Not one employee said a word to us. Walked right by one employee, was there looking outside at vehicles for 15 minutes. I’ve never been to a dealership that not one employee has immediately tried to speak to me. No matter how interested I was, I’d rather drive further away to a dealership with better customer service.

Had a really great experience working with Nery and Luis. Always felt at ease with them on the phone and when we visited the location to pick up our car. Had a very hard time finding a 22 Tuscon Hybrid Limited. Rosen Hyundai reached out and let us put a deposit down to reserve the car which was in transit to the dealership. Not sure if they always do that or just because the car was in high demand. Answered all of our questions and helped with our tricky situation of buying out of state and then moving on another state within the month. Very upfront and never felt like we were being taken advantage of. Definitely not the car dealer horror stories you hear about. Luis was also super accommodating with our schedule and very knowledgeable about all the features and functions of the vehicle. Also a very beautiful physical space.

We are very happy with the purchase of Hyundai Palisade, Kenosha were the only dealership that had what we wanted. I can get a car in any dealership but recommendation comes only when I am really pleased with the sales. Will review more after the service

Went with my dad and sister to buy my sisters car. Had some bad interactions at a different dealership and ended up in Hyundai of Kenosha, about an hour and a half from home. Everyone there was super nice and welcoming, and treated us with respect. When I was looking to buy my own car a few weeks later I called up Joe, who is an amazing salesperson, but also an awesome guy. Him and Josh, the very kind general manager, helped me find the car I wanted at a reasonable price. I wish buying cars was something I could afford to do more frequently because I would most definitely go back to them. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership

Try and talk to the lady behind the desk in the service department. She was very rude on multiple occasions when I called & visited the dealer. Asked her very simple questions about my cars free oil changes and she was very short and rude. She comes off as confrontational. She should get a lesson in customer service. I wont buy a car from this dealer again simply because I would hate to have to deal with her.

I got my 2022 Hyundai Tucson about 2 months ago and have never had a more pleasant expirience at a dealership. Jordan and Neri worked with me for about 2 or 3 weeks while I was trying to get my finances in order, and were helpful and patient with me the entire time. Not to mention, in this crazy car market they have extremely reasonable costs. I drove up from Illinois and every mile was worth it! If youre in the market for a car, check out this dealership, you wont regret it. We drove a couple cars and found the one she really liked.Their first offer was an amazing deal. No back and forth. No bringing in the manager to close. Transparent and straight forward. The finance guy was amazing. We were laughing and joking through the whole transaction. Swapping “war stories” of being in the car biz.This was truly the best experience I have ever had buying or selling a vehicle. I have had my ‘21 Palisade for a month now and I love it. I went into the dealership on whim, and test drove the Palisade, and I had to have it. Frank found me the trim and color for me at the price that I wanted. Everyone at the dealership is great. If you are looking for a new car, don’t hesitate to stop in and ask for Frank. He even washes my car personally every time I stop in. Now, that is great service!!

Great Experience purchasing my New Sante Fe from Luis! I knew what I wanted, and I didnt want to spend a lot of time at the dealership. I found the vehicle on their website, called and spoke with Luis. We exchanged enough info via email and by the time I arrived my vehicle of choice was waiting for me to test drive the minute I arrived. I went into the service department and was greeted by a blonde woman who said sure but immediately changed her tone and attitude when she asked me if I bought the car at that dealership which I replied no. After speaking to her, service manager and the “general manager “ Josh Ihmound, was given different reasons why I could not get a simple car wash. Except for the service manager who spoke to me with respect unlike the blonde lady and GM . I was very disappointed and treated rudely. I would think that they would treat a Hyundai customer who spent a lot of money on a new vehicle with a little more respect. The worst thing said to me by the general manager Josh was that I am not a customer because I did not by the vehicle at his dealership even though I said I was going to have my new vehicle serviced there when my first service is due . Aren’t you all part of the Hyundai family??

Rosen Hyundai of Kenosha is the best all dealerships I have EVER experienced! I loved the respect I received in the service department as I had an oil change and had a new tire put on. Not only did they treat me with ultimate respect but after my services were completed, John, who works in the service department, vacumed the long white dog hair (which was all over the floors of the car) and did the most INCREDIBLE job! He worked really hard to make it look like new! They also washed my 2018 Santa Fe Sport to top off their excellent customer service! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Love these guys. I purchased a Hyundai in gurnee and had terrible customer service. These guys jumped in and were great. They quickly assessed the issue and took care of it. Very friendly and helpful!

This dealership service department is garbage they say they do things and they dont. I asked for my paperwork from the 21-point inspection and the tech never did it but on my bill it says they preformed a 21-point inspection. My radiator had a hole in it but they did a coolant flush bad business.

Josh and Joe and Tim are so good to deal with, we went back within two weeks to get another Hyundai from them...!!! 😁

The time it takes to make a purchase can some times make your whole day go to waste at a dealership I’m sure a lot of you can relate! I’ve only had one other dealer in Plymouth, Wi. that made our experience as Rosen in Kenosha did. Hope,and Marq Maddox in sales where super easy to work with they where never pushy they both had a lot of respect and that speaks good earning your business. Timothy Schomer in Finance and the best for last Josh Lhmound the General Manager!! Josh comes out and greets you super friendly and down to earth if there’s any issues he’s quick to fix them. Tim I’m Finance was also super good he offers you Add ons to your purchase to your purchase but if you say no it’s a no with him unlike other places that keep pushing you to try buying extra stuff you personally don’t want! I want to add something real quick don’t mistaken this Rosen from the one in Gurnee,Illinois Night and day difference by far! I highly recommend Rosen of Kenosha by far they’ve earned my business for lifetime as long as they don’t change and keep doing the outstanding work there doing now!!
