Beware! Good flooring product. Faulty installation. CTG will not respond. We regret doing business with this company. We shopped around for engineered hardwood floors and were impressed with the quality we found here. We decided to purchase them because of the thick layer of hickory - plus our sales person told us the founder of Lumber Liquidators started this company and is passionate about flooring. That actually made me feel more confident so we bought the flooring for our entire downstairs and paid for CBT to install it. The floors are beautiful but unfortunately, they immediately began to pop, creak and crackle when we walk on them. We reported it to CBT and they sent out a 3rd party inspector to identify the cause . A few weeks later the report came back, concluding that the installer did not follow manufacturer instructions. He did not use enough nails and did not nail down the ends of the boards. No surprise since we can literally feel the boards move under our feet in many places all over our floor. I asked CBT about next steps, to understand what happens in cases like this and how it would be resolved. The only answer I ever get is that they have submitted it to the internal installation department. Our floors were installed in June and this is the end of October!!! I have received no response from the installation department after countless emails, phone calls, sent videos of my crackling floor (which keeps getting worse by the way!) I even filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau who reached out to the company repeatedly but CBT was unresponsive to them as well. One of the solutions the BBB suggested was to hire an attorney. Really Cabinets to Go? THIS is how you treat your customers? Its truly unbelievable and exasperating. The thing is, every person who comes into our home notices the hideous and embarrassing sounds our floors make so we explain to each of them what happened. They always want to know, What company did you go through?!? CABINETS TO GO!My advice to you: Dont do it. Go someplace else. Its totally not worth it if something goes wrong. They wont back up their product or service.***NOTE TO THE OWNER: If you read this, please help us. We bought these floors in good faith because we believed you cared about quality flooring for your customers. Please help us!!!! We paid a lot of money for these floors. We want to enjoy them and not feel ashamed and upset every time we walk on them. Thank you.

Ive emailed Isaiah multiple times, throughout the course of 2 weeks. He never responds, and when you show up in person, he sitting listening to music in the back. This is absolutely the worst experience ive ever had at any retail outlet. I dont care if youre new, do your job.
My experience was excellent. Good products for a reasonable price. The truly exceptional part was the customer service provided by one of the salesman. Josh Smith was a pleasure to work with from the time we walked in just browsing through the design and layout of our kitchen.He is very knowledgeable and and walked us through our hundreds of questions. His tireless efforts to research products for us was nothing less than outstanding.Even after we were through the sale he continued to support us and answer questions for additional cabinets.I read some of the reviews for this store before checking it out, Josh absolutely changed my perception from the negative reviews. The store is ok. Hope you don’t have to use the 1 year warranty. It came damaged was told 2 different thing because of the pandemic both wrong. The customer service office in the south is the worst I’ve ever dealt with! Almost a year and still wrong! Zero phone calls back to deal with any of it. Spent 4 hours on hold today! Good luck getting an email response too. I will be talking to the AG! Sonja in the call center is homophobic. One week update: Filed with Attorney General today!
Great cabinets for a great price. When I placed my order they were super busy and communication with them was pretty slow. I had to reach out to them multiple times and ultimately go into the store in order to get my order placed. They provide better service if you go into the showroom. Theyre all very friendly and great to work with.

Horrible customer service. Contacted the company for a quote. Couple days later Marianne from the Kent store wrote back asking for the room measurements. After I sent them to her within a few minutes of receiving her email..... I heard nothing back for now over 2 weeks. No acknowledgement that my email was received. That they would get back to me soon.... Nothing. Safe to say Im taking my money somewhere else.Edit: its been 4 weeks. Ive reached out two more emails. Never heard back. Bought kitchen with another Company.
Wow, customer support was awesome, called a few times, always got the answer and assist. Units were very easy to put together. We are now doing another addition to home and will be buying more cabinetry from Cabinets to go again. Prices are good, and I also noticed nothing is that pressboard garbage, its all quality workmanship.
Marianne is the best!! She provided exceptional kitchen design knowledge and customer service! We had a very challenging space to work with and she was able to give us the best possible design for our space. Extremely happy with my experience at Cabinets to Go and Marianne!! Also I purchased my flooring from them and I am so pleased with them!
Show room is small. Walked inside with no greeting. The workers were more focused on talking to the customers on the phone. Once we were helped, the rep left within a minute or two because an appointment came in. Two stars because the quality and installation process is probably good, I just wont be shopping there. Its sounds like Im complaining, but Ive worked sales for a long time and I didnt feel wanted as a customer walking in to their showroom.
We visited Cabinets to Go hesitantly because we thought that quick availability of cabinets might mean low quality. But other companies had an eight week delivery time, so we went to the CtG Kent store. What a complete surprise! First, the cabinets are high quality - dovetail drawers, soft close, clear bumpers on every drawer/door, sturdy, quality flawless finishes. Second, less than two weeks delivery time. Third, lower prices. Fourth, and half the reason we bought CtG cabinets, was the complete professionalism and dedication of the salesman, James An. We must have called him 10 times for various reasons and he was always incredibly polite, with answers and actions to assist. Same for the manager Mike. Last, but not least, Jason from the independent contractor installer Two Lees was such a perfectionist. We have have many cabinets installed over the years and never were handles affixed by countersinking screws. His recommendations showed a high degree of knowledge and experience. Overall, a five-star experience.
I provided detailed information, and even pre selected cabinet sizes and finish- somehow Mariann couldn’t bring herself to give a quote and ultimately stopped responding to email when I gave a “quote needed by” date. It’s like they are too busy to care. If this is how they treat prospects I’d hate to think what happens after they have been paid. Terrible!
Experience was short but sweet! Marianne worked with us and was very helpful and efficient. She drew up the plans quickly and got us a quote fast. She also knew lead times on the cabinets offhand and it had good ideas different options.
Nice product, and displays, good selection. The person who helped us, was younger, very smart, but hard to hear, mentioned that a few times. I think we had some communication issues, and he needs to brush up on his customer service skills. Would go back, but would want a different person to help. In his defense, he got called in on his day off, and our project is complicated. But, as helpful as it was, for the money well be spending, I wasnt taken by the personality

Going on 3 years with full kitchen cabinets and drawers. Not good quality for people who spend a lot of time in the kitchen. We have no kids and are over 50 so we are not hard on them we just love to cook! Almost every drawer face has the paint worn off from use . Would not order these again!
Worth the drive. Randy Davidson was very helpful. Love the 3D rendering app to show your design and build. We are doing our entire kitchen. Very good quality cabinets and all wood. Not the particle board stuff that will fall apart or deteriorate after a few years. Nice thing about this place, you can get flooring also. Like a 1 stop shop for most of what you need for your build or remodel. Appreciate all the help and time Randy put in on our project.

We ordered cabinets and were told three to four weeks and they were in and we got them the next weekend. Other then one thing with a corner design issue the rest was great and can t beat the price. The cabinets were nice and easy to put together we like them. After having a flood and having no kitchen for six months we are happy to be getting our kitchen back. Great job Michael.

I had a custom home built and I designed a very large kitchen with a nine foot island. I purchased the Malibu White Shaker cabinets and they are gorgeous floor to ceiling. My Island is the Kensington Gray. My kitchen is stunning! When assembling our cabinets, we used wood glue to help make the cabinets more solid. Contractors that have visited my house were very impressed with the quality of the cabinets. I hope to soon email pictures to Cabinets To Go. The staff were very patient with me when ordering all my cabinets and they were very helpful.

Our cabinets have been in place now for nearly two years and we are delighted with them. We worked with Maryanne at the Kent WA store and it was such an easy process. She even drove down to Olympia to check the measurements for us. So glad she did since there would have been a little glitch if she hadnt. Cabinets arrived within the two weeks stated even though their distribution center was moving from one state to another at the time. Our dealings with them went super smoothly. I wish I could give 0 stars and I had read the bad reviews before ordering...I wanted a simple, 24 vanity, easy right? NO! After being mislead by the website which stated the cabinet was in-stock I decided to still go ahead with an order for what was in stock out of state. One month has passed and I dont have the vanity or a delivery date. Its in your best interest to go elsewhere.I picked up my order one week after ordering and opened the top as soon as I got home to find it broken into 2 pieces. I was instructed to email Customer Care, whom never replied. The store associate (Randy) told us to wait 3 business days for a reply before he could help. 3 Business days later no reply so we contacted the store associate. We were told we had to bring the vanity back immediately before they could re-order. I returned it on Tuesday and was told by the Store Leader a new vanity would be ordered to be here one week later. Today, Friday, I found out it is still not ordered. WORST customer experience. Do not order from them, you will be charged right away but will not receive any product. 1 day shy of waiting a month and still no in-stock cabinet here.

Actually very impressive selection, and cabinets are all solid wood and able to be built on site. For a condo remodel while living there, being able to save space and build them as I go is extremely important
This is the weirdest business ever. Went in there to buy a bathroom vanity and spent 1000$ being told it would be here in two weeks. I gave them extra time because I saw online people have had long waits for cabinets. Here I am 4.5 weeks after I ordered and they still say they have no idea when my cabinets will be here and they haven’t even been shipped yet. I was told they were in stock when I placed the order and they still say they are “in stock”. If they are in stock and in the warehouse, why won’t you put them on the truck and get them to me? After I was told that they have no idea still when I will get them I explained I’ve had no vanity in my house for around 2 weeks and my contractor doesn’t know what to do. Got to the point where my contractor finished every other thing and had no vanity so he had to leave the job for now. I asked if I can cancel my order because I literally just need a vanity. They did not even say sorry for the inconvenience or anything and just said “yes I can cancel it for you”. I was left speechless of their disregard for holding up my entire remodel with literally no desire to help me get my cabinets and didn’t even seem to care for my business. He actually sounded happy when I asked to cancel. Cancelled it and ordered my vanity from Home Depot. Yes it was more expensive at HD but I know they’ll actually deliver it instead of just taking my money and wasting my time. The other reviews and their complaints on the BBB back up my review, they just take months to deliver an “in stock” cabinet.
Nice to have visual of new kitchen. Make sure you request their free brochure to get your graph paper which gives you instructions on measuring, so when you go into store, you can have your design done for you! Take pictures of your current kitchen so rep can help you, the more information you bring, the better design youll have. Cant wait for my new cabinets!

Ive been here before. I ordered cabinets for my basement kitchen. It took some work to assemble the cabinets but once done they look great.This time I needed cabinets for my master bath. I tried another place first . I was shocked at thier prices. Back to cabinets to go, less than half the cost. They arrived on time, i got a call two days before thier arrival and again the day they arrived. I assembled them and found one scratch. Called thier customer service and they were extremely professional and helpful. The new piece arrived to my house 3 or 4 days later.All in all a very good experience.Thanks James
Went into the Kent store today ready to buy. There were two sales associates at the store and were both helping people at their desk stations. Walked around the place and though I would give them time to greet me. I waited for someone to just come up to me, greet me and let me know the wait time. No one greeted me and I was there for 30 min. What would happen after I bought their product? I walked out the door.
Fantastic experience, great quality and value. Cabinets are solid wood with plywood boxes, no particle board anywhere. Drawers are solid wood with dovetails. Quiet close everything if you want. 3D rendering for your kitchen layout. Home depot quoted me $16k for equivalent quality cabinets and i only paid $6k at cabinetstogo. Very pleased.
Great cabinets and floor. Had problems with Randy getting our counter tops done so we cancelled that part per contract. Still waiting for refund, keeps saying its on it way. So if you deal with them make sure you dont over pay.
The product is fine, but the customer service is the worst I have ever had. The cabinets I ordered did not show up on time, the communication was awful until I became irate. I believe that Michael, the sales rep, tries to do the best for his customers, but its incredibly hard for him when the warehouse things ship from dont follow up, his store manager gets aggressive with customers, and his coworkers get in his customers face. There are plenty of places to buy inexpensive wood cabinets. They all come from the same factories in China. Go anywhere else.

Poor customer service! Ordered our cabinets late December they came in in January, a couple came damaged and called the company they said, no problem we will ship you new ones ASAP. It is now April and we are STILL waiting! We have called in to check up and every time they sai ‘we will check and call you back’ we do not receive a call back! Meanwhile we are waiting to complete our kitchen remodel. So frustrating!
We ordered cabinets from Cabinets To Go. We were told our cabinets would be in the Kent store in two weeks, two months later no cabinets!!!!! I would not recommend this company to anyone. We made several phone calls everyday all the way up to the general manager and could not get any answers. Not one person in their manager team could give us any answers. No one knew when the order would be shipped or when we would receive. We finally after two months cancelled our order. I urge you to not use this company, there customer service is terrible. Please be aware once they got our money we were no longer a priority.

Terrible customer service. We ordered kitchen cabinets, when we got it one door was with factory damage and two doors had broken corners. I was trying to exchange it but didnt receive help from customer service. This a fourth month when Im trying to get this doors . Every time they send me an email that they were created new claim, but I still didnt get the doors. Looks like I need to order new doors and pay my own money for it.
Took little over a year to get all the parts, but they took the money right away. They ship from china via boat, and every shipment was either missing something or had bunch of extras we didnt need or already had. Promised time frame to get everything was few weeks, so be aware.
We are absolutely impressed with the customer service from Mayanne at the Kent Washington location. We live in Alaska and had our cabinets within a month. Impressive!!!!
Horrible experience. I should have followed my gut in the beginning when the order process was ridiculous but I thought they had a color that no one else had. FYI their Platinum Gray is just every other RTA stores Shaker Grey. When I was ready to order, it took days. They kept saying they would call me back to take my order and I kept having to follow up with them. They gave excuse after excuse but nothing substantial. I should have ended it there and went with someone who knew how to treat their business and customers. When my order came about a month and a half later, it was missing pieces. Every time I called to confirm that my order was in, no one seemed to know. They kept telling me it was on that days truck but it never came. After multiple calls they said it would be the next week (2 weeks after the first part of the order arrived). I was told I would get a call when they arrived. I called them about a design question a couple weeks later and they say oh yeah, your other cabinets are in. After multiple times of calling and speaking with the manager to CONFIRM all of the remaining items were in, I drive all the way down there with my child. It is over an hour one way trip for me. This is where the worst part happens. The manager and a warehouse employee decide that it is okay to get in a screaming and cussing match in front of me and my child where things are slammed and thrown. I was terrified and rushed my child to the car. I was told they did not have my order even though the manager had lied and told me she saws it with her own eyes the day before. At that point I did not care, I wanted out of that place as fast as I could go. Once I got all the way home, I received an email, that said they actually did have my order but just couldnt find it when I was there. The manager called me and talked about how she had gotten the warehouse employee to cower to her and she was sending him to my home to deliver. I was told they would fedex my touch up paint that I ordered. I never received it or a tracking number that was promised. The warehouse employee was remorseful about the fight and apologized. I am not upset at him. He was not the culprit in the fight that happened. I am in leadership and would NEVER talk to or about another employee the way this manager did- it was disgraceful. I did not spend thousands on cabinets to be put in a situation like that or my son to witness it.Now as for the quality, it was sub par. The cabinets had a few scratches and chips. Many of the boards were warped or not measured right so they did not fit in the cam lock system without altering. Some were missing pieces including an actual cam lock.Overall, I would NOT recommend them solely based on my customer service experience.

The service in this store is VERY bad starting with the manager. The cabinets arent the right measurements, I received cabinents that I didnt order and was charged for. When trying to return the extra cabinet I was charged a $75 fee for returning it. They had me going on constant trips to the store because of lack of communication. They would toss our service around to different employees and within eachother they would blame one another for the miscommunication. They dont care about how the customers are treated and only care about your money. I urge you not to buy from here.
Don’t buy anything for cabinet to go . On may I buy new cabinet, wood floor, counter top . I pay lots of money . That don’t finish there job . I call them soo many time but don’t care they told me I have to fix my self . If I spend more then 10,000 still I have to fix my self . Don’t attach counter to wall there gap between counter and wall . Water go thur wall to floor. I saying don’t buy anything from them

I was told the cabinets would be two weeks out that I ordered for a customer. After more than a month they shipped part of the order and was told you have most everything to install them and the doors and drawers will be in next week. Shipping them to Alaska to a customer and having to pay freight for a second shipment is making these more expensive than custom cabinets. It will be two months next week and they still cant tell me where the hell the doors and drawers are.
