In my personal experience this store offers the best customer service. They have been very helpful to me regardless of who is in the store. Owen, when Bryce was around, and now Parker go above and beyond to offer a good experience! Love Sherwin Williams paint, would like a lower price in some products though 😅. All in all this store is where I prefer to buy all my paints, and tools.

I would never recommend Sherwin Williams over Benjamin Moore paint its just not as good. even the duration and emerald. but i went to this store cuz its cheep and two blocks away from where I was working. I was just helping someone sell a house cheep as possible. I liked it because the people in this store were really great. the were friendly and helpful. usually in these stores from my past experiences they are clueless and disrespectful when I walk in with my Benjamin Moore shirt on. but not this one, so thats why I decided to give it a review. I know there are ppl who disagree with me about Benjamin Moore. so for them if your around this area and need paint i recommend this place for sure. Even a homeowner who is diy id say its ok stuff. resilience is what i would go with for best value.

The clerks were very knowledgeable about the product. My clerk recommended the type of paint I was looking for and gave pointers on using a paint sprayer. Very helpful.

This is one of my favorite companies to do business with, they have some the best products on the market. Evan ( store manager ) and his team of professionals are very knowledgeable and great at providing excellent customer service. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking to start a painting project, its a one stop shop for great products and knowledge about the painting process.

Make sure to work with Ashley, she worked through difficulties matching an impossible dark blue I wanted. It matches perfectly!

The salesperson was so knowledgeable. They only had one person working on a busy Sunday morning but he was so fast, efficient and knew his stuff and I respect that.

The service is great, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. You can get great deals and the paint is good.

There isnt enough help in this store. Often only one person working. Help can be nasty. Customers are not taken care of in order. Paint sample mixed with wrong base necessitating a return for correct color. Will use Mt. Pleasant store from now on.

Unfortunately this is my first one star review, i am really disappointed from the way Michelle talking to me on the phone when i ask her politely about my bill with her response unprofessional, i will move my Business to benjamin moore at list treat you with respect. this can level of employee make any company go down.

Its no color wheel there, if you need to verify color, you have to get true all color chips on the desplay. Very unprofessional. I never have this problem in any other stores.

A bit pricier than big box stores but sales is much more knowledgeable about the different paints, techniques, etc.

The paint did not perform the way it was explained to us before we bought it.

Another review already mentioned the problem, she was done mixing my paint for 15 minutes and decided not to let me know, started helping another customer until I decided to come to the counter. Way to treat a $150k +a year customer.

The worse costumer service I ever had, I got there 35 min Before they closed and the person on dutty (Michelle) gave me an actittude when I came in, apparently she was in the hurry to go home and gave me the wrong color.
