I had a motor from an old diesel furnace for a boat, that was no longer available. My options were very limited as I could find no motor available for this furnace. A co-worker suggested I contact Romaine Electric to see if they could re-brush my blower motor. From the email I submitted to the Ballard location which was forwarded to Nick the President of Romaine, Nick said he would take on the challenge. The closing of teh sale of my boat was in one week from when I turned in the motor so I needed it right away. I emailed Nick a couple days later and he replied from home on the couch sick, including his team on the email. Between Nick and his shop of technicians they totally came through. I put the furnace back together and it ran like new. For me, this was Old School, Nordstromisk, OUTSTANDING, Customer Service. The re-brushed motor saved me from having to spend or deduct about $8000.00 from the sale of the boat. Thank you Nick, and your shop for making this happen, it is nice to see this level of service once in a while when it seems so rare these days.

I will always check them 1st for parts cheapest place & they had what I needed when everywhere else didnt carry part I needed or if they did they wanted double the $ by far & they know there parts when I took my starter in a couple other shops they couldnt help me or give me quote because they didnt even know what to look up I took starter to romaine and just looking 1 time they told me exactly what I needed and had they part very friendly everybody I came into contact with there

These people are thieves. Very unprofessional in the way they write down work to be done and charging as much as they can get! I got lied to by different people with NO recourse on agreed conversations. Holding people hostage is thievery.

Great help at the service counter

Dropped off an odd alternator for quote, waited a week, no quote. Called, spoke to a guy who didnt know anything about my alternator. Came back to pick up my parts and they insist they tried calling me. Never left a voice mail. Long story short, they were unable to perform the work, and left me over a week waiting.
