My daughter and I went and on Sunday to sell some of her old sports equipment and to pick up a new pair of figure skates. We were the only customers in there. It took about 5 minutes to get any help at the register. The place had merchandise everywhere It was extremely difficult to walk. I honestly couldnt imagine someone with a wheelchair or walker trying to get into this store. Ive been here several times and this was by far the worst I had seen the store look and the staff just wasnt that friendly. For being the only two customers in the store and two associates in the store working I had more than once to find them to get their help with service.

This is a great place to get reasonable priced used items. They actually do have some new items also depending on what your looking for. Those are competitively priced as well. The staff are incredibly nice and helpful. The store is a bit cluttered depending on the amount of inventory they have but Im not looking for a pretty store just good used items. Always a good bet to try here first.

Love this store! Amazing selection, prices, and staff! We have two growing kids that are involved with; hockey, baseball, figure skating, golf, roller blading, skate boarding and more. Play it Again Sports always has what we need!

Very cluttered. The used exercise machines maybe priced better but normal sport equipment was priced over new. They’d have less clutter I feel if the stuff was priced better. Tennis racket new at Walmart for 14.99 was 34.99 at play it again. If you wanted a golfclub set you have to buy every piece individual come out to probably $400 with bag.

The staff are honest, fair, professional and helpful. We traded our daughter’s old softball gear for cash value trade-in for a practically new softball bat. Great customer service. We will surely return to Play it Again Sports!

I’ve bought and traded all my grandsons hockey equipment since he started 5 years ago. They always have whatever he needs and at a fair price. They are very helpful finding his equipment and in the proper size. Definitely 5 ⭐️!

Went there looking for weights. I wasnt helped I walked around for 10 minutes trying to avoid all the trip hazards, very disorganized and dirty. I found some weights and they didnt have a price on them, I googled them just to get an idea as to the cost. Wal-Mart wanted 55.00 new. Play it again wanted 81.00. I advised the retail worker what walmart was selling them for. He relplied then go to walmart. I was expecting compromise/ negotiations. Will not do any business with this place.

They has a large selection of sporting goods. I was surprised by the amount of golf club sets they have. The staff was super friendly. Everyone had their mask on. I was looking to set up a home gym. They had several weight lifting benches.

Ive visited the store many times and dealt directly with the owner, who is engaging, knowledgeable and helpful. Good mix of used and new equipment.

Needed a pair of skates to rent for the day, and they were very generous in letting me rent a pair very nice hockey skates. If you need any nice quality sports gear at a reasonable price, I 100% recommend Play It Again Sports. The customer service is unmatched and the owner and staff are very kind.

Good customer service! I found what I was looking for in minutes thanks to a young employee who showed me the right area to look. I found a pair of shoes in great condition for only 25 dollars here when buying new would cost me at least 60 dollars more. For a small store they have a lot in there; I did not expect such a variety of items.

Ive purchased a few items on separate visits. Each time the staff was great. Very helpful and informative. The prices are great. The quality of the equipment is close to new. Ive had zero problems with my treadmill that was purchased a couple of years ago. Recently purchased a weight bench and weights. Highly recommend this location.

Useful place for non electrical items. Friendly staff. But Bad experience for me! I purchased a $450.00 treadmill and was beyond excited! First time use and it kept slowing down and eventually would stop. Starts back up. And the same experience for the following workouts. No refunds. Offered to look at/fix but it didn’t help just smells everytime now. It’s just disappointing.

Best place I know of to find great deals on used equipment. Owners and staff are so friendly that I wouldnt even consider looking elsewhere. Prices are very fair. Fantastic selection. They have everything under the sun for every sports enthusiast. Look here first! Youll be glad you did.

First-time experience going in there was today. Have a great stock of everything sports-wise they were pretty busy so I didnt really get to service a expect. But before I left I said I would be back to pick up a couple items. I was riding my bike and couldnt carry what I intended to buy. As I was leaving they did ask me could they help me and I said yes are the prices negotiable? I was told theres always room for a little bargaining. I was pleased to hear that and I guarantee Ill go back. If youre looking for anything to do with sports before you buy it new I would definitely check this place out it is well stocked for a fraction of the cost of something new.

Mr. Johnson does a great job at taking time to help you find what your looking for. The staff is all very helpful and nice! I outfitted the whole family with ice skates...not an easy task. This is our go to stop for sports equipment! Our family has run into situations where we haven’t been able to find something at the big box store and found them here. Also a great stop when kids lose or ruin some of their sports equipment and need an inexpensive replacement!

Went in for some snow sports gear for a beginner. They had a lot of snow sports gear. We were greeted when we walked in and asked what we were looking for. After pointing us to the gear (man there was A LOT to choose from). We were were looking for snow pants, about 10 minutes ina friendly staffer spoke with us about boards and how they can set and adjust boots/bindings, then walked away. Another 5-7 minutes we tried on pants that would fit and decided on a pair we went to the cash wrap and waited to check out.

Ive been here a few times just because I like the idea of buying used golf clubs in an actual retail store. No complaints, found my favorite driver here. Staff is really helpful as well.

Always great service and the owner is a super compassionate guy. I shop for dosc golf discs and other related items. Ive found some cool stuff there and the prices are usually reasonable, and you can haggle with them a little bit. Id give 5 stars but some of the discs are taking well care of, thrown in a bin and bent or not shelved properly but definitely worth cheklcking out.

Not very customer focused; called about equipment (treadmill) to sell and was told to email pictures and videos; called four times at various times during their business hours the next week to follow up and no one answered the phone; no ability to leave a message and an error message occurs if no one answers after a number of rings; got a hold of the manager 1 week later and no one had looked at the pictures and video; manager and sales associate potential interest was different even though supplied with the same information; Not a big deal if not interested in treadmill but the lack of follow up and communications skills were very poor

The place is cramped so make sure you ask if you cant find something. Its way better to get stuff here if you want to try something out. They buy stuff too.

Found actually what I was looking for and then some. The guys that work here were great, friendly and knowledgeable. They delivered some of my equipment and they did it with ease and were very professional.

Not only did they stay open a little later just so we could get a bike and some rollerblades but they did it with such a generous and good spirit. Plus everything was on sale and so affordable. And there was a rainstorm... still let me try the bike outside as they adjusted it with rain coming right at us.Honestly I cant say enough good about the business and their super kind attitudes as they helped us. Very good selection for Disc Golf discs. They stock Innova, Discraft, MVP, Westside, Lattitude 64, and maybe another brand or two. They also carry used and factory second discs. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars was because their stock was kinda messy and unorganized. Used and factory seconds are in the same racks as new discs, and there were discs on the floor when i arrived.

It had good things for sports at reasonable prices.
