Gina and her team at Fast Signs took good care of us. We had a truck that needed logos put onto it. Gina and Merle were easy to work with. The first application came out with small bubbles, so they had our truck return on another day to do another application without any flaws.The logo looks terrific and were very grateful for their help. Will look forward to getting our next truck logo with Fast Signs.Highly recommend them if you need help with signs and logos. They also care about and support the community during this Covid.

She listened and offer some great ideas on my project, introduced me to Jacki who will be handling my project.Jacki paid attention to details and made sure she understood what I wanted to accomplish, asked me my time frame for completion, and yes my project was done correctly and right on time when I needed it.Jacki gave me opportunities to review my project and made changes before final approval. my project was completed in a timely manner and just the way I wanted it done. Alicia was great to work with, friendly,thorough,timely with responses Pricing was comparable to the other sign companies I received quotes from, you were actually a couple hundred dollars higher but because of previous work we had done together and working with Alicia i decided to use you guys The only thing i think could have been better is that on the sign install, the same number of supports on the sign should have been used for the top and bottom of the sign to make it look symmetrical.Follow up: they came out and put in the additional supports so it looks PERFECT

Fast Signs in Kent are awesome! They do all of our lettering for are company vehicles. I have not always been the easiest customer to deal with because it is hard to pull a vehicle out of rotation to have work done on it. When we have the vehicle free we dont always have a driver to take the vehicle down for sign work. The office staff coordinated with installers to make the date and time work. As a business owner in a busy time I understand that this isnt always easy to do. Then there ability to customize the lettering to fit another vehicle because the vehicle the lettering was for was pulled out of service. All I can say is thanks for the great customer service.
