Stopped in and I was in a hurry. The lady made suggestions and helped me to choose just the right plant for the new owner of the house I had just sold. I heard that she was very moved when she saw it! Also had a cool impulse buy while paying for the plant. It was a little elephant charm with a friendship message on the back. Have used their service several times. Mostly because of convenience. But 9 out 10 times there is something wrong with the delivery. Ranging from customer service to not getting the message on the note right, to not delivering on time. Flower quality is ok. But for the price range I would have expected better service. The last time I placed an order. I needed to make a change, so I called in several times during business hours and only got the voicemail. Then when I finally had an answer, they hung up on me. Thats the last time I will buy from Buds and Blooms.

Beautiful flowers and arrangement sent for mother in laws 80th birthday party. She loved them and sent pictures to everyone who wasnt at her party. Great customer service, will definitely use again.

Thee absolute most rude people ever. Yes Valentine’s Day is probably stressful for flower shops. If I am simply calling to touch base and see if my flowers are still on track for delivery, just answer my questions and be pleasant. Spending 160 bucks for some freaking roses, you better answer my questions and be pleasant. The manager Michelle was a little better than the initial person I spoke with. The initial person should be fired. Those are the kind of people that need a crash course in customer service. You have a job because I, and so many others buy flowers for loved ones. Treat us with respect or potentially lose your job/business. Happy Valentines Day!

Very disappointed to see their largest version of the lily arrangement I purchased being no bigger than grocery store bouquet for $7. Paid $90 for this version, at the time of the service 1/2 of flowers wilted. Not happy at all. Very hard day laying to rest a veteran and having a mediocre arrangement delivered.

I ordered a flower arrangement for my sister and the arrangement she received was nothing like I paid for. The picture had at least 8 roses and 7 lilies! What she received was 3 Lillie’s and 3 roses! OMG it was so disappointingAnd expensive!
