The tub they sell is one of the best investments I have ever made, and has made a profound difference to my life. Great customer service from the time we made our purchase. Eric delivered our tub himself, after they had trouble with their delivery truck. We live about 5 hours away from their location. He answered the approximately one million questions we had while he was here too. We recently had to send our motor in for a warranty repair. Eric told us that their repair facility had only just reopened after being closed due to Covid, so it would likely take 2 or 3 months for repair since they had a backlog. You never know how much you love something to its gone. Imagine our surprise and joy when Jennifer called less than 3 weeks later to tell us our repair had been completed! I swear Ive used it almost every night since weve filled it back up! Thank you Jennifer and Eric for providing great customer service from day one.

Service at Evergreen Softub is awesome! Spoke with Eric on the phone and he was able to answer my long list of questions. He knew all the answers and took the time to explain everything rather than trying to sell me products I didnt need. Ill be shopping here again in the future. Thanks, Evergreen Softub!

After the big sale sucks. The office is only open M thru F. Only will open Saturday for a sale if a new tub. What about the customer who made the purchase and willing to drive 8 hours to make additional purchases (decking) oh no they can’t be open when it’s convenient for their customers. The customer has to take a vacation day to be there for their bankers hours. The lady I spoke to mentioned 5 times she would come in on the weekend for a new purchase. Or order online and the pay thru the nose to return if you don’t like the product. Excuse me, I’m driving 8 hours one way to touch and feel look at the quality of the construction. Makes me want to sell my tub and spend lots more money on a new hot tub. I do not recommend them. The CS after the sale leaves a lot to be desired!

Not very customer oriented; Ive called several times to talk to their service dept and unfortunately the attitude is less than helpful or willing to assist. I purchased my used ST-220 3 years ago from Evergreen and have had line leaks, a pump failure, and now electronic board issues (seems I was sold 2003 vintage). As as an engineer, I can and have repaired most of the issues myself (vs. the 1300 dollars they want), I just needed them to test the display board and they refused and told me I should do it myself. Whoaa . . . that sucks!!!

We love our Evergreen Softub! We are seniors, and the tub is very easy to step into and out of, and the tub itself is very comfortable; no hard fiberglass to slip or slide around on! Theres nothing like taking a long soak before bedtime, looking at the stars!

Ive had my Softub for about 7 years and I love it. Everything about the ease of set-up and use is true. I was a single mom at the time I purchased the tub and mainly bought it for therapeutic reasons (I have mild CP), and its become a small luxury that weve all come to appreciate. The downside, however, is there are not a lot of dealers around to help if something goes wrong, but we learned that Eric at Evergreen does his best to serve a huge region/area.We keep our Softub outside and over time it developed a small leak in the motor. To save money on shipping, we hand delivered the motor to Evergreen Softub in Kent (we live in Portland, OR - about a 3 hour drive.) After Eric fixed it in-house and sent it back to us, we still had leaking issues. But instead of having us bring it back again, he drove from Kent, WA, down to my house in Portland, OR! He worked on the tub and didnt leave until it was completely set-up and there were no more leaks - all this at no extra charge. Thats great customer service. Thank you, Eric! We cant wait to start using it again tonight.

I loved it until the pump shorted out. Lasted almost 4 months. Long waiting period for repair. Several weeks. Still waiting.The people at Evergreen Softub are wonderful.

My husband and I purchased our Softub at an event in Puyallup WA. We had been looking at hot tubs for years and nothing really grabbed us. We didnt think we wanted the hassle of the traditional and permanent hot tub. When we found the Evergreen Softub booth we were thrilled. We not only got a good deal, but with the knowledge that if and when we decide to move we get to take our portable hot tub with us, how could we not be thrilled. We chose to have our tub installed by Evergreen and it was so worth it. When we had trouble with getting our water balanced we called and Jennifer and the team were great at helping us to get it right. WE LOVE IT!Thank you Jennifer and all of the Evergreen Softub Staff.

What a scam and a racket - BEWARE. WOW. Brought our T-300 Softub motor in to have it fixed; it had suddenly stopped working. Upon receiving it, Jennifer emails me and says When you get a moment, can you tell me what issue youre having with your motor? Meaning, she wants to know what the issue is. I tell her it just stopped working. We are then informed, after weeks of waiting and having to call and email back in, that they are saying there was rat infestation damage, which isnt covered by our warranty. How convenient. So now were in dispute, and were arguing with them. Jennifer says that one of the first things she said to my father-in-law who dropped off the motor was that it was obvious that there was rat damage. Well, if that was the case, then why did she email me asking me what the issue is with my motor?? And then they send me photos which dont have any metadata in them proving when or where they were taken...for all we know, they could have been taken minutes before they emailed them to me, to bolster their point. One of their techs said that the rat traveled with the motor and went into their warehouse and set off motion alarms. Right. Our Softub motor, which was sitting in our backyward with no apparent rat infestation damage, was then sitting in the back of my car for less than 24 hours, and then was sitting in the back of my father-in-laws car for less than 24 hours (he lives closer; he offered to drop it off) and just all that time happened to house a live rat which just sat in there. In the motor. In our cars. You know, just hanging out. Without getting out and checking things out. Without leaving any droppings. Just kind of, you know, chilling in a Softub motor across two cars and 24 hours time, into a different warehouse, spanning a hundred miles. So Jennifer tells me that its no longer going to cost our warranty deductible of $275, its closer to $1200 to repair. I tell her forget it, were not having it serviced through them. Hours later I appeal to her, asking for some kind of compromise because everything thus far has sounded incredibly fishy. She doesnt even acknowledge my email. She calls me up and says that our motor is ready for pickup. Meaning, now theyre refusing to repair my motor at all or engage in any further dialogue. So I tell her Ill come pick it up. Jennifer says Id be more comfortable just shipping it to you. I tell her no, Im not giving them our address and its on my way south to Vancouver so Ill pick it up that Friday on my way south. So what does she do? She ships it anyway. Without telling me. Without the courtesy of informing me that shes shipping our property. And where does she ship it? To our old address. To residents of a home that we havent lived in for two years. I tell her this. She sends for a Fedex call tag. She says theyre redirecting it. They dont. Finally, I get my Softub motor back far later, and its obvious that the insides have been doctored to look like rat damage. So we just settle on a Craigslist-purchased motor that the seller had repaired from Evergreen Softub a few years earlier. We bought it for $400 from them. Works fine. And can you guess what these sellers paid to have their motor fixed through Evergreen Softub? Yep. $1200. If this doesnt scream racket, then I dont know what does.
