Had to take my truck to get fix 2 weeks after they worked on it. Now that i need the guarantee they are not even able to direct me on the process or even provide me a number for the Detroit warrantee. Pacific Power is not Detroit certified so now I have to pay for the labor again. Will not recommend!

I called over a week in advance. Schedule my tune up. Walked in at 7am today, they looked at me, like I have 2 heads.No one put me on schedule. I purposely drove 100 miles out of route to come here to get my service done.I would never come back here. Very poor organization.

OEM parts and excellent customer service.

Spent 6 hours there getting an oil seal replaced. Even though they were busy, while I was under a load they got right on it. Driver lounge was nice with two over stuffed couches and two tables. Cable television. Mechanic stayed past quitting time and got the job finished.

I have no idea what the Hell these guys who have rated this outfit as a one or two star are all about. The company is simply outstanding. They know what they are doing and understand the business. They cannot quote over the phone. We had a boat with two 6V053s in it and a time line crunch. They made it happen. You cant go wrong with them.

Rebuilt the 4R100 in my old Econoline... PPG supplied the parts. Everything was fine until the first test drive.... planetary gear in the pump blew up! Turns out the brand new torque converter had a defective lip that didnt seat properly..... took it all apart and PPG swapped me for another, with limited hassle. They did not compensate me for the damaged gear, or the time it took to open the transmission up again, or for the additional fluid needed to refill the unit before install again 🤨
