I called ahead to make an appointment as I was driving all the way from Oregon. I came in would detail drawings of what I needed and I met with Chris I believe the owner. I explained exactly the experience I want to provide and he was extremely helpful and was able to put a package together in a very timely manner :)I enjoyed the show Room as it allowed me to actually see all the lights I was looking for in action which was a very big help.

This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had while looking for business to partner with. I was referred to Omnisystems by an employee @ Guitar center. I needed a custom made media setup.I called in advance to set an appointment to see their wholesale location. When I arrived the 3 staff were friendly as I told them the details of what i needed. They allowed me to tell them who I was and what specifically my needs were. As they were assembling the parts I would need an older Eastern European man came out and stopped them.He asked what I needed and I began to tell him. The staff told him they had it handled but he just bullied them into submission. It was an aquard feeling for sure. I then tried to explain the details of what i needed and he tried to show me parts that wouldnt work for what I needed. He then asked what my budget was and I told him i needed to find out the price for the pieces and get approval from the Board of Directors. That was unless he would want to partner with us and donate some of the parts. We donot donate he barked at me. It caught me off gaurd. And made me uncomfortable. I tried to explain to him we were a 501c3 that helps veterans struggling with ptsd... and he cut me off. He said he didnt care about my cause. I asked if I could show him a short 30sec video. He said NO he didnt want to feel bad. He then said he is a wholesale company and didnt get tax writeoff. This I know is a lie. I own a business as well. I have a wholesale and retail license. Every business claims writoffs against their profit.He then ran me out the door. He kept yelling We do not donate. I told him that was fine, I still needed a price so I could take it to the board of directors like I had explained earlier.His tune changed for a moment as I stood in the parking lot and him in the door. He tried to ask me what set up I needed but I shook my head and told him why would I want to give you my business when you told me you didnt care about what my cause was. He huffed and went inside telling me you shouldnt even be here.Two of his staff that were helping me earlier were in the parkimg lot. They apologized profusely for his behavior.Who was he I asked?The owner they saidI understand not everyone can donate to organizations, its fine. People need to make money. But I would not be diligent with my donors money if I didnt at least ask.I have never been treated so disrespectfuly by a business in my life.I will never use omnisystem brand products in my life.
