On my random first visit after trying other chain stores, they found the screws from a vintage drum machine by Akai in 90s and gave them to me for free. I was able to replace old head stripped screws inside the machine.

Only had one of these in stock. Need 2. Tacoma store has 140. Next week for delivery though

Customer service wasnt great and apparently they dont carry carriage bolts smaller than 1/4. Needed something in a #10. Went to fastenal, and they had them. Nicer service to.

There was a little bit of wait but I was quite surprised and pleased to find out they had just exactly what I needed and were willing to take the time to discover what it was based on the minimal information I had it was a piece for caliper bolt for my Audi which is not a common part and they usually make it quite difficult to duplicate but Tacoma screw had it in stock and a hardier form than what is OEM for the car so kudos to these guys they are amazing and the location is a little bit difficult to find thats my only critique and if youre coming the opposite direction down I think its West valley no its not West valley but its somewhere in Kent pretty busy street its kind of difficult to turn in but once you learn that its quite easy and its well worth the trip because they are super helpful knowledgeable and awesome crew.

First time at the store. This could have been intimidating but the staff are super nice and helpful. You get great service, better than big box warehouse stores.

Nice staff that has patience when I have to wait in line with my company on the phone to get a P.O. number. Just bring them a bolt and they can find nearly anything within a couple minutes. This is quickly becoming my go-to place.

Nice clean store and friendly staff. Not a great place to browse (most of the parts are behind the counter), and selection is very limited. I suggest calling ahead to see if they have what you need.

TS helped me get the missing screws, nuts and washers I needed for my BMW F650GS crash bars.I got in 15 minutes before they closed and they were still able to help me find everything.Excellent support and customer service.
