Always great selection at an economical price. And isle 10 has an amazing deal!

My only complaint about this place is that the deli doesnt make some of the things that really attracted me to this store. I will still occasionally stop here because they still have great offerings in the deli, and a good selection elsewhere in this store. Their prices may be a little higher than some of the big box guys, but that extra money comes with really great service from a bunch of really good people.

I enjoy coming here for some of my grocery shopping. They have my guac chips that I cant find anywhere else. I do find that their prices tend to be pretty high and they have been rearranging the store, often forgetting the signs indicating where the products are.

The WORST STORE IN KENOSHA! They not only follow you in the store they also are so over priced and when it comes to quality, nah its never been there and its sad... Youd think with all the money they spend/save on their lose prevention that they could at least have quality products and at least try to offer actual savings to people not just say you are... Ill never shop at any festival or affiliated store ever!

It is a really nice store. The deli has sooo many selections to choose from. I think its a little on the pricey side because I just paid $18 and some change for 5 twice baked potato. They look amazing! Just a lil pricey though.

Needed to pickup some groceries and they had coffee from Door County, WI for Fall and Christmas. Yahoo !!!!

Great sales and the customer service is incredible. They will carry your groceries to your car for you and everyone is always so friendly. When Im shopping in the store employees and managers always say hello or ask if Im finding everything okay!

Festival Foods is a grocery store is that has locations in many areas I finally. They have a fantastic produce section with all types of different produce. They have a vegetarian gluten-free organic section of the store which is fantastic to will keep products that you need there. They have a great meat selection and Seafood. Their deli section is really fantastic not only do they have the regular jelly items with the meats and salads but they also have prepared foods like meatloaf tamales chicken wings pot pies, prime rib cama vegetables mashed potatoes beef and gravy turkey and gravy and sushi. They also have prepackaged Deli items such as meatloaf and mashed potatoes or chicken fried steak and macaroni and cheese or dinners with entree and vegetable and mashed potatoes or mac and cheese. Its a great place to just stop in and pick up a little something to eat. Everyday they have a special in the deli we can look on their website for what their specials are on those days on holidays they offer the individual servings of the dinners or you can buy a complete dinner for a family.ji

Clean and has a great deli. The chili lime chicken and fresh sushi are my favorites here. Fruit and vegetables are pricey though.

I have been shopping at Festival since they opened on my side of town so a couple years now. Most days I have had good experiences. However on my sons birthday at the end of May of this year, I was searching after work on a Saturday in 90° weather for a store or place that had the original ice cream cake and someone working in the bakery to write Happy Birthday and his age and name. This was the day before my sons birthday. No biggie, so I thought.. I would have already gotten his cake but when I went to Pick N Save the bakery had already left for the day. So I called Festival and spoke with someone in the bakery and he said we dont have ice cream cake but you can go buy one somewhere and bring it in and well put his name on it so I drove to Meijer and bought the ice cream cake and they didnt have anyone working that could write his name on it so I brought it home and then an hour later I drove the cake in the hot heat and called again before leaving and a lady answers and said ok and so I continue inside and they denied me because I didnt buy the cake there. The bakery dept was so rude after I was told by two people that its okay and I can come in because they didnt even have any ice cream cakes so thats why it was okay but then they denied me and they couldnt even write my sons name on for his birthday. This was for my child, not for me. Its for a childs birthday. I spoke to a manager and still denied. This left a foul taste in my mouth for those people. Who does that?!

I just love the friendly employees here! They always have a smile on their face and are willing to help. I think the prices are fair, and they have a good selection of meats, deli, and produce. And Ive noticed that they are always wiping things down due to the covid-19.

Only giving a 2 due to its location and The women at the customer service desk are the only good thing about this grocery store. Rude managers, and after being followed for about 30 mins I made the manager aware I saw what he was doing.. his faced turned red and he dissapered . Will not be returning unless I need to drop packages off.

I shop here once a week for my Papa because of covid...he loves the deli particularly. The store usually has what we need when we need it. Friendly and helpful staff.

Went to the pharmacy for my Covid shot and it was super quick, got me in early and everyone was very polite.

Dont love the store layout or not knowing where anything was but the store was clean. The alcohol section is nice but if Im being honest I prefer the bigger festival over this location. But it had what I needed and was closer to my house and thats what matters.

Love to shop at Festival! Store is always clean, all staff (and most guests) wear masks, and a great selection of products!! Our favorites are the heat-and-eat quick entrees from the deli. Theyre great in a pinch!!

I love their deli. I come here a lot when Ive worked late and want a home cooked meal that just needs to be reheated. Lots of variety and the staff can tell you every ingredient listed for anyone who might have an allergy.

My first time shopping at Festival was nice. I went mostly for their Sushi Wednesday special for lunch. I heard there was a dining area. Very surprised that it was a loft; so you can see the whole store from above. Pretty cool! We were the only ones up there and it is Covid -safe as far as distancing and cleanliness. There were clean signs in areas for you to sit at and once you are finished you turn the sign over for the area to be cleaned again. As far as shopping, there is a wide selection to chose from which was very nice. The store was well-lit and clean. I must say that I was lost when it came looking for a loaf of bread. After asking an employee, I went in the direction as pointed to and still was confused. I found it, but it left me running through the store a second time. Checkout was unusual. I had to bag myself. Not complaining, just not used to not having a bagger. Prices were decent, leaning towards higher prices. Budget conscious could still afford to shop there. Overall, a positive visit and next time will be sure to do my grocery shopping on a Wednesday again (for the sushi 🍣😉👍).

Festival generally has a great produce selection, large deli, and butcher. Some parts of the store have a larger variety of products to choose from, where other areas are lacking a bit, such as baking supplies. Overall prices seem to be a bit higher than some other stores. Always clean and generally well stocked.
