the associates are not that friendly and honestly look miserable 😕

You may park in the parking lot for a short time with a big rig if you let the greeter know youre shopping and leaving within an hour or so. Just make sure to park way out to not be in anyones way.

This is the worst Walmart Ive ever been in. Dirty, theres always stuff around in the isles like people are stocking but they rarely are. They are always out of a lot of stuff, even before Covid. Half the time there isnt any checkers and you have to use the self checkout. I dont mind if I dont have a ton of stuff but when you have a whole cart full who wants to do that yourself?

Not sure how you can rate Walmart. Its like going by your bipolar Anntie.You know she cooks good and youre always gonna have a good plate of food in front of you, But you never know what else to expect.But if you hungry, wear protective clothing and leave the door propped open....

The store manager posted a blurb with a photo and her number for feedback on all the registers for self check out awhile back. I ran into to her twice, was super friendly and nice and maybe she had 2 bad days or maybe every day is a bad day, but she was super rude and dismissive.Most people enjoy a positive call out for a cashier, but she legit didnt care.The employees attitude reflect hers, as theyre usually not working, in your way or legitimately running into you with a grocery cart.I drive to antioch, despite this Walmart being right by my house.

I recently went out of my way driving to the farthest corner of town to purchase some plants at Walmart. It was disappointing: the plants were neglected, not watered regularly, and overpriced. Not all had prices on them, though. The whole outdoor plant area was unkempt with litter on the ground and water leaking from a hose on the ground. It was an unsafe area. I use a walker to get around and had to be extra careful. A customer was complaining about the poor condition of the plants. Another customer explained that Meijer had much healthier hanging baskets although they cost $2.00 more. I put some plants on the seat of my walker and went looking for the check-out cash register. Another customer found the register but no sales clerk was there. She left her shopping cart by the check-out and said she was going home without buying anything. I walked into the store to find a place to check-out, but was getting tired from going so far with my walker. The first register I found was a self-check-out but I didnt know how to use it. However I was too tired to walk further to a full-service line. Luckily a Walmart employee stepped up to show me how to check out. He was kind and very helpful. But because there had been no one at the outdoor plant area, I ended up having to walk much further to my car in the parking lot from the in-store register. A sign in the outdoor plant area stating that the nearest open register was inside the store, would have been the courteous method of giving your customers the option of choosing to leave or walking the extra distance to pay for flowers. My experience at Walmart was disappointing. It was not an example of how a major business should be run.

The lines and crowding are not exactly covid code of 6 feet I-dont-want-the-plague friendly, and excessive end-caps along with whole isles taken up by stockers were both noisy and overwhelming. It did have what I wanted but the shelves were a messy confusion.

The Kenosha and Greendale stores werent in any hurry to look for a $250 item I wanted, It said on the website it was in stock but they simply said its not in stock right away, finally since I was going that way I went to the muskego store after calling, the clerk found it in back after looking for 10 minutes, Im glad they did there job rather then brush me off at the other 3 stores

This Wal-Mart is a good place to shop for convenience. There are some issues that do need attending too. Most of it is due to to having enough staff. During the day and night. They are hiring! They need good help, people with experience and are willing to work.

Alot of people doing self checkout, and cashiers with empty lanes. The lady standing out there in the lane should have been telling customers no waiting on that lane.

This Wal-mart is always a mess. Today it looked like they never clean up ANY of the displays. There was a spilled drink all over the floor near the card section that no one seemed to care about. The wall display of bacon looked like it was just thrown on the shelves and not organized at all. Just a disaster of a store.
