Terrible experience with this company. The customer service is TERRIBLE! The owner and her team (Im assuming more family) are RUDE! They promise work will be done on an item then deliver it and state, that wasnt part of the agreement. Additionally, the men were extremely nice when my husband was here ( during initial transactions) but when they came back to drop off furniture, they were rude, raised their voices and had an unprofessional, combative demeanor. Two men having this behavior to a woman alone in a house is unacceptable and it has been reported!

Graebel relocation set up this business to repair furniture damaged in our move. The owner was scheduled to arrive around 11:30. Our home has two levels, I was up and down the stairs working around the house. At 11:45 I receive a voicemail from this business office. I called back within 6 minutes and was informed that someone had been at my door for over thirty minutes and that she could hear through the phone the door bell ringing. Funny thing about that, our doorbell doesnt work. Additionally if the owner had actually been at our door for over 30 minutes then he would have arrived 15 minutes early for our scheduled appointment. The appointment we had scheduled was the only time available for us to meet anyone at home for the foreseeable future. The owner refused to reschedule for later in the day despite having presumably only left our house minutes before. Customer service is not an art this company is at all familiar with, they are combative on the phone and I would STRONGLY encourage others to NEVER use this business.
