First time visit yesterday and it could not have been a better experience. Was welcomed with a smile from the front desk receptionist who was very friendly and personable. Dr. Thomas was even better. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I will now be a life-time client.

This was my first visit to this office. Was politely greeted by the office staff and had a very thorough and comprehensive eye exam. Dr Brunello spent a lot of time explaining the procedures and making sure that I had the correct prescription for my new eyeglasses.The staff was fantastic! Ashley spent so much time helping me select the perfect eyeglasses for my face structure and went out of her way to make my experience fantastic. I loved all of the girls that worked in the eyeglass department.. every one of them were awesome!Absolutely a five star experience. I’ll be a customer for life.Thanks!Tiffany Scott

Called on a Fri. to go in to order driving sun glasses on a SAT. Got there the girl could only price the frame not the lens. Went back on Mon. and the girl gave me a price of 368.00 that was with 30 percent off. Asked for them to write prescription so I could shop around. Found frames elsewhere ordered and paid for them. On Tues. morning looked at prescription and she had given me reading prescription not driving. Took day out of work to try and straighten out . Went in office at 9:30 and told her their error please fax right prescription. As of 12:15 pm still had not done that. Gave them 25 minutes still not faxed. Got in car and went to office for 4th time to get it and bring to new place. I guess they get and attitude if you do not buy from them. Needless to say I was upset at their in professional Im sorry every time BS. You could not pay me to go back there.

This place use to be a five star review but the last two years it has changed for the worst. Since selling to myeyedr. my experience has been poor to say the least. I have been miss prescribing my sight causing me to return for a second test. I also brought back a pair of glasses that I purchased a year ago to get checked because they seemed off. After they checked the lenses they found that the prescription in one eye was different from the prescription given. They would only fix it if I would pay for it. They have completely lost my families trust and for this we will not be returning. My recommendation if you choose to use this place is to have them double check your lenses after purchasing glasses and if your site feels off after getting them checked by either doctor get them checked again. So disappointing.

I was very happy with Dr. Thomas and his My Eye Dr staff. Everyone was so helpful and so customer service orientated. I will definitely recommend to family and friends. And a great selection of glasses. Thanks again!

Since Myeyedr bought out Dr Thomass business, the customer service in the glasses department has been terrible. Rude sales associates who only care about upselling. This place has really gone downhill

I would like to thank Dr and staff for for the excellent experience I received from my last visit, everyone was very welcoming and pleasant and Dr was thorough and comforting and I want to give a big thank you to office manager kristie for taking the time to educate me on different lenses I need that best fit my needs, she really did her best to make sure I was happy with the type of lenses I chose

Recently had an appointment at Myeyedr in Kenosha. I was very impressed with the staff and Dr Thomas. The staff was very hands on, as was the management. They ensured that I was aware of how my insurance worked and what was covered. I was running a bit short on time, but they made sure to schedule a follow up appointment, and were able to get me in at a time that worked best for me, so I did not feel rushed.I am looking forward to a long relationship with this team and location! I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an outstanding experience.

Worst place I’ve been to for glasses. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone even someone I hate. The exam was fine. But the fact that all of their frames are way overpriced for bland designs is annoying, as well as the lack of selection. They wasted my time and apologized to someone else, when I didn’t ask them to stop helping that person. Instead the women made a comment about only working there 2 weeks, but she was the one everyone asked every questions.I went in the morning and my husband went a couple hours later. I was annoyed with the cost because for bland glasses with no upgrades and I have eye glasses insurance; I spent the same amount as my twin who without insurance, got all the upgrades.My husband told me before leaving he wasn’t getting dilated as he had to go to work after. Was told they had to dilate his pupils to know how much his prescription changed as he wears contacts. They ordered him a sample pack of contacts, as well as glasses, but they never gave him a contacts exam.A week later I received an email that my order was ready, the email had no other info, but my husband received a text which told him his contacts were in. I went in to pick them up and the lady only looked up my name, than only looked at glasses, which is when she wasted my time as well as the person she had been helping before, and made the comment about only working there for two weeks. And after a long phone call (where she called my husband my brother) finally looked up the second name I said (my husband) and found that his sample contacts were in. She mentioned that they didn’t do a contact exam on him, which made me curious as 75% of the time my husband is wearing contacts, and there’s no way he wouldn’t have told them he wasn’t going to continue wearing contacts. So this has me questioning why they ordered samples if they don’t know that’s his contacts prescription.The following Wednesday (the day they said glasses would be in) I received another email with no info just “You’re order is up” at 2:45am I checked with my husband if he got an email, he didn’t, so I went in, hoping mine or both pairs were in. Only his were, I was told mine should be in Monday, which made me question why only one pair arrived when they were ordered the same day. With no answer except “See ya Monday.” That night around 8-9pm my husband received the text message informing him, his glasses were in.Saturday I received a email and text at 5:54pm that my glasses were in, I immediately checked if they were open as I just received the email, and had previously been told the text is only sent after they click some button that my item are in. But nope they closed at noon, and aren’t open Sunday. As I was excited enough that I was prepared to stop everything to go get my new glasses, this upset me.I picked up my glasses Monday, this was probably my best visit here, as I was excited to get my new glasses. A couple hours later I received an email, with “comments” as the subject which upset me more cause it shows how much she misunderstood what had me upset with the first visit.

Just wanted to say that I love My Eye Doctor! They have the best selection of cute frames! It takes me forever to make up my mind which ones to purchase. The customer service is perfection! Kristie Blaski answered all my questions and was super friendly. I would highly recommend My Eye Doctor Kenosha. I have been to two of their other locations but I prefer the Kenosha store.

I had a completely fantastic Experience at MyEyeDr Kenosha! I had my annual eye exam and purchased 2 pairs of glasses. The selection of frames are awesome! Maui Jim, Oakley, Ray-Ban and Costa Sunglasses. I had a tough time trying to pick just one. I ended up with 2 pairs of Ray-Bans (one for my everyday glasses and one for my sunglasses) My first pair was processed through my insurance and my 2nd pair I was offered a 40% discount. I ended up paying less for both pairs than I had paid previously for just one pair elsewhere. I had the most thorough eye exam from Dr. Thomas! He answered all of my questions and explained to me about all of my eye health concerns. The entire staff was so genuine, kind, trustworthy and welcoming! The receptionist asked if she could hang up my coat and then offered to make me some coffee! How awesome is that!! My entire experience at Myeyedr Kenosha office was entirely positive!!!

Dr. Thomas and Dr.Brunello are both amazing doctors! The staff is also great!

I had an amazing experience at MyEyeDr Kenosha!! Dr. Thomas was very patient and explained everything to me in terms that I can easily understand. The entire staff at this location is Wonderful. Everyone is very professional and extremely knowledgeable with helping me understand my insurance benefits and also helped make the process of picking out my new frames so much fun!!! I felt like I was shopping with my best friends! I highly recommend Kenosha MyEyeDr. They made me feel like family! I will be back each and every year for my exam as well as new eye wear. I will be going back soon to pick out some fantastic Sunglasses!!!! I would give them 100 STARS if I could!
