This location was professional, prepared to help customers/patients at the store/clinic/pharmacy. Everyone was welcoming even though busy and it did not take as long as I expected. Thank you for making the test process for covid easy and stress free. I tested negative and felt better with confirmation. Thank you for caring about my health and helping to get the medication needed to feel better!
Need my prescription filled to literally treat my MENTAL DISORDER, and they simply WILL NOT push it through, claiming they fill all the student prescriptions so theyre too busy[paraphrased]. Theyre consistently busy, my request was put in ONE WEEK ago and they STILL cant anticipate that? Seriously?
Not sure if her name was Deanne of Deana but what a wonderful employee! My college student had just left urgent care after being diagnose with Covid. He called me because he was feeling very ill but was waiting on script to get filled before he went home. I called just to check time status and she was able to have it ready just as soon as it took him to get there. So polite and helpful without even being asked!
Without a doubt the worst CVS. Every single time i go to pick up a prescription it takes over half an hour- even if I’m the only one in line. Prescriptions take ridiculously long to fill and they don’t always notify you when theyre ready. Would rate 0 stars if I could
I stopped here to pick up some envelopes and while I and another customer were perusing the store, the cashier disappeared into the back. We waited at the register for 5 minutes before the other customer walked to the back of the store and shouted hello? a few times. No answer and no one ever showed back up. I threw my money on the counter and walked out with my envelopes. You never leave the front of a store unattended, especially when there are customers present. What a lousy CVS.
This sad excuse of a company always finds a new way to screw something up. I was informed that my package was delivered here by UPS (a company Ive never had issues with in the past) When I asked the guy at the front about my packaged he looked and didnt see it and said that it was probably at the UPS store up the road. Maybe its UPSs fault but maybe CVS should stop implementing half-baked services that only inconvenience customers/patients.(The guy at the front was very nice. Wouldnt want an employee at the store to get in trouble for bad ideas from corporate.)
I have recently moved and needed to transfer my prescriptions from Rite-Aid to CVS. I saw on the CVS website, they have an option to do a transfer request. I took the time to fill it all out for my husband and myself. I then called CVS a few days later to make sure it went through only to be told they do not accept online transfer requests. Then I remained on hold with CVS for about 20 minutes after initially speaking to the pharmacy representative. Not to mention the women on the phone at CVS sounded so unpleasant that I was asking anything of her. Horrible customer service. Also CVS, remove the option from your website if it truly isnt an option to transfer prescriptions. Needless to say after remaining on hold for so long, I hung up and will go to another pharmacy.
Pharmacy staff is RUDE. Went through 2nd lane of drive up and sat through 4 other cars being taken care of in the 1st lane before finally getting mad and going in. Then the tech walked away as I was standing there waiting! When she finally came back she said she thought I was waiting with the other people in the chairs! Nope. Just walked in. Finally was told 2nd window not working. Was helped with complete attitude. Said Lane was barricaded but it was not! Put a cone in the lane and a closed sign so people know!!! Literally watching the guy helping the people at 1st window and he never even made eye contact or mouthed the word closed! And no apology from any of them! Just excuses for their poor customer service!
I wish every provider was like Lisa NP. Thanks so much
This CVS is always so slow! Everytime I drop off a prescription it takes days for it to get filled, and they are not good at notifying you when your prescription is ready. A specific incident, I dropped off a prescription they told be it would be ready in 30 minutes, I come back to get it, won’t be ready for another day. I come back the next day, they tell me 2 hours. 2 hours later I’m back- I’ve got to come back the next day. FRUSTRATING!
DO NOT GO TO THE MINUTE CLINIC HERE. Absolutely terrible service. The “doctor” wasn’t professional at all. Extremely rude and refused to see me unless I got a negative covid test. Went to Cleveland Clinic express clinic and they saw me right away, did a covid test and still got the treatment I needed.
Drive thru RX pickup. Only one window open and you sit forever because they are doing covid testing. Have them park on side for testing or open second lane for RX pickups.
This is by far the worst store manager I have ever come in contact with. First and foremost I never go to CVS for anything. So I stopped to pick up a few items on my way home. The store manager did not seem to want to help me at the cash register rather told me that the self check out was open. This is a smaller retail environment and the store personnel and customer experience is the most important thing. So I proceeded to use the self checkout begrudgingly. Then the system starting telling me to remove the item and to place it back in the bag. The next thing I know the store manager is standing beside me trying to help. I told him that I did not need his help and that I would make sure to ring out all my items properly on my own. At this point he proceeds to tell me I am a strange individual for making that commitment with a line full of people waiting. I then proceeded to ask the question of when I would receive my check since I had to do his job. He again said that I was strange for making such a statement. I told him again that I did not need or want his help and was persistent to help me at that point. I went to my car called corporate to file a complaint. I then went back inside to give him a chance to apologize and all he could say was I am sorry you feel that way never acknowledging the fact that he called me strange and when I asked him again just to apologize for it he laughed at me. He also told me that his district manager would not be calling him to handle this situation. That tells me that customer complaints mean nothing to this company and that I am not a valued customer. So thank you to David the store manage I will not be returning to any CVS. This is not how you keep or bring on new customers when there are so many options available. I would recommend using DrugMart for any future pharmaceutical needs.
I sit in the drive thru for over 30 minutes everytime I have to pick up my medication. Its the same thing inside. The staff is extremely rude.
I have tried for 7 days and 5 going on 6 trips to this location to have a prescription refilled. when i became upset with the run arround, they told me to leave and come back in 2 hours. work 2nd shift so it will be 24 hours more. do not care about you and are not concerned about your time that they waste
I’ve had the unfortunate experience of having to use this pharmacy for all kinds of different prescriptions. I’ve never got a prescription on time in the years I’ve been here for school. The pharmacists have actually given me the wrong birth control making me unbelievably sick. When i went to speak with them and try and get my correct one they made me pay $45 dollars because my prescription had already been filled for the month so wasn’t covered even though they made a huge mistake. It also takes them 2 hours to fill any type of antibiotic. Not to mention the pharmacists are terribly rude and have made me cry on more occasions than I’d like to admit because they would lie and say they had the Birth control i needed and give me the generic that makes me sick every time.
Lynette Was amazing I had my blood drawn and got my flu shot and didn’t feel a thing!!! Definitely one of the best!
Worst cvs in the whole world they always waste my time
If I could put 0 or negative stars I absolutely would have been stuck at this pharmacy due to insurance and location causes and will be driving an extra 20 minutes to pick up my scripts from now on this place is awful after 2 days and going through anaphylaxis I was informed that the epi pen that I need is not in stock and will be there 72 hours from the time it was ordered along with my prescriptions not being filled till I get there days after being ordered And rude pharmacist almost daily this place is a waste of your time call your insurance in doctor and spend the extra time driving
Absolutely unprofessional and horrible location. The employee was over ten minutes late opening the store and I always have an unpleasant experience with the pharmacy here. Extremely disorganized staff and can never fill my prescription in a timely fashion (even when you call it in over a day before, anticipating that it will take them forever as it always does.) I do not recommend this location, at all.
This CVS for 4 months have taken my script for 30 days written from my dr. And broke it up into 3 parts after speaking to several staff that I can’t come in every 7 days wait in line for next part of my script I need my script how the dr writes it . ITS ILLEGAL FOR CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE TO HAVE ANY REFILLS. Last pick up lady was rude unprofessional, Why have I sat on the phone numerous times time time again waiting on 30 min lines w promised they fixed it in the system to have exact same thing happen now I’ have to go back to get 2 days meds- then go bk again to fill next month . waste of time fills scripts illegally w refills on controlled substances
Sandy at the pharmacy was very helpful.
The worst experience Ive ever had by far the worst placeTo get a prescription toTo get a prescription refilled slow rude and very dirty wateing aera
Ive been going to this CVS for probably 6 years and its the worst but my insurance MAKES me go here. It takes them DAYS to fill simple prescriptions by app, phone or from a doctor needed ASAP. They never answer the phone or you are on gold a minimum of 15 minutes if you get through. Plus the worst is the drive through line is a minimum of 20 minutes to get through. Ive waited an hour, no joke, because I physically cannot go into the store. They really need to get it together.
This pharmacy has some issues. I’ve been filling prescriptions here for years and never had a problem. However, about 10 months ago I noticed a major decline in service. Guaranteed 40+ mins at the drive thru; never a quick trip. Thought it may have been because of the pandemic so I was trying to be understanding, but no other pharmacy has this issue. I have been ignored at the drive thru for over 15 mins one time, repeatedly hit the call button; they helped the customer in the 1st lane, then walked away FOR OVER 10 MINUTES. Did not even acknowledge I was there. When someone finally helped me, they said my prescription was not ready; “come back in 20 min”, it was supposed to be ready the day PRIOR. When I call, I’ve been placed on hold for excessive amounts of time...on multiple occasions. This place needs to get their act together. I had my scripts transferred to Drug Mart. I understand businesses having rough days every now and again, being short staffed, etc. but this is their normal now. Very disappointing.
I asked them to transfer my prescription and the lady said “no we can’t do that” when any other time I’ve been able to do it, and then she made me call a different location. Honestly everytime I call it’s always an issue, I don’t understand why your staff just simply can’t do their job lmao
My family has been going to this pharmacy for over 5 years. The service continues to denigrate! In the past 6 months it has went from bad to worse. Scripts are never ready as promised, and often are incorrect. The one female Pharmacist (Michelle) is one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with in a retail environment!!! CVS corporate needs to adequately staff this Pharmacy to service the volume of business they have. They fill over 6000 prescriptions per week! My Family Is Finally Taking Our Business Elsewhere.
This pharmacy is such a disorganized mess 99% of the time. There is only one time they actually had our prescription ready for us when they said they did. Once they actually said it was ready, and then when I came to pick it up they told me they didnt actually have it in stock. We have had one, and only one positive experience at this location. I KEEP telling my wife to STOP having prescriptions failed here. The real kicker is that were at the window right now, and the pharmacist has had his mask pulled down this ENTIRE TIME! IT DOESNT DO YOU ANY GOOD TO WEAR YOUR MASK ON YOU CHIN!
Worst CVS in Ohio customer service is terrible.
Ive been on a hold for almost an hour now, and they seem to do this everytime I call. Half the staff cant even pronounce your prescription correctly. Oh and on top of that, I watched as everyone ran around for a good 45 mins, and picked up the phone once for someone. Get some more damn staff, educated and kind ones at that. Switching pharmacies next week. Would never recommend.
Just a regular visit to pick up prescriptions. Asked to wait 15 mins while they fill it. Went back to the pickup window after 15 mins and she told me I have to wait another 15 mins. Inconsiderate.
Sitting at pharmacy pickup window for 10 minutes before anyone ever came to check on me. Youre busy. I get it. Have some courteously to come tell me to wait a few minutes. Prescriptions are never filled on time. Expect to wait. Expect to be told to come back in 15 minutes. Deserves at least 1 star because its close and has late hours.
Worst CVS pharmacy there is. I am currently waiting over a week for 2 prescription. I waited 3 days for my infant child’s poison ivy cream. You would be better off getting prescriptions from Walgreens or your local teenager than this garbage dump of a cvs.
The service of the pharmacy at CVS continues to go downhill. Wait times are usually over an hour for medication, but today my doctor called in a script and I came in to pickup and the worker said “they didn’t look at the online prescriptions so I need to come back in an hour”. So disorganized and horrible. Forgetful staff and not through, take business elsewhere.
Went in to look for Duke Cannon products, the selection is lacking.
I usually dont have problems at this CVS but I went on a Saturday and when I drove up to the window after one Car left I sat there for 10 minutes and I rang the buzzer and no one ever came after 10 minutes or so ..so I drove off. They have called me for a prescription that was filled and when I got there it was not filled and they told me it would take a while so then I got home ..five minutes later and they texted me that it was ready
The pharmacy was unhelpful, incompetent, and rude. Not only did it take 5 days for my prescription to be filled but they weren’t even capable of contacting me when it was. I will not be back to this CVS or any other for that matter.
CVS has declined in quality. I scheduled a flu shot for a specific time, upon arrival I waited 15 minutes to be told the wait was 45 minutes to an hour. I suggest not offering a scheduled time if you cant come anywhere to honoring it. Ill take my chances somewhere else.
Im so disappointed in the service I have received since switching over mine and my childs prescriptions. Very rude people and Havent received my meds correctly since November, yet they can bill for stuff correctly lol. Worst place ever and will be looking into moving my business elsewhere.
Thursday, October 11, 2018; 2:30 p.m. I came in to pick up a prescription. I was the only customer at the Pharmacy counter and the clerk told me, Ill be with you when I can. Yes, she said when I can, as if my being there was some sort of imposition upon otherwise busy people. Truth to tell, she and pharmacist Ryan seemed to be the only two staff members present. He was on the phone, and she was waiting on someone at the drive-through. So my standing inside the store, at the counter, was a case of an imposed-upon when I can.Staffing seems to be a big problem at this CVS. I have sometimes called, been put on Hold, and spent 4-5 minutes listening to a badly-distorted piece of pseudo-Rachmaninoff music. Ive mentioned it repeatedly, but they havent changed the tape or cleaned the playback head in years, which also seems to imply that they really dont care. But thats a little thing.Kinda like saying Ill be with you when I can.I wish that my employer would use another pharmacy.
Getting called that an Rx is ready, only to find out it is not is a common occurance here. Multiple times this has happened, and on occasion the Rx filled has been incorrect. Switching to Walgreens
Tonight I was on hold with them for more then an hour. Not peachy. I am not happy about it. Gave manager my opinion!!! Not in a mood to continue with them anymore.Lost my appetite!
Overall not too bad. Ive had some good experiences and some annoying ones. My prescriptions are usually ready which is nice however I have been shorted before. BUT TO THEIR CREDIT they did take care of it for me, with that being said I only posted this so if Im short again I will refer to this. They said they would mark down to make sure I get double counted which actually makes me more nervous because if I ever have another issue, they will say they counted twice and will probably cause me more of a problem. That was a few months ago and thats the only issue I really had besides them switching brands (which is sad, because in my case the medication is probably way cheaper for them). Again, only posted this now (with details) so I could refer back to it if Im ever short again.
Worst experience at a pharmacy ever, went to get a prescription that they called and said was ready but said that they were still putting it together. You would get better service at the BMV.
They are super unorganized and unprofessional. I have been waiting two weeks for my prescription.(normally medicine like this takes no longer than 24 hours) When I call to ask about it I am on hold for 15 plus minutes with no answer!!!! Don’t get your medication from here by any means!!!!!
Never ready with scripts and always get excuses why they are not ready
Never able to get a prescription on time here
Dropped off two prescriptions and went to pick them up two days later (today). When I arrived I was informed that neither prescription was in stock. Normally this isnt a big deal as I am prompted to leave my phone number incase this happens. I wasnt given a call or anything and cannot believe that it took until my arrival for them to notify me.
The pharmacy was awful...i will be going back to my previous one
I called 3 days prior to get my script filled from my doctor. I had to take an exam and needed my ADHD medication. I come an hour prior to pick it up, and they said Id have to wait 45 minutes to recieve it because it wasnt ready. My doctor is never late on sending my script, and it was sent, so someone didnt do their job. Parking takes awhile to find so I couldnt wait. Ill have to take my exam without my medication. Great. Not using this pharmacy again.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Been on hold for 40 minutes just to talk with the pharmacy! How is this possible. I know you are busy and you have to be annoyed with the phone ringing in.... nobody has picked up at all. This is by far the WORST pharmacy around
Waited in the long drive through line to be told that my prescription that had been called in 2 hours earlier wouldnt be ready for 30 minutes. Actually I was told thta it had just come in, which I didnt believe. The woman at the window was incredibly rude and short with me. I drove across the street to Walgreens, transferred the prescription and had it in 20 minutes. Well be going to Walgreens from now on.
Can never ever get prescriptions filled by the day they should be filled by, even by calling ahead. They pay zero attention to auto-refills, dont expect your medicine to be ready even if you think you can! Lastly, they cant even get prescription information down. By the time you finally convince these idiots to have your script ready, you get there and they have the wrong medicine. Go to Walgreens right across the street, or even any other CVS. These pharmacists are grossly incompetent and literally all deserve to be fired and replaced immediately.
Poor experience on the phone. I gave what at seemed an older lady my prescription number and she said it was another number for a different medication than the one I wanted . On my part I was reading the prescription number out of the bag. She represented a very poor service from CVS.All CVS pharmacists should be giving their name, to make the complaint a whole lot easier.
I was prescribed Vicodin while having mono since I was in so much pain from my tonsils being so swollen, the pharmacist skimmed my prescription and only gave me 10 pills instead of 15... I didn’t notice until I got home and opened the bottle and when I called to ask about it they accused me of being a “typical college student with a drug problem”. The manager claimed they looked over the tapes and they could “clearly” see the pharmacist put 15 pills into the bottle so they did nothing.. if you get anything filled here make sure you open it and count it before you leave the store because they will steal from you.
Staff is always so helpful and friendly. Rxs are always ready in a timely matter too. Wont be going anywhere else anytime soon.
I always found this CVS location to be clean and the staff to be friendly. Between here and the walgreens across the street, I always preferred this CVS as it usually had a much better selection at the same price, as well as a generally more clean atmosphere.
Worst pharmacy Ive ever dealt with, not going here ever again
MinuteClinic did a great job, and pharmacy filled the script quickly. Nice work and thank you!
Horrible customer care. I walked in to add money to my PayPal account. Let me just mention it wasnt my first time to do this. The transaction never went through. I was on and off the phone with PayPal trying to figure out what happened only to be told that there was no activity on my account. Then they told me to call green dot I did just that only to be told the same thing. So, I went back to CVS to speak to the manager who was present when I actually made the transaction. He told me theres isnt anything he could do and gave me the customer care number and basically told me to figure it out. Horrible management.
I came a couple minutes after the pharmacy had closed coming from the ER and they volunteered to reopen the pharmacy so I could fill my scripts. Very kind and personable people
Pharmacy sucks big time! I wish Wal-Greens took our insurance cause their great!
Went to drop off my Adderall prescription on September 20th (even though I couldnt pick it up until the 22nd) to make sure it was there and I wouldnt lose it. Go to pick it up today, Monday September 25th, and the pharmacist was giving me a bunch of disrespect when she told me she wouldnt have any in stock until Wednesday the 27th. Sorry youre a pharmacist and dealing with peoples medicine that they need everyday... dont you think you shouldve told me when I dropped it off that you wouldnt have any in stock?! Im a college kid with chronic ADHD, learn how to do your job. To top it off I got a phone call that it was ready to be picked up...
Always friendly and helpful.
Go to pick up my prescription and am told its not ready and will be at least 15 minutes I go home then get a text alert 3 minutes later saying its ready.
Clean, stocked, minute clinic available
