Acrylic bath remodel. Very nice reception/sales person. Just werent impressed by products.

Bath Planet did a nice job of updating older porcelain bath to new acrylic tub and shower. Very good workmanship, completed in one day, and probably a little over-priced. Only problem is the slippery surface of the shower. Cant find a mat that will stick and stay secure so now feels like a fall hazard.

Very helpful with information about their products and services. Wanted a ballpark figure for cost but they were not able to give one without seeing the project via in home appointment. All in all, looks to be an excellent quality and fast installation process.

Lovely and so darn easy to maintain!In July we purchased a full shower including ceiling panel and glass doors.First week in Sept the day arrived for the remodel... It took 2 full days which we planned for.Full disclosure, there was 1 issue to discuss after completion.The office was wonderful to address the concern and make a plan to correct.I love my new Bath Planet shower .. it matches our granite countertop perfectly.. we didnt expect to find such match.Thank you Vance and Ren. The workmanship and final look is perfect.I definitely recommend this system for easy and beautiful bathrooms.

I hired bath planet to remodel my bath room and they came up with decent quote and finance option. The workers did a decent job but we had to cover a vent. They charged us additional $1200 immediately though it did not need that much work. After they built it, they realized that the floor is not right gradient for all water to drain. I am manually pushing small puddle of water everyday to drain now.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The product is super expensive though. The salesperson came by my home and they quoted nine thousand dollars ( yes $9,000.00 !) For a shower enclosure. So ...based on the price I decided against their product.

So glad I chose bath planet to do the work! Everything is as promised. My finished product looks amazing! From start to finish these guys really impressed my husband and I. We have another bathroom that Bath Planet will be doing in the future!

Had multiple bids Bath Planet was the most knowledgeable company I met with. Every other place wanted me to wait months to have my new shower. I only had to wait 2 weeks since it was so hard for me to use my tub they hurried up the process for me so i could safely use my new shower. I love it!!

Pretty expensive and very few options for fixtures

Felt comfortable with Bath Planet, they made my remodeling project easier. Installers were very knowledgeable and quick. From start to finish Im very satisfied.

Its so scary calling contractors to come and give you a bid on a new bathroom remodel. I didnt know what questions to ask, or even what to expect. The guys at Bath Planet were hands down the best contractor my wife and I met with and the work they did is awesome! My wife had a lot of questions and unlike the other contractors we met with they listened and followed through with all the details they promised. If youre looking for an honest, hardworking crew these are your guys. They were not the lowest bid we got but I feel their pricing is fair. I recommend Bath Planet!

I Loved my sales person Trish, she did everything to accommodate me and my bath needs, the install was fast and efficiently done. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend them to anyone in the bath market👍Thanks to the office folks too, they were all very, very helpful.

Everyone at Bath Planet is super knowledgeable, professional and helpful! Such a down to earth company!! You wont be disappointed.

UPDATE: IT did take me a bit to coordinate service, my original sales guy really did NOT come through for me, but once Ren and Charlie were assigned to me things went smoothly. Turns out there was a SERIOUS miscommunication with my fixtures and what I wanted was discontinued, and BP no longer offered any fixtures that resembled what I wanted. In order to make sure I was happy I was able to pick my fixtures from outside of what BP offered, and charlie stayed into the night to make sure switching out the valve/trim set was perfect. He even tolerated me hovering for a bit. This really was a long story, but so far there is a happy ending and BP did what they needed to do to make sure my installation was, in the end, perfect. Thanks guys!!I’m giving this company four stars because my tub and surround are amazing. However I’m not sure what happened, they screwed up my fixtures and shelves and the shower runs when I run a bath. My tub was just installed and finish Saturday and it’s Tuesday almost Wednesday and I can’t seem to get anybody from service to actually call me back to rectify the issues. I’m still waiting to see what happens but right now I’m not impressed with the service and honestly I’m pretty angry at this point.

Well, they would not even give me an appointment unless my husband was home. Who says we would accept their bid if he was? Most people get more than one bid, ridiculous.

This is the worst, most unprofessional company you can use. Their products are cheap, they are unreliable, the people they send are shabby. They take advantage of senior citizens. SAVE YOUR MONEY and GO WITH ANYBODY ELSE. These people are a SCAM.
