Great work and responsiveness overall. Only reason not a 5 star is that the installer wasnt wearing a mask when in my home. That said, I didnt ask him to put one on so not sure how he may have responded to that. I strongly feel in these times it should standard operating procedure for contractors to always err on the side of being overly protective and respectful.

During our July 4th celebration, we managed to launch a mortar into our living room double-pane window. The next day, we were on the hunt for a reliable and relatively inexpensive solution. I called Glass Doctor Seattle for an emergency board-up and they sent me Jevon within just a few hours. He patched the hole in the window with the right size of board quickly and cleanly. A week later, Glass Doctor Seattle called me to let me know my glass was in and Jevon just left. In just a few minutes he had the window looking as good as new. Hello everyone! I really tried to edit my first review with one star, because I don’t like to delete my reviews! I got horrible service from pro, which replace my rear side glass really fast and didn’t clean up completely broken glass into the door and as additional damage the door panel. Also, quality of the glass was poor. After my claim the manager of the company pretty quick to contact me and offer to make sure that work was done poorly. The company had take responsibility for the issue and replace the glass and door panel. I really thankful for that, thankful for fast resolution of the problem! Maybe it was just one time issue and company work’s better than it seems to me, but I don’t return to this company in future.Thank you.

We replaced our 25 year old picture window that has lost its Gas between double pane glass. This caused a fog to form between the two windows in the evenings. I called Glass Doctor, they asked me to take a few measurements and a few pictures. A week later they were out to look it over and take there own measurements. A week after that One they came out, removed our old window and replaced it with a Brand new Window. After seeing what a difference that new window made, My wife is on board with the replacement, she is very happy with the quality and clarity that it brought our home. Glass Doctor is the best place in town, they dont try and sell you window and frames, they Fix the problem at a good price.

A bird decided to play chicken with our car going 75mph on the freeway neither of us won called and got a great quote with inhome instalation and next day service. Was told my time frame would be between noon and 5pm got called around 1145 that the tech was on the way. Within an hour he was done and even suggested products that would help with the little glass pieces that the vaccum could not pick up. Quick, friendly and professional!

Chris came out when my sliding glass door was broken by a flying rock from my weed eater. Gave me an estimate and very quickly was able to replace the double glass in the door. Service was excellent and the staff at the store were very nice and helpful. I wont hesitate to call them for any glass needs I might have in the future. I highly recommend this service!

Chris gave us an initial estimate and then did the install. We had 15 double pane windows replaced and paid less than $5000 - which was $15,000+ less than I thought we were going to pay. Chris was exceptionally courteous and professional and did an outstanding job. We are more than pleased with the customer service and the product. We called and set up an appointment which was the same day. Both employees that came were very polite and knowledgeable about their products. We needed a house window replaced and it would be ready in 7-10 days but was ready in about 4 days. They came and fitted the next working day after informing us that the window was ready. The whole process was finished in 5 days! Definitely would recommend glass doctor.

One of their employees named Kris Sowders kicked (yes kicked) my car door hard enough to leave a dent. Beginning of his license plate starts with c6833. Go somewhere else, they dont care about customer service AT ALL. I was in need of a replacement mirror for a 3 mirror vanity and couldnt find it in any hardware store or online. Frustrated that I would have to replace the whole unit. It seems like OEM quality as advertised.TL:DR - Overall, I think the reputation online they’ve earned is well-deserved. Great company (waived some fees during COVID-19 pandemic to help with customer costs), friendly staff, and quality work!There is no scratches that I see on the window from the install and I believe the installer did a good job vacuuming the glass shards inside the panel and car interior. I don’t hear glass shards when I close my door, but I haven’t played music to see if anything vibrates. When I roll the windows up and down - I don’t hear the windows being scratched, so I’m happy with the install.I used their mobile service, which was very convenient as I did not to have glass fly into my face on an open freeway. The lady on the phone who booked my estimate was professional, quick, and friendly. Not pushy at all and I got an ETA the day before. I also got an ETA the day-of from the person who came to replace my window. He was friendly, punctual, and professional. Thank you!

Initially, the installers for replacing two windows in our home came without the proper scaffolding. They returned the next day with all of the necessary equipment for reaching the two gable windows in need of replacing. They did a very good job at keeping the job-site as clean and neat as possible. When completed, they double-checked each window to make sure that no finger prints were left on the glass. They did a very good job of checking, once the installation was completed.

A large rock shattered our bedroom window and we were lucky to find Scott at Glass Doctor of Seattle to help. He came out within the hour, replaced the window with a thick piece of wood and explained our options. One week later we have a new pane of beautiful sound resistant, thick glass. The whole process was as painless as it could be and handled with expertise, professionalism and kindness throughout. I cant think of any other glass company I would want to use after the excellent experience with Glass Doctor of Seattle.

We want to leave a claim on the quality of work of the master of your company. The glass was not installed properly, when the glass is lowered to the end, it wobbles. the pro damaged the panel during the opening, now the panel needs to be replaced, we will estimate the damage in authorized Honda dealer and we’ll send you an estimate for compensation. We demand full compensation for reinstalling the glass from the dealer with the cleaning of the drainage channels in the door from broken glass. The door rattles like a baby rattle, as your master could not clean the remains of the broken glass completely. In winter time, this broken glass will clog drain inlets and we will have problems with drainage. The power window moves slowly, which means the engine will burn out during continuous operation.

I went to Glass Doctors in Kent and had a great experience. Service was fast and staff was very nice. My windshield had a chip that was fixed in about 20 minutes and Glass Doctors took care of the insurance claim. Definitely recommend them

Worked with Glass Doctor on a major project that many other companies didnt want to do (skywall replacement). First visit was great -- team did the job and I was able to coordinate with them to work in projects I needed to do in the same space while the disruption was underway. Few months later, had a minor problem and they came back to assess and repair quickly and effectively. Overall, very happy with the results.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this business. I had a sudden windshield breakage and not only did they have great pricing but were able to squeeze me in on the same day. Rhonda was incredibly friendly, helpful and communicative throughout the process and because of her superb customer service I will be referring Glass Doctors to everyone I know. If you want fast and efficient glass repair services this place is the way to go!

Company very difficult to work with. Long delays (6 to 8 weeks) to get quotes and appointments. Customer Support Service is a joke: they burn your time asking all your details again every time but dont have access to your file and provide any response; they dont call back. When they come for appoitments, they are unprepared. For example my glass is on the roof and they cant go measure when it is raining, but they show up a rainy day after 6 weeks of waiting time and cant do the measurement. Etc.

After replacing my first set of windows, I called for another quote to do 3 more. Not only were the measurements lost and had to wait for a new estimate to come out. After weeks of playing tag via email and calls, getting the run around about not be able to transfer to the sales person (who emailed a quote for the PREVIOUS two windows) due to “tach issues” over the course of 2 days. Left a message with the office manager and still haven’t had a call back. So I’m done. They’ve lost a customer and a lot of money.

The service man showed up early which actually was perfect timing for my baby to be asleep. He did call and give me a 25min heads up so I could prepare.He was very quick, courteous, and extremely helpful. Plus we talked about dogs which is always a bonus!Ive been very happy with how prompt and professional Glass Doctor has been compared to another glazier I tried to use who ended up ghosting me. I have up ever trying to get a hold of the guy in charge of my account.

They came the day after I called gave me an estimate on the spot and were very friendly and prompt. They were 25% lower than the other estimate I got from and Issaquah company so I booked them. They came eight days later prompt friendly and quick replacing a huge plate glass window. It was as good as a service can be😊

You guys saved my day! After my car window got smashed, I was feeling pretty unsafe driving and parking without a window. I called several places and none had a date soon enough to help me ease my anxiety of driving like that. I had a patio door break. They came out within four hours of my initial call. The techs worked an estimate for me on the spot and even cleaned up all the broken glass. I was told it would take about a week for the glass to come in and that I would receive a call to schedule an install. As promised, I received a call and the installers arrived as scheduled. The staff was overwhelmingly kind and helpful. They worked with me on the price even after it was discovered that I gave them incorrect vehicle information due to my own ignorance.
