The new management is terrible 3/23/21 went in a day prior and got a quote for a ring for $650, went back in the next day and was quoted the same price. He asked the manager to enter a password to ok it and instantly raised the price to $800 and said take it or leave it. Did not honor their word and lost a valuable and frequent customer at this location. Don’t buy from this store, they will rip you off now.

This place is awful and so rude ..I bought a microwave & Vacuum and when I got home, plugged in Vacuum & started smoking & did not work . They will not exchange it for me So I will drop it off at the door & Im sure they will try to re sell. Oh well lesson learned!!

Cash America is a wonderful place to work when you have a very good manager that’s name Mario he’s very good good person to work for but when you have an assistant manager by the name of Ramon that does not know how to be a assistant manager has no training or management skills he’s very rude disrespectful he plays a lot at work laugh and giggle all the time and he’s always on his cell phone he is not a very good person and if he wants to succeed as a assistant manager I suggest that he gets management skills

Michael is amazing!!!! His energy is so great!! He really took his time and went above and beyond to give me the best customer service experience ever. I was selling my ring back and ONLY because of Michael, I left with more than I thought I would. His attention to detail and willingness to help was absolutely more than I could have expected. If there’s a standard at Cash America for customer service, Michael is definitely it. He’s very professional yet at the same time very down to earth and has a warming personality. I highly recommend you ask for him! Thank you Michael! *** I’m not sure about that other review I read about him, DEFINITELY not the experience I had. And if I must say, respect goes both ways :)

I have been a customer here for years and not one time have I been disappointed. Great sales and the shelves are always full of great merchandise for a decent price! And when I need help they never let me down! Thank you guys so much!

Initially were not as helpful as Id like, but came through in the end. They bought some of my stolen items and called me when she found some that had come in earlier in the day. Yes they bought stolen items, but that is the only way I could have retrieved them.The police also mentioned they were always very helpful during investigations. I guess if I ever needed one of these stores, these seem like they are on the better side if them. Thanks for coming through for us in the end!

I have not pawned anything so I can only refer to buying used goods. They have a great selection at good prices. Keep your receipt and make your return on time or you will be stuck with something that you dont want

WARNING!!! Do not buy electronics here unless you buy a RIP off protection plan, which doesnt guarantee your money back ! Im out of 179.00 for a defective dash cam . In fact all their electronics are most likely stolen and defective and brought in by methheads or crackheads. We will no longer buy anything from any of their locations. Oh and the manager offered to let me pawn it until I told him I will no longer do business with them.And now I found out the dash cam I bought was only 139.00 new ! and I paid 179.00 at this cash america. Total rip off.

This place is part of the cash america chain. Ive never had a bad experience with them, especially when it comes to looking for particular products. The only negative thing I could say is when ive ever sold stuff to them I wish they could give me a higher rate. Other than that, these guys are always good.

A customer shouldnt have to wait around listening to employees talking and goofing off while a transaction is being completed. Wasting my time is not appropriate. Once my pawned item is back in my hands I will never come back here.

Used to enjoy going to this location until today. Here are the reasons! Walk in service is at low standards, meaning a long wait in a very short line. Second is when you call for a price check on something expect a good 7 to 20 mins for something simple as a guitar. I literally waited 15 mins for something that should of taken 5 or less. Some of the staff are nice which is the reason for the first star and the second is for customer greet when you visit. Lame lame location that will eventually shut down like Burger King next door. What a shame! 😒

This store has had movies for $1 and on Fridays they have been $.50 cents. Today, when in the area, my father wanted to stop by to get movies. Unaware that today they were $1.99 my father decided not to buy the movies he had chosen. When I told the cashier that my father didnt want them, he walked away saying, Im sorry, we dont sell items for free! That was totally unexpected, undeserved, and very unprofessional. When you shop here avoid the overweight gentleman. He is rude and probably racist. I spoke to the manager and she apologized but I didnt get an apology from this man. He lacks in customer service! Remarks like this make customers not come back. Smh.

I no longer go to this Pawn Shop. After going in several times, looking at a few items (mainly instruments), playing them etc, not a single employee came over, said anything or even looked in my direction. Several times I have been interested in purchasing items and instead, have walked out due to the terrible service. Their prices are not very reasonable either. I get that they need to make money, but over-pricing is a little counterproductive...Over all: Staff is not helpful at all, 9 times out of 10 when I go their it seems as if they have a friend visiting them at the shop because they talk to that one person only. Prices are too high and they dont get to many nice items.

Would think gold jewelry and precious stones would bring more money when selling item. I understand making a profit but not a killing off anothers poor fortune

Last time i went there, I dealt with the small peDrr1dctite manager.I should have called her on her treatment of me, and i should have reported her to whatever supervisor she has. Aside from being rude, she undercut the standard price of what i brought in for 1 item by $20Then refused to even look at the drills i had brought in stating they were ONLY taking 20v drills. I looked at her like she was crazy because the 20v currently is only made by 2 companies and have just come out this year. I ended up having to abandon the really good drills in side is the rd because I had an asthma attack n went to the er by ambulance . Calculating only loan pricing, she cost me $80 give or take a few bucksAll she had to do...Was just do her job.SIDE NOTE* If you encounter the tall brunette assistant manager, she will do u right. Helpful, works with people so both the store and the person win.

Most the Employees seem rude or stuck up. Ive only met 1 employee (older gentleman) that was decent.

Dont do loans or sell stuff here they rip you off. I did a loan for 15 dollars and came back 3 days later and they told me i had to pay 40 dollars to get back.

They gave me alone for my 14kt gold it was 9.3 grm 7in basket weave style bracelet they said $80 so i took it but i was upset cause i wanted a little party for my 2year old daughter but couldnt it wasnt enough so i signed the reciept and didnt look at ticket well i looked at my reciept a 1 1/2 month later and seen the amount they gave me on the reciept said $180 but the amount they said they could give me was $80 dollars so the cashier scammed me for a $100 so make sure you look at reciept and make sure the amount is right cause it could be a higher amount then what the give you for your loan and there stiling money from customers

Took tape off cords and refused to replace it. Offered 50% retail then offered 10%.not a good place to do business.
