Loved this place bought a 125cc atv

Bought a ssr70 for my 8 year old today. I spoke with Tony days prior. Answered all my questions and very nice over the phone. I placed it on hold. When I arrived today the atmosphere was nice and professional. He walked me through the bike and answered all my questions. Even walked me out and loaded the bike into my truck in the rain.... Service was awesome. The bike runs great and will def recommend this place to anyone.

Bought 3 four wheelers from them and all three have had problems. Only have been able to get a couple rides out of them until something else breaks. The owner is not helpful. We took them up had them fixed, picked them up and they were still not rideable. waste of money and time to drive 40min one way to get fixed. Should not have this many problems with new.

June 5 i put half of the price of a thumpstar 125cc big wheel down because they were out of stock and would have them by mid july....they did not have them back in stock till the end of aug and then was told they need 2 weeks to build the bikes...September 12 I go to pick my bike up for my son and they dont have the big wheel 125 in stock and wanna give me a small wheel 125 for the same price....so I bit my tongue and bought a 140 cc big wheel and no deal was givin no money off or nothing...no oil no gas not even started for me.....

In comparison to other 4 Wheelers, from a price and quality perspective, I am very pleased with the purchase. My grandson has driven his significantly with very little issues. When I did have an issue East Coast quickly addressed the issue at a very reasonable charge. I would go their again.

Love this place pretty much every part I ever asked for they have or can get it at a fairly decent time I recommend if you have a pit bike looking for a pit by the prices are outstanding

Bought a 125 cc for my son. The ATV has been starting up and running pretty good. Just the right size for N 11 year old. Staff was very helpful.

Very helpful staff. More knowledgeable about Chinese ATVs and bikes than any other dealer Ive spoken with. Purchased a battery for my scooter at a very good price and although they did not have the exact one I needed, they had one very comparable that works just fine.

The grandson got a new toy today.

I bought a 3125R Pink Camo for my daughters birthday on a Friday . She rode it for a couple of hours and I just couldnt get the carburetor adjusted right and on top of that the chain almost wore a hole in the frame where it was rubbing. I took it back 1st thing Saturday morning and Brad exchanged it with another one. The replacement runs great with absolutely zero issues. Needless to say Brad is a top notch guy. He will always have me as a customer and I will recommend East Central Motorsports to everyone.

This place is a JOKE, talk about price gouging. Charging $2800 for a lower end dirt bike. You can get a Honda or Kawasaki for $500 more, lol. Ill NEVER shop at this place.

Just stopped in to check some prices and ask a few questions. The gentleman who helped me (owner?) was friendly and knowlegable. Big inventory, nice selection.

Bought 2 4-wheelers from them. Great customer service! Had one minor issue with one of the 4-wheelers that they corrected in less than 24 hours! Would recommend to anyone!

We bought our son a 4 wheeler for Christmas and his father was the one who got the instructions on how to ride. To make a long story short he forgot lol. Brad came out to our house before work one morning to actually pick the atv up to figure out exactly what was wrong. Which it was an error on our end. & he got it started without having to go through the hassle of lugging it back to the store. I was very pleased at the customer service we received and also the house call! Great company! Great Staff!

I live in Cleveland so I called before hand to get a brake lever for my 2016 ssr 140cc and they said it was in stock so I drove the hour to get there to find out it was not in stock and they could have it next week so make sure when you talk to these people it the rite part
