They do such a professional job on embroidery! They are very nice people and can make the impossible, possible! They try their best to meet the deadlines but customers have to understand of how time consuming it is to make the shirts or product your wanting. They do it all for a good cheap price! A lot better then other places that make you want to pay 15$ a shirt when they want like 7$ or less on a guess. They are very great people and do their best to make their customers happy!

The Dragonfly did great work quickly and affordably. I took a jacket in to have a couple rows of lettering added, it looked perfect. They had a variety of thread and were able to match the existing colors and font. You would never guess it was done separate! Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

This is a wonderful company that truly cares about their customers and the products they provide.I know Dragonfly can get very busy due to their great quality and how much I hear word of mouth, and from previous purchases I knew it could take a week or two, but I went in early and talked about what I was wanting and got everything planned out to best match my personal schedule (including full time student, out of town employee, and 45 minute drive) and their hours.If it wasnt for Dragonfly, my three little sisters wouldnt have gotten their Christmas presents - if they did, I know it wouldnt have been what I wanted to truly give them and what they deserve. there is not a single bad thing that could be said about this place that could possibly be true - if there is a complaint then plan better because getting what you want takes time and not the last minute.DRAGONFLY IS AMAZING!!! I was very upset with them, I had driven there multiple times in the past two weeks and they were closed because their hours never matched up from online. I am a full time student and then work about 30 hours a week, and I was free this week to finally go when I knew for sure they would be open. After driving 45 minutes in traffic and trying to find parking, they turn me away or I could wait and have to pay triple the amount of what it would normally cost to get a monogram done, because of the holidays their cut off was Monday but that is not stated anywhere so how was I to know. I only had two bags and would have waited any amount of time for them, they didnt even try to help me out. I have two little sisters that will not be getting a present from me on Christmas day.

Worst Tshirt shop in Kent. Poor service, they dont meet deadlines, and they have odd hours. Dont waste your time here. They seem inconvenienced by someone wanting to place an order. Spend your money at another local shop.
