It was a nice place. No one to greet you at the door though. And no one at the mask station to keep an eye on it either. I live in Yakima and went to see their dollar spot while we were in Kent to see if they had stock of reusable shopping bags. I wasnt too impressed. It was displayed neatly, but the selection area was weak. Just one small strip. And they didnt even have the prices for the product. They just showed the prices of the area by Spots playground sign. Not on price tags.

They have really updated this location over the past year The store is well put together and the aisles seem to have more reasoning on why they are next to each other. They have really expanded their cosmetic section giving plenty of more options to choose from and the lighting in that area is very nice. They have really stepped up their staffing as well. There were lots of employees available to help all around and the cashiers were cleaning their work area after each customer which is very nice in this time of the pandemic.

Shout out to Eli, he’s so nice and always greets you with a big smile. It’s so awesome I can just pick up my groceries when I can’t get down with my little one. Thank you all for always giving me great service.

I ordered stuff for my kid for winter season and we were in a dire need for it. The order was received by Reynolds at Target Kent, but disappeared! I went twice to them and spent more than 1 hour to get it, but in vain!!!!!!!!! Very disappointing and frustrating! I didn’t want refund; I wanted my kid’s winter stuff.

Customer service is a skill and Selena def perfected hers. She was very friendly and went above and beyond to find my product in back stock. Even though it was just red food coloring I appreciated it so much since its for a school project. Also, the guy with the cool voice is also great.. didnt get his name but we all know who Im talking about... the guy who could give Morgan freeman a run for his money. Keep up the great work :)

Clean and though some sections were under remodeling, the staff did a good job in setting up temporary placements and they were not intrusive or in the way.Friendly staff and quick checkouts. It was also a Thursday at 1pm, so that may have been a factor.

Bathrooms were gross and the lines were slow and long. After finally getting to the check stand the cashier informed me she was closed. Me and the long line of people behind me were out of luck and and to get into line again! I just left my cart and walked out. Never shopping here again.

We stopped in here on our walking tour of the Squares, and I was not disappointed. Our waitress was the best, and I would have hugged her if I could have. The food was delicious and SO CHEAP.

I primarily order Pickup, what a joy, they have had all that Ive ordered and with theyre 2 hour windows, it works for my plasma donations twice weekly. Not being stressed about not having an item I can substitute. The pickup service is great, no confusion with 1 team member dedicated to retrieving my order, Im in and out in 5 mins. A Team Leader has always been on hand to answer my inquiries and their professional attitudes are a joy in the retail environment. Target has me hooked, keep it up ☝

This target doesn’t value their customers whatsoever, I’ve called them multiple times to avoid a long drive to a farther target to see what they have in stock and the hung up on me every single time, it takes forever for them to even start transferring a call, and if you even get that far they’ll hang up on you either way, worst service I’ve gotten from any establishment.

This is the closest Target to me, and honestly its not the best. Often time this Target is unorganized or empty. Also everytime I need help with something I go to the machine to press the help button and no one ever comes. Plus when I see some employee and ask for help they pretty careless. Last time I asked for help, it was because the storage container that I need it was missing its lid, the lady just said they didnt have it and didnt even bother to check the system or anything. How come theres no lib if it come with one? Anyways I ended up not buying the container because it was no use to me without the lid.

This is my target for sure. I shop here all the time to get my mommy alone time. Target is where my income goes too lol... I buy my home goods here, kitchen stuff, house cleaning supplies and sometimes food.... okay, a lot of the time food because I love food.

I went In to buy some makeup for my niece but had no idea what I was buying because I never use makeup but the beauty consultant Priya helped me so much!!!! She was so kind, patient, And sweet even though I kept asking the same questions because I wasn’t understanding much she still walked me through everything and I really appreciate her! Definitely will be coming back again

The cashier in Target Kent Washington with a brown curly hair with pink streaks on ends is wonderful! I hd to describe her as i forgot her name. She was so patient with me when i used the wrong card for my purchase and kept on declining. Even when there are other customers behind me, she calmed me down and never hurried me. And helped me save my items so i can come back when i get my other card in my car. She even complimented the heart pin in my hair. This is the best customer service I had in this pandemic! Please extend my appreciation to her. She is really the best!!!

I want to start this off by saying I am a avid target shopper, my baby registry was through target, I buy groceries from there but listen after today I will never return, I was treated like a second class citizen at this store by every employee due to the simple fact target had a price error they literally refused to honor even though THERE POLICY CLEARLY STATED THAT THEY would... the assistant manager talked to me like I was just nothing basically and lied to me and told me the manager wasnt in store first and they said she was new and didnt know what she was doin . Its ridiculous I will never go back

I woke up at 5am this morning in an attempt the purchase the new Xbox Series X gaming console. I was alerted that the Kent Target had a quantity of 52 gaming systems. As I was waiting in line, an employee came outside to tell us that the gaming systems were being saved for the sale on Thursday (Thanksgiving). This seemed out of the normal because others stores were getting shipments in and selling them as they had received them. I decided to drive to the next Target that had a reasonable quantity, but was 30 minutes away. Afterwards I was told by some of my fellow friends that the Kent store was now selling these gaming consoles. I am very disappointed in the Kent store for making irrational decisions that cost me wasted time and money. I really wish they would have released information like this to their customers a head of time. Also, if you are going to make irrational decisions and not sale products you should hold your word on it. I feel that this Target store is very unprofessionally managed and should ease to operate until staff and management can be properly trained.

I ordered a bedframe online, only to realize it didnt fit the space we needed it in. After lugging it into the store (with the help of an employee), the item number was not pulling up for us to return the item! 3 employees tried to help, then they pulled in Jerusalem, a manager, to assist. She was so pleasant and patient and helped me get the information I needed to facilitate the return. Thank you for your help!

Pretty great as usual. Store is clean, new beauty and grooming sections are inviting and very modern. I especially like it when the stores offer product samples (usually on weekends). I find the staff to be helpful and reasonably knowledgeable.

The manager had to come and help us with a gift return and she was super helpful for both us and the employee working on the return. The staff was really friendly and chatted with us while it was all sorted. Then we got great clearance deals! Win-win.

Almost no customers were wearing masks. In aisles there was little to no social distancing and the center of the walkway was filled with displays so you have to walk close to other people.Not doing a good job of ensuring their customer or employees safety at all.

Normal enough target. But tried their prepared meal in minutes thing one night, and the pasta was molding Dont think they keep good care of their open faced fridges.

I do the love this store, but the way they handled the new animal crossing nintendo switch was not very good. We had to run to the back of the store (even though we were second in line to the store). Were not runners and my mom has asthma so the people who were in the back of the line to the store who were more athletic got to the back of the store first. Excuse me? The employees should have handed out #s for the switches so that people who might have had injuries or health issues would be able to get one. because we were smart enough to get there early.

Poor customer service- don’t go in the morning management will make you check out a full chart and not open up a lane. No employees will greet or make any contact with you to show you appreciation for your business. Stay at home and shop on Amazon.

Havent really had great experiences when shopping here, but will NEVER shop here again after going in last week. Apparently, they changed their exchange/return policy without any notice...or valid reason! They suspended exchanges for a week (?) during the COVID-19 outbreak, but remained open for business as usual. What retail store does that?!? Youre free to browse the shelves & make purchases, but not to exchange or return any purchases?!? What a waste of time & gas...never again!

I am so thankful for the attentive staff specially Christin-assisting at the self-checkout registers. First she approached me offering their red card but then after she saw all the clothes i was buying for my kids she suggested i used cartwheel since most of the items were discounted. She took her time and did it for me! I saved so much thanks to her!!

I live in Federal Way, so I was visiting this Target, and it was so organized & nice. I enjoyed shopping there. I love my Target too, but its in the middle of a remodel right now, and its always fun to visit different Targets.

Selina at the Kent Target location was so helpful today with a price misunderstanding. She is the perfect example of what customer service should be. She is definitely an asset to your team.

I love the Kent store! We have been shopping here for years so were pretty familiar with it. And all of the staff are super friendly and go out of their way to greet you and make sure that youre finding everything you need.

I usually love this store, but today was the release of the animal crossing switch console, there were 9 available and more than 9 people in line. They opened the door it was an unorganized mess of people that were far back in line running to get to the back of the store. It was dangerous and rude. It could have been solved with small slips of paper numbered... This wasnt a surprise, everyone in line has called the store for days before the release, please take the small action to ensure fairness and safety for these kinds of releases.

Kent store is a nice and friendly shopping place. I come here every other time. The cashiers seems to provide fast service . They are helpful when it becomes to questions, they could answers everything .

Go here every now and then and have so far had great customer service. Always find what Im looking for and love the candle sections!!I asked for a certain product I couldnt find and instead of just pointing and telling me where it was; the person walked me over and showed me exactly where it was. They were very polite and courteous. Love going to this store.

I love Target. This one is clean, has a good variety, and has amazing employees ready to help. I was asked three different times as I was shopping if there was anything they could help me find. Since I was new to the area I did need help so it was nice having them. Everyone greeted me with a smile and when my red card was declined because I dont have the new one yet they offered me my 5% discount still!

Poor customer service in pharmacy.Went a few minutes before store opened so I wouldnt have a long wait and they didnt open the first register until ten after and when they finally got around to helping me they ran and approved my insurance and told me I had a half hour wait because they had items to work on from the night before! I went back when my half hour was up and they had the nerve of telling me I had to wait four more days to get filled because thats their policy!!! It made no sense and they didnt even apologize for wasting my time.Ill never go to the Kent target pharmacy again.I will continue to shop at Safeway though since I immediately drove to their pharmacy and it was filled in fifteen minutes, no problem!!!

Love visiting target when we come to the states from BC. This target didnt have the lamps we were looking for in stock but the employee was helpful in telling us which targets nearby had it. The shelves could be more organized and clean, especially in the womens purse and jewelry area.

I was a Target shopper when my grandkids were young-not so much anymore since now they are very picky and label oriented, much to my chagrin! Most employees are very helpful and take you directly to what you are looking for.

Fast, friendly pharmacy, the cashiers/service desk staff are always nice and we usually find what we need. Registers seem to go pretty quick and parking is fine. The only thing I dont really love is that things can sometimes be really messy, like maybe a few more people need to be scheduled to help restock and keep displays organized. Photo is from a Wednesday night and shelves were disarrayed and there were empty spots or ones with only one item or no size choices. And thats not the first time Ive visited and noticed that.

Some of my best shopping experience are at target. I would recommend the southcenter one most because of the layout. The longer I stay the more I find something to add to my cart.

This is my neighborhood Target store. The employees at this store are hard to find, but the store is clean and they stock a lot of items, the grocery section they have added in the past few years helps prevent you from needing to make an extra stop sometimes.The cashiers lines can be slow, so if you just have an item or two, you can be on the look out for the lines at the customer service desk where you can also get rung up.From my experience, the staff at these stores are not used to having to interact with customers that much, so they are not in the position to be very helpful to answer questions and help you find items. Overall, Im satisfied with the shopping experience here.

The Kent, Washington Target has some serious issues with holding themselves accountable. They get 1 star and very much deserve it. Will not shop at this location ever again.

I used to love shopping at this Target but lately Ive found that a lot of their merchandise are marked up much higher than their online price. Average 1-3 dollars more. I guess this particular Target has a much higher loss due to people stealing and ultimately prices have to go up to make up for it. Ive installed the Target app to scan every items I buy to make sure Im not over paying. They have no problem to price match for you but when it also involves coupons and promotions they wont give you the deal on top of the price match, says its due to Target policy. In terms of customer service, I have not encounter any problem after shopping here for years. A lot of the employees at this Target are very friendly and helpful.

The Starbucks employees were rude, and were asking me weird questions like “do you still want your drink???” While they’re making it for me and I’m sitting down waiting for it. They also gave me a tall when I ordered a grande.

Wow, I was VERY IMPRESSED today visiting the Target store in Kent. I was in line behind an elderly lady in a motorized cart. When the lady at the register removed her items and asked if she had any coupons, the elderly lady became very distraught. The employee and I tried making sense of her worries but she wasnt making sense. The female employee asked for help from another employee, a young man named Isaac. He asked her the same questions; if shed lost her purse or wallet, she said no it was at home. He offered to place her items at customer service and she could return for them. This confused her more. He proceeded to ring up the items which included two packs of Depends adult diapers and a few candy bars. He pulled out his wallet, swiped his card and paid for her items totalling approximately $37. He gave her the receipt and told her not to worry, hed taken care of it. I was amazed at how incredibly well he handled the situation with her being so upset and to go so far as to pay for her items. This young man will go far in life! I spoke with his manager about this and contacted the Target customer service center to report this as well! Way to go Isaac!

Complete and utter disregard for covid-19 safety measures. Despite the signs posted on the doors and audio recordings on loops, mask wearing or social distancing was not enforced for customers, nor adhered to by employees.

A few older white ladies in the customer service desk are very rude. I tried to return my items couple times and they both would give me a hard time even when I tried to explain. The rest employees are very nice

Convenient location and hours

During my visit to the Kent Target today I encountered a staff with fantastic customer service skills; all of which asked me if I had found everything I needed, and offered their assistance each time. Id specially like to mention Kaleb, who went out of his way to make sure I got everything I needed. Great job!!!

Exceptionally poor customer service. Called 5 times to check whether an item is in stock. First time was transferred to seasonal and no one picked up the phone so got transferred back to the operator. Same thing happened on the second transfer. Third time someone on the other end picks up the phone but doesnt say anything, sounds like they unknowingly picked up the phone. Fourth time operator connects me with another guest! Fifth time operator picks up but doesnt say anything, but I can hear them on the other end. Gave up after this last attempt.

We lived shopping at target because of the high quality of products for less cost.

Its a Target, the building is older and kept up well. The store is fairly clean but the carts are filthy and every other one is full of half eaten food. The team member turnover seems to be high as i dont see any of the same people from visit to visit.

I can always find what I need there and it has always been a place where I can just walk around and enjoy looking at all the items.

No Customer Help. Two different times, on my visit, I looked for an employee to ask where something was and couldnt find one. So, I picked up the phone and pushed 2 to be transferred to someone and BOTH TIMES, the phone just rang and rang and no one answered it.

There are a lot of departments that are run well in this target and they are neat, clean and put together well.In saying that the men’s clothing section is alway disheveled at time with the sections not looking put together. I find it annoying that the pants wall advises the May Target brand pants they sell (sorta) this store dose not Carrie all styles that they advertise. I had to go on line to order witch when I go into a target store that’s the best part is trying on your clothes and finding that perfect outfit. I don’t necessarily feel that that’s right. And that if I were to go up to Lynnwood that store is way better put together and they have everything in clothing that they advertise .I have always liked this target we have always shop there and I felt like it’s always been right on point it’s just been in the last year or so that I think things have kind of gone down some departments. Woulnt go here again if I have option. They lack of items which are available at online mall, and the staff responded to me that sort of shortage is nothing serious saying Try other Target if you want. Matter of attitude.I even found one of my purchased item was expired before my pick up date, when I returned home. Staff, go check the blue bottle cold brew cans in fridge shelf. Matter of reliability.Of course, Target is always cool place and the most of the service staffs were kind and helpful.

Terrible customer service. Employees and even ppl in charge are not trained properly and dont even know their own policies about gift card offers and coupons. For some reason prices are always higher at that location rather than other Targets around the area. Sales are even different than other Targets around. Not happy with my experience at Target in Kent.
