Had over an hour between classes to get lunch, waited in line for 45 minutes to order. The food took so long to prepare, I needed to ask a friend to wait on it for me since I had to get to class. Order was also wrong after finally getting from the friend.

Waited over an hour for one bagel and ended up being late to class and did not even get the bagel because of having to leave and a friend had to pick it up and the bagel was wrong. Definitely won’t go again unless I have a lot of time to spare.

I love the bagels but the Kent campus location is always so slow! I ordered ten minutes ahead through Grubhub and when I got there I had to wait in line to ask for my order and the cashier didn’t even grab my order receipt so they could start making it. Then I waited for it to be made and they never called my name out so my bagel sat next to the same cashier until the whole line finished and then she finally called it out. It was cold and I was late to class!

Quality bagels compared with other options in the area. Doesn’t sit like a brick in your stomach like Dunkin.

Totally renovated and looks amazing very nice and sandwiches are made to order.

My breakfast burrito was melted like plastic to the wrappers and the whole were was disgusting. Waste of 20 minutes and $6

They put so little cream cheese on your bagel it might as well be plain. You are better off going somewhere else.

Really good smoothies for students at lunch time, but there are only two smoothies mixed berry and strawberry banana.

Good bagels, good coffee, and fast service for a campus location.

$6.99 for a bagel! You gotta be kidding!
