Jason is THE BEST! I’ve been looking at and researching trucks for almost 2 months. I didn’t think I’d end up finding the truck I wanted 1000 miles away from home. Jason was an absolute dream to work with though. He gave me a virtual tour of the truck, answered countless texts and phone calls, sent me pictures of everything I asked for, and was constantly available to answer all of my questions. Great lot with a very nice inventory. We worked with Tawnya. We needed to add two vehicles to our family but initially thought we’d get the truck from here and the car elsewhere. Well with Tawnya’s help and the amazing work of the finance department we got both cars. They are both exceptional vehicles (the lot seemed to be full of very nice options, mostly trucks). I was particularly nervous mostly about finding reliable vehicles for my family and also about my credit rating which is sad and pathetic but the process was painless and quick. These guys were reassuring and kind and they didn’t do a lot of the back and forth foolery I dread when buying a vehicle. The process from walking on to the lot to walking away with 2 cars with decent financing with low rates and affordable payments took around 4 hours and that’s mostly because I’m a talker. I’m overall pleased.

I traded in my 2017 F350, needing to downsize and picked up a 2013 F150 which now i have a free and clear vehicle and with the equity that i had in the F350, i have a check coming to me that will help us out as i get ready to retire. The process was easy. I thought the vehicle i was getting had GPS since it has the 8 inch screen but it does not have GPS, which is no fault of the dealer as i found out at the end. Everyone that was involved in the transaction was friendly, kind, and professional.

What a great car buying experience! Eugene Potaris was an excellent sales associate and made the entire process straight forward and painless. I had previously worked with 5 other dealers to find my truck and he was head and shoulders better than any of them. I had to drive up from Portland to see the truck, so Eugene recorded a detailed video of every part of the truck so I could virtually tour it before wasting my driving. The entire process, from finding something I was Interested in, to test drive, paperwork, and purchase was smooth, thorough, and comprehensive. I arrived with my old truck, and left with a beautiful 2017 ram sport. They indicated they were a new dealership, which I would have never guessed, unless they told me. They had the whole process down, and I was out of there relatively quickly. The price I paid was extremely reasonable. Actually, well below other dealerships I looked at. Most important, it was not high mileage, and abused. It sounds like they go out of their way to find good vehicles in great shape. Then there’s the extended warranty they offer, through a company that only deals with dealerships, and for vehicles that have been certified. It’s piece of mind, I’m hoping I won’t need. Given the shape my truck is in, I’m not expecting to use it anytime soon. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone looking for a truck.

When I found this beautiful 2019 Nissan Altima Platinum online with extremely low miles and a good price, I was excited. But it was at a place called Advantage Auto Direct and I was skeptical. I’d always preferred the peace of mind of buying from a dealer who also sold new cars too (e.g. Lynnwood Honda), you know? But AAD had good reviews (especially a salesperson named Tawnya) and the Carfax report was there for me to see, so I sent an inquiry. What do you know, it was Tawnya who responded! Through a number of texts, she helped me learn more about the car, and she filmed a very thorough video, even pointing out some paint chips, which impressed me. I felt as though she’d be honest with me. I put a deposit on the vehicle and made an appointment to drive over from my home in Idaho to see it.I have to say when I saw the vehicle in person, it looked even better than I’d imagined. Pretty much once I sat down in the leather driver’s seat I was sold, and the test drive only confirmed my feelings. My wife who accompanied me was pretty impressed too!Tawnya was very helpful and made the experience a pleasant one. Equally helpful was Matt, the business manager, the poor guy who has to take care of all of the paperwork. I tend to be suspicious of these people as well, sometimes even more than the salespeople(!), but I really liked Matt and his positivity. This is one of the best places around to buy a used vehicle. I shopped for about 4 months and it was hard to beat their pricing for the truck I was looking for. They have the best prices around. When I decided to purchase, David Espinda is who I worked with. He was great. He isn’t a typical car salesperson. He’s not pushy and he doesn’t call you every week but is totally responsive. They dropped my truck at my house which was very helpful. I noticed a few issues with the truck after it was dropped off and called David. He had the issues remedied immediately. This company has some really nice and David Espinosa is a very nice person. He is helpful and knowledgeable about his business. They have so many cars that run through there they are not knowledgeable about the cars and how all the gadgets work. Be aware that they get lots of cars from Canada when they are 4 years old. Cars from Canada have rust all along the bottom, the frame and under the seats. They WILL NOT TELL YOU IF THE CAR CAME FROM CANADA. So BUYER BEWARE! Also the finance person always tries to make the payment higher and tries to sell insurance to pay off the car if it gets totaled or if bad times happen and you have to give up the car. Not so bad but raises your payment a bit. They tend to talk too fast too so ask them to slow down.These folks are just like any car sales people but are not quite so pushy.Overall they are pretty nice.

Vehicles inventory are nice but the customer service is sub oar. Salesman seem very take it or leave it, leaving you to feel like you have to sell yourself on a car without highlighting features etc

David G was an incredible salesperson. From the moment I called the morning I saw the car I was interested in, he was the best communicator. He was open about a number of salespeople working the floor and that he couldn’t hold the car for me, but he kept tabs throughout the day with me knowing I was driving over an hour to their sales floor.Our interactions when we arrived were great. We were greeted very kindly and told David would be right out. David was honest and informative, he knew about the car we were interested in, and he seemed generally interested in us. This was probably the easiest sale of the day/week/month for the Advantage Auto Team, and in the end we’re very happy.My only complaint (and therefore the 4-star rating) was the lack of professionalism we witnessed with some of the other people in the office. Not David, he was very professional. Things were being thrown around on a desk, random comments voiced over us across the room, and just a general lack of respect for us being present. My feedback to the team is to remember that people are there to spend A LOT of money with their company so they should treat them like they are paying customers that matter.

When we arrived, the vehicle we originally was looking at was up front and ready for a test drive. We switched to another vehicle there and negotiated a more than fair deal. We drove the vehicle home 4 hours through traffic and was flawless. This was a repo and will need the 60K service with fluid changes, but was able to negotiate the price so that I could get that service done. Financing was easy and efficient. Had a good experience with a polite young lady by the name of Tawnya

I bought a 2014 dodge pick up truck from Jason. He was great to work with. 3 days after I had the truck I went to start it and it would not turn over. I called Jason to try and get my warranty information that I had bought with the truck. Jason asked me what the issue was and then personally drove up to where I was stranded and gave me a jump start to get the truck running. He than sent me to an Auto store to get the battery replaced and paid for it as well. It’s incredible to me that they would do that after the sale of the truck. Highly recommend buying your new vehicle from this company.

Ossman was fantastic throughout the process and really made us confident that we were in good hands buying from out of state. He answered all of our very specific questions, gave with a detailed and honest video walkthrough and inspection, helped us get a great deal and generally made the process stress free and enjoyable.
