Absolute thieves. They charge $149 just to dispatch the technician. Then they charge additionally for labor. First technician came out and said needed an $800 part. Ordered part, had the second technician come out two weeks later and tell me that the part in fact wasnt needed. Ended up charging over $400 to have two people who are either under-trained or poorly educated come out for a grand total of 45 minutes (30 minutes first time, 15 minutes second time). These thieves are charging more than attorneys per hour. DO NOT USE - YOU WILL BE SORRY.

You learn how good someone is when the chips are down, and LUWA really came through for me. My dishwasher broke due to a manufacturer’s flaw, and even though the manufacturer wouldn’t do the right thing, the LUWA service manager stepped up and went above and beyond. He listened to my concerns, validated my experience, and made it right. And our service tech was top notch and super professional as well. Thank you to the whole LUWA team- I’m a customer for life now!

I hate leaving a bad review but in my opinion the cost ($450) to have my Viking Range cleaned was not worth it. For that price, I would have expected that the level of cleaning would have been deeper and more comprehensive.

Very impressed by the service from Luwa. Jesse has been to our house multiple times for warranty work and been great. Extremely knowledgeable and professional.

Ive used Luwa to service some of my Miele appliances recently, and honestly, theyve been outstanding. Theyre responsive, and since I live up in Stanwood, its not like I live down the street from their office. The techs are knowledgeable, and extremely professional. Customer service is alive and well with Luwa. I cant recommend them highly enough.

Company is very Knowledgeable and just did an awesome job repairing a Viking under counter beverage cooler for me. From skilled careful removal of the unit,( floor protection, shoe booties, skilled tec.). Unit was removed brought offsite for rebuilding and bench testing. Unit was returned cleaned and in protective wrap and carefully reinstalled..Definitely 5* service and communication
