We rented a chipper from Star to get rid of 4 massive trees in the front yard. From the service, to delivery, ease of operation, to pick up... We couldnt have asked for a more perfect rental! Were repainting the exterior of the house soon and toying with getting a sand blaster, if we do Star will get our business!

These guys have great service and are a locally owned and operated company (very rare in tool yards anymore).

Ive been calling for days trying to get a reservation. They seemed so promising, and Ive never tried renting a moving truck from Penske, so I am trying to give them a chance as U-Haul has some downs. My first impression shows a lot of unprofessionalism from merely calling them and getting no call back. The fact that I get transferred directly to a muffled voicemail after navigating a dry menu makes it seem even less professional. I will give them a couple more days before giving up on them. If they dont make an effort, then this review is staying as a 1-star review.If I hear back and have a better experience, then I will be updating this.

I rented a Concrete Jack Hammer Drill from Star Rental in Auburn from Greg Norton and he gave me excellent service,very polite and just a very pleasant experience.Star rental is the only place in Auburn to rent equipment and i recommend this place for sure.Thanx Greg.
