Inexcusably poor customer service experience. Crew was sent to purchase several items. When asking for advice on type of caulking for a particular wet application, my employee was belittled (for asking) and the advice, which was reluctantly given, was poor to say the least and an inferior product was sold. The best product for the application should have been a clear choice and Lisa, front desk, was either too lazy or doesnt understand customer service. If she didnt know she should have asked someone else in the company. CRL specializes in showers and someone there should know their products. The fact that my employee were belittled is bad enough. That bad product advice, which led to more spent time sending someone out to buy the right product (from a compettior) is completely inexcusable. There are alternative places to shop, i will be using them. Customer service matters.

One of the worst experiences I have had with customer service. I called about an order pickup and there was some confusion on my end as to who I should have contacted, once I realized this error I explained my confusion and had a quick follow up question to sort it out, and the person I was talking to was very short with me and said I was wasting his time. I politely said it was an honest mistake and I didnt appreciate how he was treating me, at which point he said something sarcastic and hung up on me. The entire conversation lasted less than two minutes but left me feeling disrespected and looked down upon. I sincerely hope this is not the norm for how they treat people.
