The last install was not great, they left quite the mess that my techs cleaned up. Then there were several months of the product not smelling after 1 to 2 days. The end of 2020 was what really did it, they raised their prices with no notice. We dropped their services and now they want to charge us an uninstall fee. We asked for the signed contract to be forward and they said This is common practice for installs and uninstalls for a one-time charge. I NEED TO SEE THE SIGNED CONTRACT THAT STATES THAT. Still waiting ... This is not how you take care of your customers. ADD 4/15/2021 - SEE Their Response. There is no reason for any phone calls because it then becomes a he said she said.THIS IS WHY I DO EVERYTHING THROUGH EMAIL.

Fikes is top local company. Time and time again no matter if its our sales rep or the local management they step it up with the best customer service in the industry. If only all local or national companies were as great as Fikes.
