I have 2 sunstream lifts 1 is 15 years old other is 12 years old for the past 4 years I continously ad about 3 gallons of fluid each 3 month season for each lift. I have called sunstream numerous times to get guidance never receive a call back. I know 5 other people that bought Basta Lifts they have had 0 problems, I would not buy because of only 1 ram on there lifts. Wow, what a difference this lift and cover have made! I understand if you’re on the fence about the expense or necessity because this definitely seems like a luxurious purchase. What we didn’t realize was how much time it added on to each summer day, and the convenience and protection it provides. When we moved to the lake and bought a new boat we spent the first year doing what we always did with the old one: spending lots of time every day tying off and putting the cover on. Once we got this new lift and cover we couldn’t stop exclaiming over how much more convenient the system is and how summer days in Seattle will be even better! We go out multiple times daily now without worrying about putting the cover back on again. We know that the boat is snugged up in its little cocoon staying clean and dry and waiting for us to come back out. Customer service was (and continues to be) outstanding and so quick! We work with Jeff and his team is incredibly on the ball. Again, this is one of those purchases that you don’t think is a necessity, but if you’re like us you’ll wish you’d done it sooner.

Jeff Hart was my salesperson at Sunstream Boat Lifts.Jeff and the team at Sunstream were 5-star. Permitting waterfront takes time, he was upfront about this and knowledgable about when they could and could not work on our shoreline.The lift itself is great, I opted for an automatic cover which works the way that I had hoped that it would. Easy on, easy off.Tough install but the guys gutted it out on a hot day for 12 hours getting the lift in place. Ill update as we see how service goes in the months/years after the install.

After 22 years with an Aqualift, it was time for a nice upgrade. I saw the Swiftshield (the automated cover) at the boat show and wanted something that would not block my view, like a tall fixed roof cover would do. Jeff Hart was my salesman from start to finish. There are about 50 things that could have gone wrong and Jeff made sure everything went well! From the quote, scheduling, installation, follow-up, etc., I am impressed. I didnt even get the final bill until weeks after it was all done. They wanted to make sure I was satisfied and there wasnt any kinks to get worked out. There wasnt! I got the 8,000 lb lift and the automated cover for my 21 Mastercraft. And the cover fits like a glove over our boat! The cover isnt cheap, but each time I look at it, I am glad I spent the extra money for it. Plus, its like the boat is wrapped in a safety deposit box!Nice work Jeff and your team. That was a very cold day when they installed it and nobody complained a bit!
